I had set out for this word of power at first light, where the word of power was located was between Morthal and Solitude.
The ruins itself was interesting. People were already there, dead. Deeper in I found what was used to open these doors, an ivory dragon claw.
Further in was of course Dragur, and an interesting one. It was in a larger room like other boss Dragur but it had a write of sealing.
No clue for what, I didn't open it.
I smelled magic, I'm not stupid. Anyways, I got a sword to hang in breezehome from it. The thu'um was the second part of Frost breath.
I had finished the crypt rather early, so I made my way back to Ivarstead, it took me the rest of the day.
I stopped by Dark-water Crossing and did trade there, refilled on water-skins.
I got jumped though by Stendarr elite members, they had silver weapons which really hurt.
Guess werewolves hate that. I killed them quietly and left. Guess I'll avoid there for a while.
I'll be resting in the inn for the night before I head back up to High Hrothgar. The more shouts I find, the more my hah will begin to understand things..
Perhaps see my fate.

I arrived in Riverwood today and obtained the horn from the Inn keeper, Delphine. Apparently she is a member of "The Blades" a faction that served the dragon emperor for a time.
I do not care.
She spoke of the dragons return and wished to speak with me which was why she took the horn.
She was .. demanding of my sulyek, power to absorb the souls of the dragons.
Before she could give me the horn, she wished for me to prove my skill.
She claimed the dragons were being resurrected, by who was unknown at the time.
Kynsgrove was where I was to go with her. I told her I would meet her there.
I arrived there before she did, and got to the dragon burial site. And, I was surprised to find that same black dragon from Helgen there.
It shouted at the burial site and the dragon there was .. reborn. Resurrected.
Alduin, that is that dragon's name.
He was speaking a language I have come to slowly learn, I knew bits and pieces but I was too frozen in thoughts to respond, he took this as my arrogance to dare call myself a dragon.
He left, leaving the dragon to dispose of me. Delphine arrived just as I slayed it. And I got the horn.
She wanted my help to find out about these dragons, but I'm not buying it. That can't just be what she wants.
I told her a lie, and I went right to the Graybeards. They take priority over a joor mortal some woman who just so happened to know where to find a dragon.
I was greeted by the Graybeards as a gift of my final trial, also got that last word for the Unrelenting voice shout.
I asked about these shouts and my ... gifts. I was told it was abnormal but should be embraced.
A gift perhaps, to one day speak as dovah dragons do. So, I will bare with it.
I had also asked if there was a way to find these words of power, and thanks to their skills and power, the Graybeards can locate them. I was given ones location and I'll head out to find it in the morning..
I'm allowed to stay here for the night before setting out, the night on the mountain of High Hrothgar is at its coldest.

It took me roughly two days to reach the ruins that held the horn. As I said it's out in Morthal, which is in the colder regions of Skyrim as a whole.
The ruins was full of Dragur, Skeletons, Skeever and Mages. A very few Bandits among the Mages outside of the ruins but they were disposed of quickly.
Getting inside the chamber that held the horn was easy, a shout was even in the ruins. It was part of the Elemental Fury shout.
Unfortunately, much to my rage the horn wasn't there. A letter was in exchange however. Wishing to meet me, the dragonborn at the sleeping giant inn in Riverwood.
They want me to rent a "attac" room to signal it's me.
I'll head to Riverwood in the morning, and I'll gut them.
I'll be spending the night in the Morthal inn, Moorside inn. It's a decent little place, good drink and staff. But their bard is complete shit, Their singing is horrible and they can't play a lute to save their fucking life.
Still, I'll sleep here. Although, I may take the bard of Riften over the bard of Morthal any day.

Vilkas called for me this morning, wished to confide in me about some things. Truth be told I also spoke to him. Told him of my .. calling as dovakiin, dragonborn. He was surprised but, suggested since I had not spoken to the Graybeards yet to do so.
That he'd watch after the companions while I'm gone.. He made it difficult to argue back, so I packed some supplies from Breezehome and headed out.
High Hrothgar is on a mountain right by Ivarstead so traveling there according to my map did not take very long.
I climbed the seven thousand steps, and spoke to them after proving I was dragonborn.
They taught me some things, and requested as my final test to recover the horn of their founder.
I accepted and headed out, my questions about my ... mind shifts and dreams that I haven't worte down would have to come later.
For now I rest at the Riverwood's inn "The sleeping Giant Inn" for the night.
The ruins that holds the horn is located out in Morthal, quite the trip but Letholdus seems to be able to make that trip, such a hardy horse.

Today was an interesting one.
Farkas heard rumors and tales of dragons coming back to life, and he wished to fight one. Yet, also wished for me to be his shield sister.
He knew where to find one he claimed. So, we rode out into the reach where he said it was located.
Fighting this dragon, it made me remember that day where the gray beards summoned me, I haven't answered them yet.
I can't leave the companions in order to travel. But, those thoughts must be put aside for tonight.
For tonight, we feast on the fact Farkas saw and slayed a dragon. It's head mounted on the wall as a trophy.

Alea approached me this morning, requesting my help on something as well.
Skjor’s old journals went over the “Totems of Hiricne”
She had found one of these Totems of Hircine and requested I help her retrieve it. Of course, I agreed to, it was my job. So we traveled out past Dragon’s bridge and into the cold where one of these totems laid.
Guarded by frost trolls out the ass too. But we obtained the totem and the trip back to Whiterun was made in the same day.
Alea now as I’m writing this is praying before the totem’s altar.
I’m getting mead and going to fucking bed.

I awoke this morning to Farkas needing my assistance in something.
When I had asked him what he needed, he requested that I take him to Ysgramor's tomb to be cleansed of his beast blood, I felt as if i I should of inquired further.
But I didn't it was his choice, so, we traveled there. I didn't have a second horse for him to take, so the ride on Letholdus was .. awkward.
I was at the reins and he was behind me. Bumping into me. It felt really wrong. I need to invest in horses for all of the companions. Anyways, Farkas is clean of Hircine's curse.
He felt so happy about that, stayed behind for a while to take in the tomb.

Today was the first day as the Harbinger of the companions, I had returned to the mead hall to a roar of greetings, a demand for a feast for my promotion.
Farkas offered to cater, to hunt down a Mammoth to feed the hall. Of course, I had accepted going along with.
You know, out of everyone in the companions, Fakas is such a .. kind soul. A giant yet so gentle, kind, caring.
The hunt went fine, there was more than enough food for everyone, enough ale to get everyone drunk.
It was .. Nice. Reminded me of the band. I miss those days.

I returned to Jorrvaskr, and Kodlak's funeral was held. Eorlund needed the piece of Wuuthrad that Kodlak always had in his room. When I went to retrieve it I found his journal.
I had read through it out of sheer curiosity, what was his final thoughts?
Turns out, he had a dream about the Harbingers, Hircine and himself. He wrote of a female warrior in his dream who helped cure his curse.
He described me.
It seems he had a future sight of his fate, and he was right. He's in Sovengarde now.
Farkas, Vilkas, Alea and myself traveled to Ysgramor's tomb with Wuuthrad now whole and burned a witches head.
Kodlak's beast spirit was slayed by my hand, and he was free.
But, before he faded away he said I was to lead the companions, to become the next Harbinger. Why?
Why me? Why not Vilkas? He would not tell me why. Just left, I .. I don't know how to feel of this.
I cannot abandon them because I do not want a duty.
The others will go back to Whiterun shortly, I'm resting at an Inn for the night. Trying to think what I should do next.
I wonder what father would of done, if in my situation? He would accept his duty I suppose.
Guess I am the Harbinger of the companions now then. Even though I don't deserve to be.

When I got to Jorrvaskr’s steps, I saw what had happened. Silverhand had attacked while I was gone.
I had got inside the mead hall when Vilkas got mad at me, pissed actually. Snarling, asking where I had been. I explained where, and in the anger.
I was charged to go with Vilkas to kill the rest of the Silverhand, and retrieve the stolen fragments.
They were all killed quickly enough, wiped out. I told Vilkas to go on ahead back to Jorrvaskr, that me and Lethuldus would catch up later on in the morning.
It feels, wrong.
It feels as if this is my fault more than it should be..
Why?

I had returned to Whiterun and told Alea of the slaying of Silverhand, and once more before Farkas could give me a task she had sent me to another Silverhand location.
Traveling out into the Rift this time, took almost the entire day to get there. On the way I had encountered an older orc who wished for a good death, he reminded me of my father and we spoke for a short time before I offered to give him a good death.
He had fought well, and died as he wished. I buried him the traditional way of the orc, something father taught me to do in the future.
The wolves in the rift though, much like the ones in Whiteruns plains, submitted to me for some reason.
Followed me even for a time.
I had also stopped by dark water crossing to refill my water skins when I heard the roars of a dragon, I could almost hear words within it's cry.
Lethuldus, my horse refused to leave these people to face a dragon that was so near. It turned out there was two dragons, twins actually.
Both fell to my blade and with it, more power from them. And another word from those walls. Which gave me another headache, my hah mind keeps feeling changing the more I find these thu'umme shouts and absorbing these dragon souls.
Anyways, clearing out the Silverhand hideout and getting the fragment of Wuuthrad was easy, but I found something while cleaning it out. An odd, giant and rusted sword.
It was bigger than the sword I had forged, I had to have Letholdus take my gear and walk beside me due to the fact he couldn't carry it. Which was odd since I could.
I'll have Eorlund Gray-mane look at the weapon once I get back to Whiterun, I have stopped for the night to let Letholdus rest, eat and drink. The same for me.
The bee and barb is an interesting little tavern. Ran by Keerava, an argonian. Her prices are fair and she sells Black briar mead. Ever since my father had gotten a few crates of supplies from Riften I have been hooked on Black-briar mead.
Riften though, has changed since the last time I had been here.
The guards tried to shake me down for an "entry fee" which I wouldn't pay, I knew how to spot thieves and I warned them I don't take kindly to people trying to take my money. I'm guessing they saw the giant blade on my back and decided to keep their mouths shut and let me go as I please after that.
I was also stopped inside Riften by a man named Maul whose a guard dog for Maven Black-briar. He told me to watch myself while in Riften, even gave me some information after a little "convincing."
After a small update of Riften's condition I had witnessed a poor stable worker being the victim of a setup done by a woman. Of course I interfered and confronted the woman in The bee and barb, which turned some heads it seems.
I had ordered a room for a night and drank my rounds. A short while later, a priest of Mara arrived to give his sermons. I honestly almost threw my mug at the man. But before I could, the owner threw him out.
Like any tavern, there's music. Bards. The bard for the Bee and Barb was fabled to be the best in Skyrim, given their vocal talent and dashing charms. Said by women.
Well, tonight I saw this fable of a man. Short darkish brown hair, a look that he shaves once in a while, mead gold eyes, he has this build of what could easily described as a scouter.
Thin yet muscled in certain areas. The women were falling for his odd accent.
And his overflowing charm and charisma. He doesn't sing the usual songs, more upbeat and the kind that get taverns full of dancing drunken patrons. And apparently, he has a voice too.
It's a bit deep yet has a lure, I didn't fall for it of course. I know better. After a short while I have returned to my bedroom for the evening and will head out to Whiterun in the morning.

We were to go about our day as we usually do, while we mourn over Skjor we cannot stop the work. He would not be the last casualty we'll have.
I was going to do a job for Farkas, but Alea had pulled me aside, demanding for my help with something. She wanted vengeance for Skjor's death, and she wishes to hit the Silverhand hard.
Gave me the location of the first place she wants cleared. Most of the day was consumed of traveling to there. I may be nearing the reach with the closeness.
The small band has been slayed and I'll travel back to Whiterun tomorrow morning to deliver the news to Alea.

This will be a grim journal entry. Skjor is dead.
I don't remember much of what happened last night aside from Alea and Skjor wishing me to join the inner circle. I had agreed and drank Alea's blood. After that? I don't remember. She said I was harder to bring back than Farkas, back from what?
She was cut up and we were out in the snow. I was told my celebration for surviving the first transformation was that we'd hunt Silverhand.
Skjor went on ahead. When we stormed the fortress we found Skjoir dead in the main chambers. Alea morns and I had to tell the companions the bad news.
Njada is pissed at me.
The companions grieve.

I got awoken to Farkas saying Skjoir was looking for me. Seems I must of done something wrong while on a job because there's no idea why he'd want my summons.
He wishes for me to meet him by the Underforge tonight. The Underforge is located directly under the Skyforge which is .. interesting to say the least. This entry will be shorter than others, I didn't do much of anything today, map out more of Tamriel for my personal use.
I also slayed a few mammoths and giants and got more things.

It has been a fairly odd day, I was given the odd job task of clearing out Falmer from a cavern.
I never heard of Falmer or knew what they looked like.
Turns out the Falmar are mole people.
I took care of them of course but I was a bit unprepared. Came back to the companions wounded just a bit. Farkas freaked out, saying I should get treatment for my wounds quickly.
I was fine though, I've suffered worse. Much worse. I forgot to write yesterday though that while on my trial I encountered another word wall, this one I guess being the second part of that fire shout. I could make out more words on that wall more so..
What's happening to me?

Today was the day, I had gotten my trial.
Skjoir said it was about time and that he wanted the finding of a fragment of Wuuthraad to be my trial, Farkas to be the witness and my shield brother. To say I passed would put it simply. I recovered the fragment and got accepted into the Companions.
Something interesting though occurred. It seems those myths and rumors of werewolves in Skyrim aren't just myths and rumors. Because Farkas is one, and so is the inner circle.
I was reassured I wouldn't be one if I didn't want to if I ever joined the inner circle.
No one else in the companions knows. Guess this is a secret to take to my grave.
