Please help i dont have the art but how did you do the glitch effect on kris' eye

HELPP i got a similar ask a couple days ago about how i did the painted pixels for that piece so i'll just kill two birds with one stone here

all i did was put a grid on top of the entire piece and i hand-drew the pixels underneath it...

because it's all hand-colored there's not really any method to it much. i'd just colorpick from the drawing and scatter around my random pixels for funsies. i do have a glitch tool but i havent used it in a long time (the glitches it makes are very small and computery anyway)

I think it's heavily implied that Kris self-harms, and I wondered what scars could turn into in the dark world. Got a little carried away with the colors on this one but i really like how it turned out :3
