So my friend has ADHD and depression, right? And I have ADHD and anxiety.
This means that my friend is basically the equivalent of head empty no thoughts all the time. Just total brain static.
Meanwhile I’m over here frantically slamming my leg up and down under my desk and thinking ALL THE THOUGHTS but none of them are the ones that I need to be thinking.
