[ what kinds of things do you guys want/need to see in an oc's blog/bio to make them easy to rp with?

(i haven't actually done an indie tumblr oc since way back in 2014 so i wouldn't know lol.)

i do have a few ideas on what else to add but i still want to summon everyone else's thoughts on the matter first. ]

[ i don't really want to elaborate on why besides that my writing self esteem kinda sucks lately and i just want to rp instead of just writing things by myself (and i'm really tired of forcing myself to do it.) ]

[ the hard part is that i really want to do the new oc but uhhh. i don't know how much use there would be in that either... ]

[ i'm currently trying to think up stuff for the new angsty verse that would be easier to interact with / be mutually interesting / avoid over-angst.

i'm thinking... attempting to hold a normal conversation with the other muse. he can just ask anything he can think of. maybe he's even been told to focus on their emotions? something like that, perhaps.

blah blah blah he got so obedient under the drug that now he doesn't think for himself all that well. maybe these are exercises to get him to think again? we shall see. ]

[ i genuinely do not think it is normal to feel ashamed to ask for a few new rps with different characters, but... here we are... ]

[ i think i'm stuck in an inactivity cycle and i want out so i can actually come back. ]

[ me taking my time = me going inactive. this happens every single time i want to write here lol.

i want to do something now! but i still end up taking time because: A) long posts are difficult for me and i can't usually keep up with anyone else B) if i'm not actively thinking about it i will forget and end up distracted by something else C) byakuran is not a very easy character to include in... literally anything without writing intro stuff.

this leads to the inactivity cycle. everything has to involve slow burn and i just struggle with that so much. is this a bad choice of muse? should i force myself to do another one (knowing it'll just make this worse?)

sometimes i feel like i shouldn't even try rping him and just stick to fanfic i can do whatever i want in... except i honestly don't like writing fanfic...

[ me talking about the new detox route: tw noncon drug use / kidnapping / medical malpractice. ]

[ i made myself a whole new verse... only to end up thinking about those lowkey evil ocs ive been working on being a perfect fit for the antagonists responsible.

like the modded-mist guardian already does slip drugs of choice into drinks/food/other medication if they think it's for the person's benefit. doing it for the famiglia's benefit would absolutely check. they would already know what drug to use for the occasion and all. (that's the most unhinged one of the entire bunch too.)

tho i don't think the group would necessarily know about what happened in the TYL verse so it was likely coincidental... but idk it's spicy if they do figure out some of future arc. they all do have him in their clutches for however long. lots of time. but anyway...

the downside is i would have to figure out So Much about their post-canon plot arc that it would probably go into fanfic territory... i don't even know how much i'll get to use the verse anyway (the curse of inactivity) so.

... but thinking about it does spark joy i guess! ]

[ actually some elaboration on why i'm only slightly here. ]

[ there is So Much stuff i want to reread to remember how to rp him before coming back. he is so weird and complicated :') especially with angst threads :') :')

i just don't have much else to do so i'm not sure if there's too much reason to Not come back? i burnt out on ocs for now (worked so hard yet i'm nowhere near done) and i do miss being around you guys. i also need to debut the new icons sooner or later... ]
