My 5 days work immersion experience

Day 1 - March 15, 2023

My first day of work immersion and it went pretty well. We started the day by orientating ourselves with our teacher and getting to know the rules and regulations of the company. Our teacher seems very friendly and approachable. I’m really looking forward to working with him over the next few weeks.

Day 2 - March 16, 2023

My second day was a bit of a slow day. We didn’t have much work to do, but we were able to observe our teacher and other co-workers and learn about their daily tasks and responsibilities. It was a peaceful day overall, and I’m glad I got the chance to observe and learn.

Day 3 - March 17, 2023

My third day of work immersion, our supervisor asked us to practice our skills by working with other work immersion coworkers. It was a great opportunity to learn from each other and improve our skills. I was able to work with a few of my colleagues and we learned a lot from each other. It was a fun and productive day.

Day 4 - March 20, 2023

My fourth day was another day of practicing our skills with other work immersion coworkers. I worked with a different group of people today, and it was interesting to see how they approached different tasks. We were able to learn from each other and it was a great experience.

Day 5 - March 21, 2023

In day 5 we focused on printing maintenance. We learned how to maintain and troubleshoot the printing machines. It was a little bit challenging at first, but our teacher was very helpful and patient with us. By the end of the day, we were able to perform maintenance on the machines confidently. Overall, it was a very productive day.

As mayor, addressing climate change would be a top priority in my administration. I would implement a comprehensive and multiple approach to tackle this global challenge, including the following solutions:

1.) Green Space Preservation and Expansion: I would prioritize the preservation and expansion of green spaces in our city, such as parks, gardens, and urban forests.

2.) Waste Reduction and Recycling: I would implement programs to reduce waste generation and promote recycling and composting.

3.) Community Engagement and Education: I would engage and educate our community about the importance of climate change and the role each person can play in mitigating its impacts.
