the cruiserweight championship match, tozawa vs. neville, on the preshow for the 1248634373th time because apparently the title means nothing 

the cruiserweights only having 1 match on the show, which is nothing new BUT their division is treated like shit and this kinda rubs it in i mean summerslam is 5 hours or some shit (including the preshow) and we only have 1 cruiserweight match and this bothers me bye

usos vs. the new day for the smackdown tag team championships on the preshow because apparently the titles mean nothing 

orton vs. rusev on the main card despite the fact it has had 0 buildup 

cena vs. corbin on the main card despite the fact it has had very limited buildup 

big cass vs. big show w/enzo in a shark cage is on the main card despite the fact we’ve seen the match twice already (if i’m not mistaken) on raw

the intercontinental title not being defended because apparently the title means nothing

the hardys & jj vs. miz & the miztourage despite the fact we’ve seen the match on raw already 

the hardys on the preshow 

the fact that we’re supposed to believe that summerslam is gonna be better than nxt takeover brooklyn iii

The wrestling world is on fire after last night’s reveal.

i see people talking about how alexa shouldn’t be champion because she’s not as good in the ring as someone like charlotte or sasha

but that mentality fails to take into account that there’s more to being a good wrestler than JUST in ring performance, and don’t recognise just how GOOD her mannerisms are or her facial expressions or her trash talking or her psychology

like she might not be the best pure “wrestler” but she’s so entertaining to watch and everything she does is so calculated and well done

basically i just adore her

WWE Made The Right Call At The Women’s Money In The Bank Match

-Everyone talking about the women’s MITB match more than almost anything else in wrestling this week?  Check

-Everyone couldn’t wait to watch Smackdown to see the fallout? Check

-Everyone is now jacked to see the rematch on Smackdown next week? Check

-The women’s division is basically the main story on Smackdown right now?  Check

-Carmella and Ellsworth now have uber heel status? Check

But forget all that, let’s just call WWE sexist assholes for having a heel woman win the match using her heel valet.   I’m sorry but I think the smarks all totally got worked on this one.  This is like Roman Reigns entering the Royal Rumble at #30, thereby tricking the crowd into cheering frigging Randy Orton winning the rumble.

The women’s division is going to have done TWO ladder matches in TWO weeks. And the crowd will be as amped for the second as they were for the first, if not more. And people are going to tune in to see it.   Give the crowd a short term heel win to rile them up, then set up for the long term payoff to hit a higher high. It’s almost like WWE is actually using…actual pro wrestling booking for once.

It took balls to stick with that finish and in retrospect I think they made the right call.

Now let’s see if they have the guts to have Carmella win AGAIN….

Unpopular opinion

So for the past two day & a half I’ve been avoiding tumblr since the MiTB PPV.

After watching Carmella’s promo, I’m starting to get behind the angle.

Her argument is valid, while everyone was caught up in the history making aspect of the match she was the only one thinking about her future. It was a No DQ match so anything goes.

While she used somewhat valid examples it supported her point. It’s really is a matter of whatever means necessary to become Ms/Mr MITB because it’s 1 step closer to being world champ.
