I’m gonna say it. Pit Babe 2 episode 7 was the best one yet - in no small part because there was no PeteChris 🫢

Some post Pit Babe episode 6 thoughts
•Very funny that instead of going back to the bar (where he knows Willy will likely be) Babe goes to his Sad Tunnel™ to get drunk
•This episode has solidified that I don’t care for PeteChris. I like both characters but idk their scenes are just so…off. Which I guess is maybe the point
•That being said I was fed UP with Chris this episode. I know he’s a scientist so he’s always going to put the work first but if the entire project is contingent on a single person then it’s not a very good experiment now is it
•Might make a longer post but Kenta and Babe are such good mirrors of each other. Both expressed suspicion towards someone this episode that was brushed aside in favor of something else going on
•I am expecting Charlie to keep what he overheard to himself bc he wants to protect everyone but I really hope he doesn’t
•Yay?? Charlie and Babe made up??? At least I think they did

‘if I was Charlie I would not forgive Babe’
‘would not blame Charlie at all for walking away at this point’
Charlie faked his own death and made Babe watch. Babe grieved him for i don’t know how many days. Babe went catatonic lying on the floor watching the footage of Charlie’s accident. And still he forgave Charlie.
So if anyone wants to talk about bad plans that you don’t share with your partner, I’m going to need everyone to remember that Charlie was the OG of that move.

Miss me with that ‘Babe isn’t stopping Willy from flirting’ bullshit.
“Get out”
“Mind your own damn business”
“I just don’t wanna be with you”
“Stop messing around”
“You’re annoying”
“Me and Charlie are never breaking up”
*smacks hand away* “Get lost already”
How much more direct do you want him to be at this point?? Do you want him to say “I’m not going to fuck you ever so stop it.” Bc newsflash, that is the meaning behind everything Babe said. And Willy knows it, he just doesn’t care.
Babe is being harassed by Willy - point blank. Alan even calls it out as Willy playing dirty to mess with Babe and Charlie.

Genuinely, I would run over Shauna Shipman with a car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Lottie wanted to die. She was so excited to pick cards and seemed disappointed when she didn’t get the Queen. She tells Callie she’s been waiting 25 years and then immediately starts goading her by saying Shauna doesn’t love her (which she knows is Callie’s biggest sore spot). Back in Season 2, she’s eager to drink the potentially deadly tea before the others stop her. Lottie has been waiting for death to catch up with her.

i will forgive Yellowjackets any sin IF i get to see Teen Natalie beat the absolute shit out of Shauna at least once.
And I mean like as bad if not worse than Shauna did Lottie. I want this bitch pissing blood. I don’t care if it’s in the wilderness or when they get home. Hell, maybe it’s what Natalie gets arrested for and that’s why she has a mugshot in her storage locker.

Yellowjackets Theory (spoilers for 3x04)
This is likely to be disproven almost immediately but I'm still posting it. I've always thought having Ben as a secret survivor would make the adult timeline more interesting and until I watch him die onscreen I'm holding out hope.
My theory is this: Natalie is going to save Coach Scott. Either she lets him escape or fakes his death, I don't believe she would just let the others kill him. He then gets rescued separately from the girls (perhaps Nat discretely lets someone know there might be other survivors in the woods). Ben tells the authorities he doesn't want the others to know he's alive and goes into witness protection. For himself and also for Nat's sake. Because what would happen to her if the others found out Ben made it back home?
He wants to tell people what happened out there but he can't. Exposing the girls means exposing Natalie too and he's indebted to her for saving his life. So he resolves to just live his life the best he can.
Until, he hears that Natalie is dead. She died of an overdose...in the woods...at Lottie's cult's compound. Oh, and Shauna, Tai, Van, and Misty were there too? It's happening again. They killed Nat. Ben needs answers and he no longer has to worry about staying hidden to protect Nat.
Second part of the theory: Ben killed Lottie. She was the one who started all the weird Wilderness shit after all. And, she was the first one to flip her vote after his trial. There's no love lost there.
Okay, now imagine the last scene of season 3. We've seen all the girls have contact with Lottie on the day of her death but we haven't seen her die yet (a la Alison's disappearance in PLL). We see Lottie come around a corner, she closes her eyes to catch her breath and an arm grabs her. She fights against a figure the audience can't see properly. But they're too close to the stairs and one wrong move sends her tumbling down, cracking open her skull.
The shot stays on Lottie's corpse as we hear footsteps coming down the stairs. One foot steps into frame, then the other, but they aren't quite the same. The camera pans up the legs, up the torso, to the face of nearly 60 y/o Ben Scott.
I also imagine that, in a parallel to the ending of season 1, we're hearing a voicemail in the background. In my mind it's Callie calling Lottie to tell her she's found out about a potential survivor. As his face is revealed we hear: "What do you remember about someone named Ben Scott?"

Yellowjackets spoilers under the cut I’m so serious
Tai had to have killed Lottie right? That’s where she went before meeting Van at the park?
Or is this like in Pretty Little Liars when literally everyone in town saw Alison the night of her disappearance but none of them did it.
And who was Lottie practicing speaking to? Most obvious answer is Shauna or one of the others but maybe a former cult member. Or Hillary Swank whoever she may be.
I know that realistically Ben is dead meat but I think there’s so much story potential if he were in the Adult timeline.

More post Agatha thoughts!
•They are so setting up a Jennifer Kale show right? Like her flying off at the end gave “we’ll be seeing her again.” Maybe even an origin story? It’d be cool to see Marvel tackle a 1920s story. Also apparently in the comics she’s connected to Man Thing so there could be something there as well
•After sleeping on it I like the last two episodes more than I did before. Especially, because it might be a season finale as opposed to a series finale
•Billy getting into his Subaru genuinely made me cackle
•Excited to see Agatha in the future now that she’s achieved her final form: a cunty ghost
•Did anyone else think Agatha was hurt when Rio took the deal at the beginning of episode 8? Almost like she was testing to see if Rio still cared about doing her job more than she cared about Agatha. Like “oh you’d rather have this boy’s soul than be with me, nothing has changed”
•Loved Agatha using the skills/advice from the coven members in the final battle. I also like that it felt more like Rio just playing with them

There isn’t much I would change about the two part Agatha All Along finale content wise but I would reorder some stuff.
Episode 8: open with the scene between Jen and Billy post Lilia’s trial, combined with the one where they’re sitting on the stairs then go to find Agatha.
Then, Rio and Agatha’s chat on the Road. After Rio exits we get the flashback of Agatha giving birth but instead of focusing on Agatha at the end, we focus on Rio watching Nicky and Agatha.
Flashback to Salem immediately after Agatha kills her mother/coven, and we see her and Rio meet.
Return to the 1750s (maybe Nicky is 1-2) and Agatha meets then kills the Coven in the woods and Rio appears with flirty vibes.
The rest of the Agatha backstory from Ep 9 plays out. (Maybe we see her get the Darkhold?)
Back to Jen and Billy who run into Agatha. They look for the next trial. Episode 8 then ends with Billy putting on his shoes and things going to black.
Episode 9 starts with the trial (maybe it’s a little longer) and basically consists of everything else from episode 8/9 in order. No cheesy cliffhanger with the Agatha ghost thing. She just reveals herself to Billy in his room like “so you finally figured it out” and things go from there.
(Post/mid credit scene of Billy exiting the road and getting his Wiccan costume, but like it’s goofy as hell)

Agatha All Along Finale Spoilers!!!
So at first when I saw the theory of the Road not being real and just something created by Billy I was pissed. Like, no that’s so stupid and defeats its purpose. But I was assuming that if the theory was correct then the Witches’ Road would be real and he just manifested a fake one.
I actually kind of like that it was never real until now, until Billy created it. The ballad just spread and people created their own myths and folklore around this “Witches’ Road”. (As people tend to do)
Also it was so adorable and heartbreaking to find out Nicky and Agatha originated the Ballad 😭.
Pretty good finale in my opinion (I know people will disagree) but like it didn’t end in a big CGI battle so that’s a win in my book.
My only real negative is the fact that we didn’t get to see Agatha and Rio meet/fall in love. I also would have maybe rearranged some stuff across the two eps.
(Also of course we didn’t see Tommy, they didn’t have any projects for him to be in so they didn’t want to cast him just yet)

The biggest twist was finding out Lilia is the one who sigiled Teen and that it was BEFORE the accident that made him Billy. So no witch could hear him say William Kaplan or Billy Maximoff.
Also! The text from Eddy that said “you’re my 🖤” meaning Billy could actually be the final member of the coven not Rio. Lilia had to put a drawing of a black heart on the list of coven names because his name was PROTECTED. BY HER.
(And his one earring could just be an upside down triangle OR it could be a black heart. I can’t find a clear enough picture)
