Gymed 5 days this week so far. With a 30 minute walk there, 30 back home.

Got my nails done super cute.

Watched makeup tutorials and grwm/style inspo videos.

Journalled 3 times.

Practiced a new makeup look.

Face sculpting routine 4 times.

Waist trained while working out.

Averaged 1,155 calories over the week so far.

Avoided a lot of the political things going on recently. I used to be super into politics/social commentary, but I think it made me more masculine and argumentative. It's still something I enjoy, I just consume likeeeee 70% less, and it's honestly made me happier and more agreeable.

And hmmmm, worked more hours than I'd recommend, so I can try to save up for the surgeries I want?

Hey! How long did the bruising/ swelling last from getting your lips filled? I really want them done but I’m worried about this

They swelled for about a day to their biggest (worse the morning after). Then they slowly came down over 2-4 days. The bruising was pretty much gone by days 6–8, but some people don't bruise at all, some do. (Find someone really good at it, and you'll have less bruising.)

You only have to avoid makeup for 24 hours, so you can easily hide any bruises with a lipstick if you have a job outside of the house.

They're 100% worth it, and I'm already looking at booking a top-up.

❥ I get my nails done every three weeks or so, gel nails. But you can be just as feminine with natural or shorter nails. Just make sure they're clean, well kept, and shaped – learning to do your own is super simple.
