Anxiety question

What’s with the sudden need to run?. I’ve been just having a relaxed day in and out of nowhere I get this strong need to run, to go outside, go far away. It’s almost a claustrophobic feeling. It usually takes me longer than usual to calm down and get the idea of running away out of my head.

Tipsy

When was the last time you went out drinking and got tipsy?

Or stayed in and got tipsy?

There’s something about that word that funny, and its funny when you are. The word feels different, less intense, more relaxed. I like that feeling of being light like a feather.

Last time I drank was on new years eve and there’s parta I don’t remember, like dancing around in a sort of conga line. I know I did that from a video a Friend’s mom showed me. She knew I wouldn’t remembered doing that, the fact that she is a mom that drinks with her children and their friends and doesn’t judge it’s really cool.

I used to get embarrassed about everything that I did while drunk or tipsy, but now I just try to enjoy the moment. It doesn’t happen often and when it does its a moment to let all walls down and just exist in randomness and goofiness.

It’s something I don’t do often so I try to enjoy it while I can, with people I trust around me.

Here’s to having a drink and letting your guard down for a while. Try to enjoy it and not take it so seriously the morning after, its good to take the time to unwind every once in a while.

This pandemic shit is driving me crazy… I’m not good at working from home, I feel like my life is being spent inside a box, with my computer playing Netflix or Spotify while I work, because otherwise its too quiet.

Yes, i get why people with families and pets like working from home, but I honestly feel trapped. 😒

It’s very frustrating when you feel powerless, you want to give the best to your family and provide everything they need, but you can barely give them the minimum of what they deserve.
