ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤGreetings aside, where were they supposed to begin ? Uva Academy was a legendary school; one that students from many regions flocked to attend. Naturally, such an esteemed place would have been rather LARGE. A tour would have definitely taken a good few hoursㅤ—ㅤwhich she didn't mind but it probably was a little overwhelming. She knew that she had felt way in over her head when she first started attending.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤThe girl did mention that she was having trouble FINDING things though. That would have been a good starting point.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤ❛ㅤSoㅤ—ㅤfirst, what are you LOOKING FOR ? Like, your homeroom or something ?ㅤ❜

"WOW, THAT'S . . . REALLY NICE OF YOU . . ." Sure, maybe she should have expected such an offer, given that she did help tend to this girl's wounds earlier. Yet, Mari was the type who did and expected nothing in return. To be offered a trip as thanks . . . if even that (maybe this girl was just as kindhearted as herself.)

The smile on her face grows, feeling her shoulders ease as the awkwardness begins to melt away. Mari outstretches a hand, offering to shake. Hard to believe that months ago, she was still learning to stifle the old Mahana greeting. Times have changed—places have changed her. "Ahm' Mari." The rider introduces.

"Oh, I plan on exploring every inch of this place once I get the chance to. But for now, school sounds good. Kinda have a hard time finding everything with all the different floors . . ."

It really didn't help that she wasn't used to such a setting. Education in Mahana wasn't supplied at a small desk in tight indoor quarters. It was loose and free, like the wilderness that claimed most of Hakolo as its home. Adjusting to the completely different learning style was bound to be a struggle for Mari.

Kats just sort of blinked at the appearance of the Iron Serpent. "Well, this is certainly different." He remarked, taking a moment to examine the pokemon in awe before getting onto it's back. "Well, I suppose there's no harm in talking about certain past events."

"For starters, it turns out Celebi, who can freely travel through time, and Hoopa, who can create portals to anywhere and everywhere, are best buddies. Celebi doesn't like hitch hikers, and Hoopa LOVES taking people on impromptu vacations, whether they want to go or not."

Levy was struggling as she made her way home to the Poke daycare outside of town. She had been feeling a little bit off but thought it was nothing. At least she had Mimi with her, but even the small Eevee could tell that something was off. She stopped to catch her breath a second, not noticing her little friend go up to a stranger father on the path, trying to get their attention and lead them back to her.

Paldea was more of a coastal region save for the northern provincesㅤ—ㅤbut it certainly wasn't warm and tropical ALL THE TIME like Alola.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤ❛ㅤOh, that sounds REALLY NICE ! There aren't any jungle-y areas like that here in Paldea ! I bet the Pokémon are really neat too !ㅤ❜

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤHOPEFULLY she didn't ask about the gaping eyesore in the middle of Paldea. THAT would have been difficult to explain.

"OH, UH . . ." SHE SHOULD HAVE ANTICIPATED that question would come up. If not for the fact that Saga was from there herself, she might have been completely lost on an answer. Thankfully, the lucario had given a pretty good description of it before she'd left.

Actually, it sounded a lot like Hakolo Island now that Mari thought about it. Which, if any of the islands were alike to her homeland, then that meant one thing:

They were teeming with life. "There's so many different things there. Pokemon you wouldn't find in Paldea, that's for sure. You'd be surprised, given that its an island surrounded by water."

"I never even touched snow till' I left home, did you know that? Like I said, its not 'sposed to snow on most of the islands. Imagine my surprise when I left, brrr!" Mari shudders.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤBut what falls out of the tree only ADDS to the confusion. The ' creature ' was only vaguely human - shaped. The presence of a large TAIL seemed to push it towards a Pokémon butㅤ—ㅤwhat Pokémon wore human clothes and a mask like that ? ! Well, okay. SOME Pokémon wore masks ( like her Meowscarada ) but definitely not human - like clothes. Not to mention that VERY human speech.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤNOW she was unsure how to handle the situation. A few looks were traded between her Pokémon and the fallenㅤ—ㅤuh ㅤ—ㅤhuman Pokémon thing before she finally speaks.

It was in fact, almost TEMPTING to catch the little guy. But her OWN Mimikyu had carried her for so long and throughout so many timelines. She couldn't simply replace them with another Mimikyu just because the other was a SLIGHTLY COOLER COLOR.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤWellㅤ—ㅤmaybe her MOTHER would like it as a pet like how she had adopted her Pawmot. Or she could just not catch it at all and just take a selfie with it.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤBefore she could make a decision, the tiny little ghost Pokémon was WHISKED AWAY; seemingly stolen from some sort of clawed hand. Whatever it was, it DEFINITELY wasn't human. Another Pokemon perhaps ?

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤIt's difficult to tell WHAT grabbed the Mimikyu or where it was within the tree with the foliage blocking her view. Shaking whatever it was down would have been greatㅤ—ㅤbut the Mimikyu might have gotten INJURED that way. Maybe . . .

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤ❛ㅤGo, Jasmine ! Use FLOWER TRICK on that tree !ㅤ❜

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤThe IDEA was that maybe the pollen from the flower bombs would stun the Mimikyu's captor for long enough for it to get away. As the Meowscarada emerged from the Pokeball, the plant-like orbs it would toss at the tree sent a billowing CLOUD of pollen through the air.

With the shiny Mimikyu in their hand, they ended up lightly petting the little pokemons head. Claws lightly scratching at the fabric made ears as their free hand holds them carefully. He was about to say something to the pokemon before his ears are quick to flicker upwards at being shouted at.

" Huh? "

If there was any more response from Pyroite, its cut off by the sound of an attack and a cloud of pollen clinging to the air. Ears flicking and tail twitching behind him, tempted to wave away the pollen. Wither he was clumsy or the pollen was effective, the figure ends up slipping from the branch and landing roughly on the ground bellow.

The silver mimikyu held loosely in his hand, not having time to let the little one go earlier.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤHer attention was soon turned to the nearby picnic table as she spread out her deep purple Uva Academy tablecloth onto its wooden surface. Even as she worked on setting up, she doesn't turn away; the only indication she was still PAYING ATTENTION to him being that she would speak.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤ❛ㅤThey probably still are but they'll GET OVER IT eventually. They're a little more uhㅤ—ㅤmurderous than the rest of my team but they're just overprotective like a LOT of Pokémon are over their trainers.ㅤ❜

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤSoon enough, a wide variety of cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, and of course, bread were all laid out on the table. It was definitely enough to feed thirteen Pokémon and their trainers ( assuming this guy had a party of six )ㅤ—ㅤbut she would DEFINITELY have to hit up the nearest store again.

ʚㅤ★ㅤɞㅤ˗ˏˋㅤOnce more would she release all of her Pokemon; briefly talking to them to try to get the message across that she did NOT want the boy and his Pokémon mauled. Only when she was certain they would not would she turn back around to the other.

Regulus felt guilty as he watched the girl used one of her pokeballs to take her Masholds back and away from here. The whole incident with Pikachu must have made them very angry and Regulus couldn’t blame them.

He was ready to leave if she asked him to but he was surprised that she offered him some food. They were not pokepuffs but hopefully, his Pokemon was okay with extra sandwich ingredients to make sandwiches.

“Are you sure? I feel bad for imposing since I caused you and your Pokemon so much trouble but if you and your Pokemon are okay with us joining, I see no reason to refuse.”

After some resting, he was planning to take his Pokemon somewhere to eat but since she invited him, he was happy to accept as long as they were not imposing. Besides, this would be a good way to make more friends and perhaps he could make up for this incident in the future. Makuhita and Pikachu were happy about this as they were ready to eat.

“I also have some berries and treats to share with your Pokemon too if they are interested.” Regulus took the food out of his bag as he spoke. “Are your Masholds still mad at us?”
