Kazuha tucks the loose strands of your hair once he sees it covering your face. his calloused hands gently dragging itself to move the hair to the back of your ear, cupping your face with his palm as his thumb caresses the soft skin on your cheek.

As you moved your head to lean into his palm more, you gathered the courage to look at his face, and you just can't help but be mesmerized by his oh-so-gorgeous crimson eyes and the way he looks at you – so full of love and adoration. And he too can't help himself but smile at the thought of you trusting him enough to be vulnerable in front of him this way.

This action of his, he fails to realize is a habit that has been engraved into being muscle memory anytime he lays eyes on you. He can't help it, it's difficult to stop when he's head over heels. But you? You know otherwise, and you smiled to yourself thinking about the many times he’s done this as you moved your hand to grab his wrist, relishing in the moment and the warmth on your cheek from the palm of his hand.

Xiao ๋࣭⭑ֶֶֶָָָ֢֢֢𖹭

holds your hand when you least expect it.

You and Xiao had been staying up all night in your apartments’ living room, the light from the moon and the tv illuminated both yours and his face. Xiao had been on his phone for the past 30 minutes or so with you watching the tv leaning against his shoulder and your hands beside his.

You had been too invested in watching a k-drama series when suddenly you felt the finger of a certain someones’ hand intertwining with yours that lay on the side of the cushy sofa you both sat on. You looked back towards Xiao’s direction but he didn't bother looking up to face you and still kept his eyes locked towards the screen of his phone. You shrugged it off and changed your focus back to the tv series you were watching earlier.

Xiao – now feeling bad about having ignored you earlier, he deepened the clutches of yours and his fingers, his thumb now sitting on the top of your hand as he gently started to caress his thumb over your knuckles. It was a way of him reassuring you, letting you know that – "hey, I'm here, don't think I'm uninterested.”

Wanderer (Scaramouche) ๋࣭⭑ֶֶֶָָָ֢֢֢𖹭

Scaramouche had always been the type to listen to music at any given time and at any place, even long before you had an established relationship with the man. He claimed that – “music helps me express my feelings that I can't even explain myself.” — his words, not mine. He’s also the type of person who wouldn’t be caught dead listening to sappy love songs because he said it “wasn’t his type of music” or “it’s cringe”, but what you saw today tells you otherwise.

You had just finished cooking a meal for the two of you since you were both starving, with scaramouche on his phone and and his airpods in, he quietly listened and jammed to the music of his own pick. At least until you called him over for dinner at the kitchen only does he stop listening.

“I made you Unagi Chazuke – your favorite.” You spoke excitedly, a visible smile on your face as you looked at him gleefully. He took off his airpods and placed his phone right next to his bowl of food and went to grab a drink from the fridge, and that's when you noticed the cover of an open playlist on spotify with the title written as ‘i like u’ and the description being ‘sorry i never meant to’ and you thought to yourself – ‘a little peek wouldn't hurt’ as your hand went to reach for his phone. You scrolled through the playlist and noticed how most of the songs had titles you recognized and were mostly under the love song genre, which was a little odd since Scaramouche himself claimed he had never listened to any type of love songs in his life. You scrolled a little bit more through the playlist as it finally reached its end as you heard a thud on the counter you stood by and in front of you – a very red faced looking Scara looking like he’d seen a ghost.

“What’s wrong, babe?” you eyed the man with his phone still in your hand as it finally clicks in your head – was the playlist about .. you?

Scaramouche felt heat spreading across his face as he stared you down. ‘Maybe now’s the time to tell them’ he thought as he mustered up the courage to speak the truth. “Okay.. about that .. playlist if you’re wondering, yes, it is about you.” He spoke with a hushed tone as he rubbed the nape of his neck. “I made that a while back, before we started dating.” You just couldn't help but let out a giggle and walked towards his side, immediately hugging him before you played with his face. “You’re so cute, you know that right?” you spoke teasingly whilst pinching his cheeks as scaramouche tries to retaliate. “Hey, stop tha–” before he could even finish speaking, he was silenced by your soft lips on his, and he couldn't help but melt into the kiss.

Pulling away to catch some air, you giggled at his now shy demeanor. “Let's eat now.” you invited him as you made your way to grab some utensils while he was still trying to collect himself.
