And there's also a bunch of foreshadowings that Kris might lose their hand in one of the future chapters. And I wonder who's gonna be the one cutting it off 🤭
My take on this is that Kris isn't necessarily kneeling here out of some kind of deep loyalty but because the Knight is pushing them down with its sword until they fall.
it's both a kind of acknowledgement of strength (a knighting) and a cheeky reminder from the Knight that they could have Kris's arm off, if they really wanted to.
like Kris just watched them do to Tenna.
