kind of obsessed with moments that show that service workers are living humans actually. like. when the voice on the intercom stumbles over their words a bit. when the waiter trips a bit but doesn't cause any damage so they just laugh it off. when the shelf stocker fumbles an item. when the cashier makes casual conversation while scanning and talks about their interests.
so many people out there just treat service workers like their Robots that only exist to Do Their Job, it's honestly depressing. i like when people show their humanity.
