Update:

lol it worked
Anyway, I'd like to take a moment to give evyone a heads up that if you have ANY LINKS in your Indeed resume, to check if your account was suspended. They do not send any emails or notifications that they have done this, you must go to the "profile" page and check if there's a message at the top. If they've flagged something stupid like a portfolio, contact the help desk via email (there's no phone number for us lowly job seekers) and tell them explicitly that you're links are for a portfolio, which is perfectly legal and you will absolutely NOT give them any form of ID to appeal. Feel free to threaten to report them to the links below and threaten legal action
Complaint Form - Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
File a Privacy Complaint | Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
ReportFraud.ftc.gov
And above all remember:
NO MATTER WHAT THEY CLAIM, YOU DO NOT OWE ANY FORM OF ID, CREDIT CARD OR LEGAL DOCUMENT TO A WEBSITE OFFERING A FREE SERVICE, EVER.
I'm sorry, what the everloving fuck is this???
WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS??????
You don't even tell me what the violation is and now I have to show you ID? I wouldn't give my ID to Facebook or YouTube and I sure as hell won't be giving it to you.
#internet privacy#data privacy#indeed#indeed.com#job hunting#i know some people hate confrontation (including me)#but sometime in life you really have to scream and threaten assholes to get what you need

So more to this saga:
Told Indeed I'd like to know what rule I violated before I started giving them my lDs and this was their response
Yes it's true, I have a link and QR on my resume. Do you know what they link to?
A portfolio. You know, that thing they said it's okay to have.
So I kindly told them to go fuck themselves, try reviewing the resume with a human instead of some janky AI and to reinstate my account or I'd be reporting them to several government privacy watchdogs and threatening legal action
I'm sorry, what the everloving fuck is this???
WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS??????
You don't even tell me what the violation is and now I have to show you ID? I wouldn't give my ID to Facebook or YouTube and I sure as hell won't be giving it to you.

Another gem of a Tumblr ad. A friendly reminder that your emergency plan should always include a graphic designer

#I'm a graphic designer i can help you in an emergency as long as the emergency involves needing business cards made in a couple hours#who is this man#what's with the coffee picture#what are they even selling

In Super Mario Galaxy 2, placeholder text exists for the letter sent to Mario by Peach after she is kidnapped by Bowser. It appears as a copy of the letter from the beginning of the game, only with the "I'll be waiting for you at the castle on the night of the Star Festival." line being repeated a concerning amount of times.
With this being a placeholder, it most likely had no bearing at all on any concepts for actual letters sent by Peach. However, it is notable how, by repeating the line, it creates an impression of something being "off" or "wrong" about the letter, as though it was written by someone else to lure Mario into a trap.
