PantheaCon female-only spiritual rites infiltrated by transactivists Sex-specific events are no longer allowed at PantheaCon — not even traditional rites based on exclusively female experiences such as menstruation, which have always been deeply revered in many Pagan traditions
The Fayetteville Goddess Festival has ironically cancelled a lesbian event on the erasure of lesbians due to transactivists complaining it was exclusive.
THE RED TENT: LOST FOREST LODGE has withdrawn their event, The Red Tent Temple from PantheaCon due to “outraged” transactivist protesters arguing the “entire concept is offensive.”
The Nerds with Vaginas Facebook page has been unpublished at least three times by Facebook due to reports from transactivists over their name. This is despite their regular posts declaring themselves pro-trans and explaining that they, the page owners are the nerds with vaginas.

there’s no such thing as AFAB privilege
Females are killed as a direct result of their sex every day (2017 Violence Policy Center: When Men Murder Women). About 30 trans ppl die every year (in the US) and even adjusted for population size they’re less likely to be murdered than the general population. 95% of sex crimes are committed by males (2010 National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey), male bodies ARE weapons of attack and being barred from certain spaces or protections in society for having one IS NOT OPPRESSION. Male on male violence is not the fault of women, nor is it a result of our “privilege”
As of May 2016, Title IX of the Civil Rights Act no longer guarantees sex-based protections for female students in federally funded schools. Women’s shelters are defunded and shut down for refusing to be male inclusive. Abortion access is tenuous and increasingly absent. Gender nonconformity in males is looked down upon because society hates females so goddamn much, that is a direct result of female oppression, not female privilege. MTF people earn more than FTM people on average, no female privilege there!

why TIM’s can’t experience female oppression
the extent to which transwomen “pass” is wildly inconsistent
males being socially punished for “looking” female is just an ersatz form homophobia as the patriarchy has low tolerance for gender nonconformity from either of the sexes, you can’t be punished for being female if you’re literally not female
that female oppression is directly related to the state of being female and having a female reproductive system, whether or not you’re able to use it because of fertility issues, as well as being physiologically distinct from males in ways are disadvantageous and create heightened vulnerability, particularly in shared public spaces (then they usually say “some women are tall” and i have to explain the concept of sexual dimorphism)
yes it still includes intersex women born without a vagina/uterus because they’re still biologically (or at least phenotypically) female and are raised and socialized as female, and their conditions are examples of sex-specific health conditions that trans identified males will never experience due to being male
there’s a huge difference between being raised as a female and being raised as a male and then arbitrarily deciding that you’re female later in life
female oppression is structural and modern society has literally been built around the goal of keeping the female sex class (not the feminine gender) under the thumb of the patriarchy
no male person can “pass” as female without first making a dedicated effort to alter their appearance, whereas actual females existing in their natural state will experience oppression without doing anything to their appearance
the oppression experienced by trans identified males based on their gender identity is a product of their choices rather than their natural state of being
gender identity in itself is an entirely difference axis of discrimination than sex, males can never experience female oppression but they can certainly experience oppression for being GNC (this is supported by statistics comparing outcomes for MTF and FTM people)

stonewall
this is by @radfemwonderwoman but it wont let me like/reblog her awesomeness that i desperately need for my records hehe
First of all, the story of Stonewall is very complex. There is a lot of different accounts of what happened and who was there.
Let’s begin with Marsha and Sylvia.
1) Marsha P. Johnson was a gay man/transvestite/self-identified drag queen.
“Johnson’s concept of her gender identity varied throughout her life. In the early 1970s, Johnson simultaneously identified as a “gay transvestite” and briefly considered surgical transition,[18] the latter of which she ultimately rejected, saying in an interview on June 26, 1992 (ten days before her death), “I’m a man.”[3]”
He was for transgender rights, that’s true, but he himself was not transgender or transsexual.
2) Sylvia Rivera is a bit more complicated. Sylva referred to herself as a gay man, a transvestite, and a pre-op transsexual. So she may or may not have been transsexual, but that is not for us to assume.
~ “My first lover taught me how to make love to another man, and in my youth I was always supposed to be the bottom. This is the way I thought a relationship was…an effeminate gay boy was solely to be the bottom. My lover was a butch-looking boy, very butch. Actually, no one even knew he was gay.
~ “People now want to call me a lesbian because I’m with Julia, and I say, “No. I’m just me. I’m not a lesbian.” I’m tired of being labeled. I don’t even like the label transgender. I’m tired of living with labels. I just want to be who I am. I am Sylvia Rivera. Ray Rivera left home at the age of 10 to become Sylvia. And that’s who I am.”
~ “What about the term “drag queen?” People in STAR prefer to use the term “transvestite.” Can you explain the difference?
A drag queen is one that usually goes to a ball, and that’s the only time she gets dressed up. Transvestites live in drag. A transsexual spends most of her life in drag. I never come out of drag to go anywhere. Everywhere I go I get all dressed up. A transvestite is still like a boy, very manly looking, a feminine boy. You wear drag here and there. When you’re a transsexual, you have hormone treatments and you’re on your way to a sex change, and you never come out of female clothes.
You’d be considered a pre-operative transsexual then? You don’t know when you’d be able to go through the sex change?
Oh, most likely this year. I’m planning to go to Sweden. I’m working very hard to go.
It’s cheaper there than it is at Johns Hopkins? It’s $300 for a change, but you’ve got to stay there a year.”
Very few drag queens were allowed into Stonewall and the bar was meant for gay men.
“Eric Marcus, Making Gay History
Actually, it was the first time I had been to the friggin’ Stonewall. The Stonewall wasn’t a bar for drag queens. Everybody keeps saying it was. The drag queen spot was the Washington Square Bar, at Third St. and Broadway. This is where I get into arguments with people. They say, “Oh, no, it was a drag-queen bar, it was a black bar.” No. Washington Square Bar was the drag-queen bar.If you were a drag queen, you could get into the Stonewall if they knew you. And only a certain number of drag queens were allowed into the Stonewall at that time.“
“Martin Duberman, Stonewall
Washington Square was Sylvia’s special favo[u]rite. It opened at three in the morning and catered primarily (rather than incidentally as was the case with Stonewall) to transvestites[.][…]If she was going out at all… she would go to Washington Square. She had never been crazy about Stonewall, she reminded Tammy: Men in makeup were tolerated there, but not exactly cherished.”
From Marsha: “Well, uh, at first it was just a gay men’s bar. And they didn’t allow no, uh, women in. And then they started allowing women in. And then they let the drag queens in. I was one of the first drag queens to go to that place. ‘Cause when we first heard about this… and then they had these drag queens workin’ there. They didn’t never arrested anybody at the Stonewall. All they did was line us up and tell us to get out.”
From Sylvia herself: “What people fail to realize is that the Stonewall was not a drag queen bar. It was a white male bar for middle-class males to pick up young boys of different races. Very few drag queens were allowed in there, because if they had allowed drag queens into the club, it would have brought the club down. That would have brought more problems to the club. It’s the way the Mafia thought, and so did the patrons. So the queens who were allowed in basically had inside connections. I used to go there to pick up drugs to take somewhere else. I had connections.” Sylvia was said to not have even been at the Stonewall riots.
“Paul D. Cain: Where’s Sylvia Rivera? Duberman’s Stonewall placed her at the bar on the first night of the riots, yet your book makes absolutely no mention of her (although you do mention her buddy, Marsha P. Johnson). Do you think that, like so many others, she fabricated her remarks about being there?
David Carter: Yes, I am afraid that I could only conclude that Sylvia’s account of her being there on the first night was a fabrication. Randy Wicker told me that Marsha P. Johnson, his roommate, told him that Sylvia was not at the Stonewall Inn at the outbreak of the riots as she had fallen asleep in Bryant Park after taking heroin. (Marsha had gone up to Bryant Park, found her asleep, and woke her up to tell her about the riots.) Playwright and early gay activist Doric Wilson also independently told me that Marsha Johnson had told him that Sylvia was not at the Stonewall Riots.Sylvia also showed a real inconsistency in her accounts of the Stonewall Riots. In one account she claimed that the night the riots broke out was the first time that she had ever been at the Stonewall Inn; in another account she said that she had been there many times. In one account she said that she was there in drag; in another account she says that she was not in drag. She told Martin Duberman that she went to the Stonewall Inn the night the riots began to celebrate Marsha Johnson’s birthday, but Marsha was born in August, not June. I also did not find one credible witness who saw her there on the first night.”
“My late uncle Bob Kohler was a Stonewall veteran; he could never actually place either Sylvia or Marsha at the bar.”
“The eyewitness accounts in RAT (July 1969) specifically credits “one guy” (not a lesbian or a queen) for precipitating a scuffle by refusing to be put into the paddy wagon…. At least two people credit Sylvia herself with provoking the riot…. But I’ve found no corroboration for either account[,] and Sylvia herself, with a keener regard for the historical record, denies the accuracy of both versions. She does remember “throwing bricks and rocks and things” after the mêlée began, but takes no credit for initiating the confrontation.“
“The Ambrosini photo does not show a single transvestite. Craig Rodwell told researcher Michael Scherker that “one of the myths about Stonewall is it was all drag queens. I mean, drag queens are part of what went on. Certainly one of the most courageous, but there were maybe twelve drag queens. In thousands of people.”
“Randy: Marsha’s the only one, she’s the only one everyone agrees was at the Stonewall riots. There were a lot of other people, but everyone agrees that Marsha was there, so…
Marsha: The way I winded up being at Stonewall that night, I was having a party uptown. And we were all out there and Miss Sylvia Rivera and them were over in the park having a cocktail.”
Please note how it says transvestites - transvestite is defined as:
“a person, especially a male, who assumes the dress and manner usually associated with the opposite sex.”
“Eric: Now you mentioned an organization that Marsha, you were involved with. What was the name?
Marsha: Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries with Miss Sylvia Rivera.
Randy: STAR.
Eric: What was that group about? What was it for?
Marsha: Ah, it was a group for transvestites.
Randy: It was a bunch of…
Marsha: Men and women transvestites…”

3) The person who started the riots was a black butch lesbian drag king named Stormé DeLarverie.
“Stormé DeLarverie (December 24, 1920 – May 24, 2014) was a butch lesbian whose scuffle with police, according to Storme herself and many eyewitnesses, was the defining moment that incited the Stonewall riots, spurring the crowd to action. “It was a rebellion, it was an uprising, it was a civil rights disobedience–it wasn’t no damn riot.”[1]”
“Fed up with constant police harassment and social discrimination, angry patrons and neighborhood residents hung around outside of the bar rather than disperse, becoming increasingly agitated as the events unfolded and people were aggressively manhandled. At one point, an officer hit a lesbian over the head as he forced her into the paddy wagon — she shouted to onlookers to act, inciting the crowd to begin throw pennies, bottles, cobble stones, and other objects at the police.”
“Several spectators agreed that it was the action of a cross-dressing lesbian – possibly Stormé DeLarverie – which would change everyone’s attitude forever. DeLarverie denied that she was the catalyst, but her own recollection matched others’ descriptions of the defining moment. “The cop hit me and I hit him back,” DeLarverie explained [in Kaiser’s own interview with her on 1995.12.09].”
Remembering Stormé - The Woman Of Color Who Incited The Stonewall Revolution
However, there are some disagreements on this:
“Charles Kaiser suggested to the author that Stormé DeLarverie (see The Gay Metropolis: 1940–1996 [Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1997], p. 198) was this woman, but she could not have been. To cite only a few of the problems with this thesis, DeLarverie’s story is one of escaping the police, not of being taken into custody by them, and she has claimed that on that night she was outside the bar, “quiet, I didn’t say a word to anybody, I was just trying to see what was happening,” when a policeman, without provocation, hit her in the eye (“Stonewall 1969: A Symposium,” June 20, 1997, New York City). DeLarverie is also an African-American woman, and all the witnesses interviewed by the author describe the woman as Caucasian.”
4) You know that before Stonewall, there were LGB movements, right?

prostitution isn’t work
in response to this article:
so the claim here is that prostitution is transactionary. no disagreements there. the question is, what is being bought and sold in this transaction? is it a service? or a product?
Sex work – not that radfems would ever use the phrase – isn’t viewed simply as a commercial transaction but rather, as blood money exchanged for abuse that can only ever happen in a world where women are unequal. That selling sex somehow reduces every woman to a commodity, valued exclusively for the extent to which we’re found fuckable.
is letting a man you dont desire have sex with you “doing work”? if that is the case, then why to prostituted women become less desirable “service providers” as they get older? wouldn’t their experience make them highly sought after, as is seen in other service industries? and if it’s apparently a skill (rather than a surrender of bodily autonomy), then why isn’t it taught in schools? why don’t we teach children about butchers and bakers and prostitutes?
why can’t you get a diploma in prostitution? why doesn’t it need to be taught at all? the job is compared to miners and minimum wage earners but those people need training to learn how to complete the task, prostituted women require no such training because sex is not a skill nor a service, it’s an act of intimacy.
if a man goes to his accountants office and finds his accountant passed out on the floor, he can’t get his taxes done. if a man goes to a prostitute and finds her passed out, he can still do what he came to do, because he doesn’t want a service fulfilled, he wants a body to control and exploit. this transaction isn’t about doing something for your client, it’s about letting him do something to you, which is not the same as providing a service
Radfems love to present testimony of industry “survivors” who were abused as children, have substance abuse problems, mental health calamities, or have experienced bad industry treatment and are now abolitionists. Heavy reliance on such testimony is severely problematic.
As revolting as it is, every industry is full of women who were abused as children. Why? Because the numbers of abused women the world over is deplorable.
Welcome to neoliberalism where presenting evidence and statistics to support an argument is “severely problematic.” Every industry is going to have some proportion of women who were abused as children, but none are as high as they are in prostitution:
Associations between childhood maltreatment and sex work in a cohort of drug-using youth
The prevalence rates for abuse in the sample were 73% for physical abuse; 32.4% for sexual abuse; 86.8% for emotional abuse; 84.5% for physical neglect; and 93% for emotional neglect.
Juvenile Prostitution and Child Sexual Abuse: A Controlled Study
The present study indicates 73% of prostitutes were sexually abused in childhood, compared to 29% of a control group obtained in a random population survey.
Prostitution in Vancouver: violence and the colonization of First Nations women.
Seventy-two percent reported childhood physical abuse, 90% had been physically assaulted in prostitution, 78% had been raped in prostitution. Seventy-two percent met DSM-IV criteria for PTSD. Ninety-five percent said that they wanted to leave prostitution. Eighty-six percent reported current or past homelessness with housing as one of their most urgent needs. Eighty-two percent expressed a need for treatment for drug or alcohol addictions.
Early Developmental Experiences of Female Sex Workers: A Comparative Study
Sex workers described both parents as less caring than did the OWCSA women. They were significantly more likely than the OWCSA women to report childhood sexual abuse. The sex workers were more likely to have left home early, to have become pregnant before the age of 19 years and to not have completed tertiary study.
Adolescent prostitution in Canada and the Philippines
45% of the EX group and 23% of controls had been abused by different assailants on at least two different occasions; assailants were a biological father for 21% of the EX and 4% of the controls. Of the EX, 73%, and 46% of the control group were abused before age 10; 45% of the EX and 2% of the control group had been abused continuously for more than a year; 43% of the EX and 6% of controls had been abused on at least 20 separate occasions. Of the EX, 80%, and 12% of the sexually abused controls had experienced intercourse during the abuse.
Sexual Abuse as a Precursor to Prostitution and Victimization Among Adolescent and Adult Homeless Women
The results suggest that early sexual abuse increases the probability of involvement in prostitution irrespective of any influence exerted through factors such as running away from home, substance abuse, and other deviant activities.
______________________________________________________________
If the sisterhood can support my decision to swallow contraceptive pills or terminate an unwanted pregnancy, then there is a duty for them to support my choice to have as much or as little sex as I like and, if I so choose, put a price tag on that sex.
Decriminalized prostitution, where both purchasing and profiteering off of prostituted women was legalized as well as the act of prostitution itself, has been shown to increase sex trafficking in countries who have implemented it (x x). Many sex-posi feminists argue that this is because of a safer reporting atmosphere that artificially inflates the recorded instances of sex trafficking, however that theory fails to explain why countries who implement the Nordic model, where only the act of prostitution is decriminalized, don’t see a rise in sex trafficking.
We live in a society where every right a citizen has imposes responsibilities on the rest of the citizens in that society; you don’t have the right to exercise your bodily autonomy by punching another woman in the face. You also don’t have the right to exercise your bodily autonomy by helping to perpetuate a cycle of misogynistic abuse that harms literally millions of women and girls all over the planet. You can’t claim that sex work is work and then also claim that selling your body is an individual choice with no externalities; morals aside, that’s not how an economy or an industry works.
Coerced participation, trafficking and lacklustre working conditions are used to pad out the claim that no sex worker has truly chosen their toil. Not only is such an argument predicated on the false-consciousness argument so intoxicating for radfems, but it pretends that sex work is some kind of special case; that sex work shouldn’t exist because there’s certain labour that simply shouldn’t be sold.
Prostitution is not “labour” and purchased sex cannot philosophically be consented to; it is compliant sex, at best.
Point to any industry and there will be examples of bad practices, abused workers, and unsafe conditions.
This is simply not comparable, no other industry has the same risk profile as prostitution in terms of type of harm suffered nor prevalence.
Welcome, my friends, to capitalism. This doesn’t make trafficking or coercion unimportant issues, but equally, it doesn’t make their presence in the sex industry a special case. There are no shortages of industries that need better oversight. But equally, in no other industry where bad practices exist do we ever talk of abolition.
No kind of oversight is ever going to make the sex trade an acceptably harmless enterprise to women. Bad practices don’t just “exist” in the sex trade, the sex trade is a bad practice. There’s literally no way to make it good. The vast majority of prostituted women are trafficked and coerced, and guess what? If they didn’t exist, the sex trade would collapse because of lack of supply. If only privileged Western camgirls and high class off-street prostitutes existed, which is what non-coerced non-trafficked “sex work” would look like (in theory, statistically even those fully consenting women will experience rape and sexual assault while “working” at some point), there would be a ~90% undersupply. And then what do you think would happen? Would the millionaire profiteers of the sex trade throw up their hands in defeat and walk away from a cheap (or free), easily sourced product that can be sold hundreds of times over? Of course not! The sex trade literally could not survive without rape and exploitation, the same cannot be said for any other industry.
Criminalising an entire industry because of isolated bad examples takes away choice from free-will participants and justifies doing so on the behaviour of abusers. Doing so is victim-blaming and paternalistic.
Under the Nordic model, only buying sex or selling someone elses’ body for sex would be illegal, prostituted women themselves wouldn’t be criminals. Those “isolated bad examples” are the status quo, they’re not rare or exceptional in the slightest. The free will participants of this industry are a minority; implying that the rest of these women are just going to have to suffer so that the privileged minority can do what they want is paternalistic, and saying that women are treated badly in the sex trade because of “isolated examples” and not the underlying dynamics of the industry is victim blaming.
Prostitution and Trafficking in 9 Countries: Update on Violence and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
We interviewed 854 people currently or recently in prostitution in 9 countries (Canada, Colombia, Germany, Mexico, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, United States, and Zambia), inquiring about current and lifetime history of sexual and physical violence. We found that prostitution was multitraumatic: 71% were physically assaulted in prostitution; 63% were raped; 89% of these respondents wanted to escape prostitution, but did not have other options for survival. 75% had been homeless at some point in their lives; 68% met criteria for PTSD. Severity of PTSD symptoms was strongly associated with the number of different types of lifetime sexual and physical violence. Our findings contradict common myths about prostitution: the assumption that street prostitution is the worst type of prostitution, that prostitution of men and boys is different from prostitution of women and girls, that most of those in prostitution freely consent to it, that most people are in prostitution because of drug addiction, that prostitution is qualitatively different from trafficking, and that legalizing or decriminalizing prostitution would decrease its harm.
_____________________________________________________________
In the radfem imagination, for the selling of sex to be understood as so very horrible sex is understood as having special properties; that it can never just be labour like any other, seemingly because no other job necessitates so much cock.
First of all, the aggressive cock talk doesn’t do much to combat the perception that critiques of radical feminism are often underpinned by lesbophobia. Doctors look at cocks all the time as a part of their professional occupation, and radfems don’t object to that, because a service is being performed in that context and neither party is harmed, nor do they receive sexual gratification.
Radfems apparently find it inconceivable that women could actually chose to have contact with a penis they’re not in love with. That having random-cock-contact could actually be found fun or lucrative or even a preferable use of one’s workday than toil in a factory, a lecture theatre or a coal mine.
Casual sex is a pretty common thing and it’s not exclusive to the sex trade. The choice to enter the sex trade (a choice made be very few participants) frankly is often underpinned by a history of sexual abuse (as evidenced earlier) and associated with certain psychiatric disorders (x x, the pattern of causation is tricky but either direction supports radical feminist theory) even in wealthy “developed” countries like the United States.
Aside from that, purchased sex cannot be consented to because it’s sex you wouldn’t be having if you weren’t getting paid (you might be having sex with someone but not with that specific individual), not to mention that the whole “selling a service” argument kind of falls apart if you also claim that the sex you’re selling is consensual. If you’re selling a service, the receiver of the service decides on the circumstances of that service fulfillment.
Such views aren’t grounded in women’s lived experiences. They fail to recognise that quite a few of us not only really like the cock, but that having contact with it doesn’t necessitate “giving ourselves away”. Instead, they rely on a moralistic opposition to any sex that’s had in quantities greater than every second Tuesday.
The quantity of sex is not the objection, and the implication that sex always involves cocks is interesting. In any case, you can enjoy as much cock as you want without prostituting yourself, this seams like a false equivalency.
And they use terms like “sell herself” as though, at the end of the transaction, a woman has sold off a body part. Cue Catholic school metaphors about virginity loss.
I suppose “rent herself” makes more sense but it doesn’t have quite the same ring to it.
My worth isn’t determined by how much sex I’ve had. Equally, having sex for money doesn’t change me as a person any more than teaching for money or writing for money does: we each sell our time – our labour – to the market
And yet somehow people who teach for money don’t experience far higher rates of PTSD than the general population
Sex work isn’t an industry you have to love, nor is it an industry you have to find empowering. But love and empowerment aren’t things we ever expect of any other industry either. The sex industry doesn’t need your admiration, but nor does it deserve your condemnation.
Any industry that relies on the suffering of women and girls to servive deserves the condemnation of feminists. This is not a difficult concept to understand.

is it true that women are treated more leniently in the criminal justice system?
its pretty context dependent , men do on average receive longer prison sentences (for crimes other than killing their partner) and are more likely to be incarcerated after being convicted (x) but there are some circumstances wherein a woman would be more likely to get a harsh sentence than a man:
“The average prison sentence of men who kill their women partners is 2 to 6 years. Women who kill their male partners are sentenced on average to 15 years. This is despite the fact that 86% of female offenders kill in self-defense, while males are most likely to kill out of possessiveness (82%), abuse (75%) and during arguments (63%). Women are eight times more likely than men to be killed by an intimate partner.”
-Fact Sheet on Battered Women in Prison
also, the rate at which women are incarcerated has actually been rising much faster than the rate at which men are incarcerated (about twice as fast) and the number of women incarcerated has grown by more than 800 percent over the last three decades
there might be a positive sexism thing going on here where judges don’t want to incarcerate a home’s primary caregiver but males are objectively more of a danger to society and commit the majority of violent offenses
also, i think we can all acknowledge that women commit crimes for different reasons than men do, for example in the case of intimate partner violence, women tend to be motivated by self-defense whereas men are motivated by control
this is a really interesting study that looks at the reasons why women commit violent offenses and how their motivation differs from that of men:
“In addition, statistics drawn from both the U.S. and Canada suggest that violent women offenders are often the victims of violence themselves and at considerably higher rates than non-violent women offenders and violent male offenders (Batchelor, 2005; Dekeserdy, 2000; Greenfeld & Snell, 1999; Pollock et al., 2006).
Similar to the circumstances surrounding women’s violence, and intricately related to them, women’s motives or reasons for acting violently are diverse and may differ from those of their male counterparts (Cunningham, 2000). For example, women’s violence is more likely to be economically motivated and for survival purposes (Cunningham, 2000). In such circumstances, violence may sustain life on the street, assist with family finances, or help them to seek the assistance of others through the acquisition of material goods (Cunningham, 2000).
One of the areas of greatest debate, however, has been whether women use violence for instrumental purposes or as a means of achieving some other end (e.g., control, compliance). Much of the literature on this topic has found instrumentally motivated violence to be more characteristic of men’s motivations, whereas women are more apt to use violence for expressive purposes or as a way of releasing accumulated tension (Campbell, 1993). The finding that violent women often self-report negative emotions arising from past victimization or violence within their family of origin (e.g., rage, unresolved grief) appears to support this view (Batchelor, 2005).
The authors found that women’s motivations generally centered around five themes, with the three most common being violence in response to others’ disrespect toward them (reported by 20%), jealousy resulting from their partner’s infidelity (19%), and self-defence (18%).”
the motivation and circumstances of the crime matters to sentencing, if you were motivated by self-defense, survival or just straight up emotional burnout then obviously you’re going to get a lighter sentence then someone who was using violence instrumentally to win compliance from their victim

lesbian = female homosexual
a lesbian is a female homosexual, and both “female” and “homosexual” are scientific terms
a “female” in this context is a human who is a part of the sex class that usually produces ova, and no, binary sex is not a social construct
“ When we say sex is diverse and does not fit into a binary, it means that there is more than one phenotype for the male sex and more than one phenotype for the female sex [due to intersex disorders]…while there are not dichotomous ways of being male or female, we know that everyone is either male or female for an important reason: the only reason ours or any species has biological sex is to add different angles and gametes to sexual reproduction. In humans, there are only two options: to make and develop a system to use ova for pregnancy, or to make and develop a system to use spermatozoa for impregnation.”
and yes there is SRS and cross-sex hormone therapy, but there exists no treatment or procedure that can turn a male into a female, sex is immutable and can’t be changed. a post-transition male body is not the same as a female body, and lesbians are attracted to female bodies.
a vagina is an intricate biological system with complex underlying functions, areas of nerve sensitivity, gland that release pheromones and self-lubricate, are naturally a certain pH, comprised of nonkeratinizing mucosal type squamous skin (as opposed to non-squamous penile skin) there’s a huge difference physically, functionally, sexually and intuitively, its homophobic to expect lesbians to feel arousal in the presence of a “neovagina”
a “homosexual” is someone who is exclusively attracted to people of the same sex, not the same gender because you can’t be attracted to someone’s identity; people experience sexual attraction in response to perceiving certain primary and secondary sex characteristics via sex pattern recognition, this is how humans evolved to experience sexual attraction
Neuroimaging study shows brain activity corresponds to self-stated sexual orientations
“ As expected, heterosexual men showed greater ventral striatum responses to erotic stimuli of women and homosexual men showed greater ventral striatum responses to erotic stimuli of men, while bisexual men displayed a distinctly bisexual neural response.”
The biological basis of human sexual orientation: is there a role for epigenetics?
“The vast majority of the population is heterosexual, that is, they are attracted to members of the opposite sex. However, a small but significant proportion of people are bisexual or homosexual and experience attraction to members of the same sex… We conclude by describing a hypothetical framework that unifies genetic and epigenetic explanations of sexual orientation and the continued challenges facing sexual orientation research.”
Gender is a psycho-social construct, if sexual attraction was based on gender there would be no biological link, the brain has specific processes and mechanisms for recognizing sex characteristics and becoming aroused, its how we reproduced back before gender even existed
Sexual Orientation, Controversy, and Science
“Scientific findings do not support the notion that sexual orientation can be taught or learned through social means. And there is little evidence to suggest that non-heterosexual orientations become more common with increased social tolerance.”
implying that there can ever be opposite-sex exceptions to same-sex attraction is conversion therapy rhetoric, in fact several lesbians have expressed that queer theory is reminiscent of conversion therapy for this reason. the idea that “some” lesbians can be attracted to penises, while others cannot, and that the repulsion the latter lesbian class feels towards male biology is a complete coincidence and has nothing to do with their sexual orientation, implies that their repulsion is due to social conditioning forces that have subconsciously led them to have negative feelings towards the male sex class based on prejudice, when in reality, it is a biologically determined state. this whole line of reasoning is homophobic, regressive and cruel.
lesbianism is not an identity, it describes the very specific circumstance of being a female who is exclusively attracted to other females. there is a criteria, and framing lesbians as some sort of snooty, oppressive class for reacting negatively when people who don’t meet that criteria describe themselves as lesbians is also homophobic.

rape culture
The Demon Drink and the Demonized Woman: Socio-Sexual Stereotypes and Responsibility Attribution in Rape Trials Involving Intoxicants
Further evidence of rape culture from research by Finch and Munro 2007, focusing on rape involving intoxication:
30% of respondents indicated that they would hold a complainant who was intoxicated at least partially responsible for having been raped, with 4% holding her completely responsible - Amnesty International, 2005.
In situations where the complainant behaved in a flirtatious manner, respondents indicated higher levels of responsibility (37%).
“Studies illustrate the existence of a double standard that renders intoxicated defendants less responsible for intercourse than their sober counterparts while holding intoxicated complainants more responsible (Richardson and Campbell, 1982). Thus, as Stormo et al. conclude, ‘the female’s intoxication is viewed as sufficient grounds for her partial condemnation, while for the male perpetrator, intoxication is regarded as a mitigating circumstance warranting at least some clemency in judging his behaviour’ (Stormo et al., 1997).”
“In the specific context of intoxicated sexual consent scenarios … Fischer’s research found that 89 per cent of participants who attributed some blame to the complainant and less than complete blame to the defendant voted not guilty (Fisher, 1995).”
“Men who falsely believe that they have been drinking alcohol (having in fact merely consumed a non-intoxicating placebo) frequently report increased sexual arousal, a greater inclination towards sexually aggressive behaviour and an increased likelihood of ignoring inhibitory cues from their sexual partners (George and Norris, 1991; Kramer, 1994; Bernat et al., 1998; Marx et al., 1999). This suggests that even when the level of alcohol consumed may not in fact have had any substantial effect on their behaviour or cognitive processes, our expectancy of alcohol-related sexual arousal provides men with ‘social permission or personal permission or both, to indulge in otherwise unacceptable behaviour’ (Crowe and George, 1989: 380). In other words, these expectancies not only allow people who have consumed alcohol to blame their actions on the intoxicant, but also encourage third party observers to excuse their behaviour or to deal with them more leniently where they know that they have been drinking.” (A similar study conducted on women did not yield the same results).
“Studies suggest that when a man and a woman drink together, this shared alcohol consumption serves as a cue, to others as well as to the defendant, which may be (mis)perceived as a sign of sexual intent (Abbey and Harnish, 1995; Wall and Schuller, 2000: 255).”
“… even in situations in which the complainant’s intoxication was not wholly voluntary, the complainant was frequently held to be at least partially responsible. Where the complainant was knowingly drinking alcohol and willingly taking drinks from the defendant, albeit under considerable pressure from him to do so, jurors often interpreted her behaviour as constituting a sign of sexual encouragement or interest. Moreover, participants often alluded to ways in which the complainant ought to have behaved differently in this situation, implying from this some level of responsibility for her own victimization.”
“… participants were particularly keen in scenarios involving alcohol to distinguish what they considered to be ‘taking advantage’ of an intoxicated complainant from rape properly so-called. Thus jurors accepted that ‘it’s very ungentlemanly to take advantage of a woman who is obviously drunk’, and used this to ‘unanimously find him guilty of being a git’ without necessarily unanimously finding him guilty of rape. Here, it was apparent that jurors were often prepared to attribute responsibility for the rape to the defendant, but were reluctant to translate this into an attribution of blame in the form of a guilty verdict, possibly because they were simultaneously attributing some responsibility for the subsequent sexual events to the intoxicated complainant.”
“… it took quite dramatic wrongdoing on the part of the defendant to divert the focus of jurors away from the complainant’s behaviour.”
Attitudes to Sexual Consent Research for the End Violence Against Women Coalition
“A third of males and 21% of females said it would not usually be considered rape if a woman had flirted on a date” taken from a 3,900 sample of British adults in 2018.
- more than a third of over-65s do not regard non-consensual sex in marriage or a relationship as rape, compared with 16% of people aged 16 to 24.
- 42% of over 65s said if sexual activity continues after a woman changes her mind it is not rape, compared with 22% of the 25-49s.
- Stealthing - removing a condom without a partner’s consent - is not understood as rape, with 19% of people thinking this is never rape, and 21% think that this would not normally be rape
- 11% of respondents believe the more sexual partners a woman has, the less harm she will experience from a rape"
women commit less than 1% of forcible rape and are 6x more likely to be victimized:
there are a lot of studies on false rape allegations, here’s a summary of the % false rate compared with sample size from a meta analysis done on 7 of these studies, you’ll find that in general, larger the sample size is the smaller the % is (except for the last one). this meta analysis is where the often quoted 2-10% rate of false reporting comes from
Assessing Police Classifications of Sexual Assault Reports: A Meta-Analysis of False Reporting Rates.
the last one is from Spohn 2014:
They found a confirmed false reporting rate of 4.5%, with an additional 2.7% (11 cases) in doubt or equivocal.
So i’m not sure where the rest of the 13.7% is coming from but only 4.5% were confirmed to be false.
the main outlier is Lonsway 1984, which was done a long time ago where things that were considered “false accusations” then might not be considered false now, and had the following limitations:
“Lonsway (personal communication,August 5, 2014) also highlighted a potential problem with her unpublished results, where it was unclear whether unchecked boxes on proformas (filled out by trained police researchers for each case in the sample) indicated absence of that variable or missing information”
Kelly et al 2005 had a higher sample size and a lower false reporting %, and it was done 20 years later than the outlier.
Stop Blaming the Victim: A Meta-Analysis on Rape Myths: https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.1177/0886260509354503
There was marked variability (I2 > 80%) among studies in their reported relationships between RMA (rape myth acceptance) and attitudinal factors related with gender and sexuality (Table 4). Not surprisingly, however, large overall effect sizes with a positive direction were found with oppressive and adversarial attitudes against women, such as attitudes toward women (ES = 1.28, p < .001), combined measures of sexism (ES =1.13, p < .001), victim-blaming attitudes (ES =1.22, p < .001), acceptance of interpersonal violence (ES =1.12, p < .001), low feminist identity (ES =1.07, p < .01), and adversarial sexual beliefs (ES = 0.80, p < .01).
Attribution of Blame in Rape Cases: The Impact of Norm Violation, Gender, And Sex-Role Attitude 1
Although the victim’s behavior in the norm violation scenario would be acceptable behavior were she a male, she is seen as deserving less respect (/7 =23.82; p < .001) and being partly to blame for the rape (F= 79.34;p < .001). Not only do observers blame the norm-violating victim more, they also blame the rapist less (F= 13.98; p < .001) than when the victim’s behavior is consistent with traditional sex-based norms…However, gender has a statistically significant impact on the behavioral intentions toward the rapist (F = 4.36; p < .05), with males significantly more positive in their behavioral intentions toward the rapist.
Victim Blaming Others: Rape Myth Acceptance and the Just World Belief
First, gender as a continuing and strong predictor of rape myth acceptance is not surprising. There is a very strong emphasis on gendered cultural factors, such as sexuality and victimization, where a double standard is created to blame women (and men) for their own victimization.
America also has a massive backlog of rape kits

Mermaids UK
this is the spectrum used by Mermaids UK, y’know, the one they use to reinforce sexist stereotypes and make GNC children feel even more broken inside!
Mermaids UK thinks being same-sex attracted means you’re just a trans straight person, please tell me more about how gender theory isn’t going to result in a lost generation of gay people because they were told their desire and predilections are because of their male/female brain and not their innate sexual orientation
Charity ‘advised mum to force her son, 7, to live as a girl’
(the pink box at the end of the article is not a “disclaimer”, its a statement from Mermaids UK and they didn’t refute the major reporting facts, they were making a minor correction:
Contrary to what is implied in the Times article, Mermaids has not been banned from contact with the child by the high court, and Mermaids was directly referenced only once during proceedings, to state that the mother had been receiving support from the charity. Following the proceedings, the mother informed us that the judge had ordered the child should have no further contact with the charity. While we have not received any legal notice to support this statement, we have respected this request.)
I’m not sure what the meaningful difference between “banned from contact with the child” and “ordered by judge to have no further contact with the child” is in this context but they thought it was important enough to make a fuss, the point is that the article reported that a child was forced to live as the opposite sex and the statement from Mermaids UK does not refute that
Here is the court report
They’ve even advised parents to FORCE their children to live as the opposite sex AGAINST THEIR WILL, these “advocates” for GNC children who support childhood transition are literally complicit in child abuse
But wait, there’s more!
Mermaids UK has a very close relationship with MESMAC, a so-called “sexual health charity” that allowed their volunteers and workers to have sexual relations with their very vulnerable clients, (alternative link) one of the former trustees was convicted of child sex abuse and one of their employees harassed and threatened an academic who was campaigning to end the use of child porn in schools

GID/GD desistance in children
Do trans- kids stay trans- when they grow up?
The exact number varies by study, but roughly 60–90% of trans- kids turn out no longer to be trans by adulthood.
–> this is a review of the research thus far from the early 70s until now, a lot of people criticize the earlier studies saying that psychiatrists didn’t fully understand how to differentiate between gay/gender nonconforming kids and dysphoric kids but frankly that’s a load of shit, cross-dressing and same-sex attraction are literally a part of the diagnostic criteria for GID/GD
Buying time or arresting development? The dilemma of administering hormone blockers in trans children and adolescents
Research on children and adolescents with GD or gender variance (GV) is sparse. However, some findings are emerging.4, 5 It is now acknowledged, for instance, that children’s GD/GV persists after puberty in only 10–30 per cent of all cases; when it does not, the children are referred to as ‘desisters’
Ethical issues raised by the treatment of gender-variant prepubescent children.
On the subject of treating children, however, as the World Professional Association for Transgender Health notes in their latest Standards of Care, gender dysphoria in childhood does not inevitably continue into adulthood, and only 6 to 23 percent of boys and 12 to 27 percent of girls treated in gender clinics showed persistence of their gender dysphoria into adulthood. Further, most of the boys’ gender dysphoria desisted, and in adulthood, they identified as gay rather than as transgender.
Gender Identity Disorders in Childhood and Adolescence
Multiple longitudinal studies provide evidence that gender-atypical behavior in childhood often leads to a homosexual orientation in adulthood, but only in 2.5% to 20% of cases to a persistent gender identity disorder (3, 6, 22). Even among children who manifest a major degree of discomfort with their own sex, including an aversion to their own genitalia (GID in the strict sense), only a minority go on to an irreversible development of transsexualism (6). Irreversibility of the manifestations, however, is considered to be an indispensable requirement before the diagnosis of transsexualism can be made, or any body-altering treatments initiated. In England and Canada, in accordance with this view, hormonal treatment or surgery is not recommended until the patient’s somatic and psychosexual development is complete.
A follow-up study of girls with gender identity disorder.
At the assessment in childhood, 60% of the girls met the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders criteria for GID, and 40% were subthreshold for the diagnosis. At follow-up, 3 participants (12%) were judged to have GID or gender dysphoria.
Factors associated with desistence and persistence of childhood gender dysphoria: a quantitative follow-up study.
Many children who experience gender dysphoria (GD), a sense of discomfort from incongruence between their gender identity and assigned sex, will not continue to experience dysphoria into adolescence and adulthood. However, a substantial minority (2–27% across studies) will continue to report GD and may seek services for gender reassignment later in life. To date, the prospective follow-up studies on children with GD, for whom the majority would meet the DSM-IV-TR diagnostic criteria for Gender Identity Disorder (GID)1 collectively reported on the outcomes of 246 children. At the time of follow-up in adolescence or adulthood, these studies showed that, for the majority of children (84.2%; n = 207), the GD desisted.2
Desisting and persisting gender dysphoria after childhood: a qualitative follow-up study.
Twenty nine of these 53 adolescents (54.7%) reapplied for treatment to the Gender Identity Clinic during adolescence between the ages of 12 and 14, and requested medical treatment (sex reassignment by means of hormone treatment and surgery). These adolescents were subsequently diagnosed again with GID and considered eligible for treatment (puberty suppression with GnRH analogues first, cross-sex hormone treatment after the age of 16, and surgery after 18 (for details on treatment see Cohen-Kettenis & van Goozen, 1998; Cohen-Kettenis, Delemarre-van de Waal & Gooren, 2008). The other 24 adolescents (45.3%) did not reapply for treatment at the Gender Identity Clinic during adolescence. As the Amsterdam Gender Identity Clinic for children and adolescents is the only one in the country, we assumed that their gender dysphoric feelings had desisted, and that they no longer had a desire for sex reassignment.
—-> this study showed unusually high levels of persistence compared to the others, there’s always outliers. one thing i found interesting about it is that the persisters and desisters had basically the same “symptom” presentation:
Persisters and desisters appeared to have experienced only minimal differences in childhood gender variant expression. Both groups of boys and girls reported very similar gender related interests and preferences. All boys played with girls, liked playing with feminine toys, liked girls’ games, and disliked masculine toys and activities such as soccer, rugby and playing with cars and action figures.
♂ Persister #1
I always played with girls’ stuff and I dressed up as a girl. I sometimes borrowed my sister’s dress and had a furry sheet, which I tied on my head, pretending I had long hair.
In contrast to the preferences and interests reported by the boys, the girls had clearly masculine interests and preferred activities such as soccer, playing sports games on the computer, climbing trees, building huts, and getting into mischief with other boys. The girls distinctly indicated a dislike for typical feminine play (e.g., dressing up, playing ‘house’) and preferences (e.g., dolls).
♀ Persister #6
The girls played with Barbie dolls, wore dresses and they gossiped. I never gossiped, I usually decapitated Barbie dolls, when I got them, and threw them in the dustbin. I played soccer, wore blue jeans, and played with marbles. I played with the boys and I was always in the company of the other boys.
not related to desistance but still interesting:

child transing = conversion therapy
The New Conversion Therapy: How Homophobic Quackery Is Targeting Children.
I’m serious: growing up to be homosexual, not transsexual is the most likely outcome in children and adolescents with GID. This study “A follow-up study of girls with gender identity disorder.” found:
““This study provided information on the natural histories of 25 girls with gender identity disorder (GID). Standardized assessment data in childhood (mean age, 8.88 years; range, 3–12 years) and at follow-up (mean age, 23.24 years; range, 15–36 years) were used to evaluate gender identity and sexual orientation. At the assessment in childhood, 60% of the girls met the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders criteria for GID, and 40% were subthreshold for the diagnosis. At follow-up, 3 participants (12%) were judged to have GID or gender dysphoria. Regarding sexual orientation, 8 participants (32%) were classified as bisexual/homosexual in fantasy, and 6 (24%) were classified as bisexual/homosexual in behavior. The remaining participants were classified as either heterosexual or asexual. The rates of GID persistence and bisexual/homosexual sexual orientation were substantially higher than base rates in the general female population derived from epidemiological or survey studies. There was some evidence of a “dosage” effect, with girls who were more cross-sex typed in their childhood behavior more likely to be gender dysphoric at follow-up and more likely to have been classified as bisexual/homosexual in behavior (but not in fantasy).”
Nearly half of the girls who presented with GID turned out to be homosexual.
Here is some more information on how many of them turned out gay, which included two of the still gender dysphoric patients:
39 participants (60%) were classified as exclusively heterosexual, 8 (32%) were classified as bisexual/homosexual, and the remaining 2 (8%) were classified as having no sexual fantasies. Of the 3 participants classified as gender dysphoric, 2 were exclusively homosexual in fantasy (i.e., sexually attracted to members of their own birth sex). The other gender dysphoric participant reported no sexual fantasies and described herself as being “dead sexually.” (Of the 4 participants with a DSD, 3 were classified as exclusively heterosexual in fantasy, and 1 reported no sexual fantasies; 2 were classified as exclusively heterosexual in behavior, and 2 reported no sexual behavior.)”
I mean, how likely is it that all these young women who had GID would turn out gay?
“ Odds ratios were calculated for bisexual/homosexual sexual orientation in fantasy and behavior using prevalence estimates from several major survey studies of sexual orientation in adolescent girls and young women (Dickson, Paul, & Herbison, 2003; Fergusson, Horwood, Ridder, & Beautrais, 2005; McCabe, Hughes, Bostwick, & Boyd, 2005; Narring, Stronski, & Michaud, 2003; Remafedi, Resnick, Blum, & Harris, 1992; Russell & Seif, 2002). From these studies, base rates for bisexual/homosexual sexual orientation in fantasy and behavior were estimated to range from 2.0% to 5.0% in the female general population. The odds of reporting bisexual/homosexual sexual orientation in fantasy in the present sample was 8.9–23.1 times higher, and the odds of reporting bisexual/homosexual sexual orientation in behavior in the present sample was 6.0–15.5 times higher than it is in women in the general population.”
Well, that’s indicative of a link between childhood gender dysphoria and homosexuality. And the study agrees with me:
To our knowledge, the results of the present study represent the first prospective data set that shows that girlhood cross-gender identification is associated with a relatively high rate of bisexual/ homosexual sexual orientation in adolescence and adulthood. Using survey data on sexual orientation in young women as a comparative metric, we estimated that the odds of reporting a bisexual/ homosexual sexual orientation in fantasy was 8.9–23.1 times higher in the present sample and that the odds of reporting a bisexual/homosexual sexual orientation in behavior was 6.7–15.5 times higher.”
Childhood gender non-conformity is also often predictive of a homosexual or bisexual sexual orientation in adulthood. That’s not just me saying that — that’s decades of science. The 1995 Zucker and Bailey studied mentioned in this paper, “Childhood Sex-Typed Behavior and Sexual Orientation: A Conceptual Analysis and Quantitative Review” ,reviewed forty-one studies on both homosexual and heterosexual recollections of gender-non conforming behavior in childhood. While data on women was somewhat lacking, it found an overwhelming amount of evidence that homosexuals recall substantially more childhood cross-sex typed behavior — gender non-conformity in childhood or even GID isn’t predictive of transsexualism in adulthood, it’s predictive of homosexuality in adulthood — and that doesn’t require a lifelong medication regiment.
“This article reviewed research examining the association between childhood sex-typed behavior and sexual orientation. Prospective studies suggest that childhood cross-sex-typed behavior is strongly predictive of adult homosexual orientation for men; analogous studies for women have not been performed. Though methodologically more problematic, retrospective studies are useful in determining how many homosexual individuals displayed cross-sex behavior in childhood. The relatively large body of retrospective studies comparing childhood sex-typed behavior in homosexual and heterosexual men and women was reviewed quantitatively. Effect sizes were large for both men and women, with men’s significantly larger. Future research should elaborate the causes of the association between childhood sex-typed behavior and sexual orientation and identify correlates of within-orientation differences in childhood sex-typed behavior.”
The evidence all agrees: ‘cross-gender behavior’ is strongly predicative of being a flaming homosexual of either sex. Not transsexualism. Unlike retrospective studies, which rely on adult recall of childhood, prospective studies linking childhood gender non-conformity often used children who met the diagnostic criteria of gender dysphoria — and many of those children grew up to be gay or lesbian. They were ‘truly trans’ — and then they grew out of it and instead became homosexuals.
It even says this in the conclusion:
Homosexual individuals recall substantially more childhood cross-sex-typed behavior than do heterosexuals of the same sex. Prospective studies have supported these retrospective findings for men; analogous studies for women remain to be done. Future research should focus on the causes of this association, as well as the causes and consequence of within-orientation variation in sex-typed behavior”
Research evidence: Gender-atypical tots more likely to become gay or lesbian | 4thWaveNow
Many of the kids labelled ‘transgender’ would—if left alone—grow up to be lesbian or gay. This observation has been made by many parents, and sometimes their children who desisted or detransitioned, whose stories are gathered on this website. It is also supported by a growing body of scientific research. Developmental Psychology published an important article last year (Li, Kung, and Hines 2017), which 4thWaveNow has previously highlighted.
Just as some women are naturally taller than some men, so some girls prefer more ‘masculine’ activities than some boys do. Such girls were far more likely to turn out as lesbian. That was the case, at least, in this survey of children coming of age in a society that was relatively tolerant of homosexuality—and before transgender identities were ascendant in social media and schools. We can only speculate how the cohort born ten years later would identify. But we must realize that the characteristics that now diagnose a ‘transgender child’ are the same characteristics that increase the chances of a teenager becoming gay or lesbian.
Mum told daughter could be taken into CARE after ‘NHS encouraged her to have sex change’
The school, which has not being named, called social services after Lisa banned her daughter from visiting the NHS clinic where she was receiving counselling and tried to find her another therapist. But Lisa, who says her daughter is a lesbian, only claimed to be transgender after being bullied for being gay.
But Lisa claimed her daughter only wanted to be transgender after being bullied for being gay.She told the Mail on Sunday her daughter came out as transgender at 13 after being bullied for being a lesbian
Homosexual Outcome of Discordant Gender Identity/Role in Childhood: Longitudinal Follow-Up
“Nine of 11 boys with prepubertal discordance of gender identity/role have been maintained in follow-up until young adulthood. All are known to be homosexual or predominantly so”
Early effeminate behavior in boys. Outcome and significance for homosexuality.
“This is a long term follow-up of 55 boys with early effeminate behavior. It was possible to determine the outcome in sexual orientation in 38 of the boys, which included homosexuality or variants of it in 35 (63.6 per cent) of the total of 55 and heterosexuality in three (5.5 per cent)”
“but being gender atypical is different from being trans” is it really though?
Diagnostic criteria for Gender Identity Disorder (from the DSM IV)
A. A strong and persistent cross-gender identification (not merely a desire for any perceived cultural advantages of being the other sex). In children, the disturbance is manifested by four (or more) of the following:
(1) repeatedly stated desire to be, or insistence that he or she is, the other sex (2) in boys, preference for cross-dressing or simulating female attire; in girls, insistence on wearing only stereotypical masculine clothing (3) strong and persistent preferences for cross-sex roles in make-believe play or persistent fantasies of being the other sex (4) intense desire to participate in the stereotypical games and pastimes of the other sex (5) strong preference for playmates of the other sex. In adolescents and adults, the disturbance is manifested by symptoms such as a stated desire to be the other sex, frequent passing as the other sex, desire to live or be treated as the other sex, or the conviction that he or she has the typical feelings and reactions of the other sex.
B. Persistent discomfort with his or her sex or sense of inappropriateness in the gender role of that sex. In children, the disturbance is manifested by any of the following: in boys, assertion that his penis or testes are disgusting or will disappear or assertion that it would be better not to have a penis, or aversion toward rough-and-tumble play and rejection of male stereotypical toys, games, and activities; in girls, rejection of urinating in a sitting position, assertion that she has or will grow a penis, or assertion that she does not want to grow breasts or menstruate, or marked aversion toward normative feminine clothing. In adolescents and adults, the disturbance is manifested by symptoms such as preoccupation with getting rid of primary and secondary sex characteristics (e.g., request for hormones, surgery, or other procedures to physically alter sexual characteristics to simulate the other sex) or belief that he or she was born the wrong sex.
C. The disturbance is not concurrent with a physical intersex condition.
D. The disturbance causes clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning.
Psychosexual outcome of gender-dysphoric children.
“At follow-up, nearly all male and female participants in the persistence group reported having a homosexual or bisexual sexual orientation.”
Gender Identity Disorders in Childhood and Adolescence
“Multiple longitudinal studies provide evidence that gender-atypical behavior in childhood often leads to a homosexual orientation in adulthood, but only in 2.5% to 20% of cases to a persistent gender identity disorder (3, 6, 22). Even among children who manifest a major degree of discomfort with their own sex, including an aversion to their own genitalia (GID in the strict sense), only a minority go on to an irreversible development of transsexualism (6).”
So we’ve established that a significant proportion of GNC kids, even those officially diagnosed with GID or GD, outgrow their dysphoria and come out as gay. Childhood transition is a convenient way to avoid this outcome, and not only is it increasingly trendy for parents to turn their kids straight by trading in their sissy boy sons and their tomboy daughters for gender conforming daughters and sons, it is increasingly mandated by the state:

TIM Bathroom Harassment
not all of these men were officially reported to be ~trans identified~ however:
autogynephilia (the cross dressing fetish) is heavily associated with heterosexual transsexualism (x x x x)
self-identification laws facilitate access to female bathrooms for these predators, and in some of these instances those laws were specifically leveraged
technically, some of these cross-dressers may identify as trans and that information simply wasn’t available to the reporters
if a woman sees a clearly male person in her bathroom, she has no way of knowing how he identifies
in any case, trans male commit crime at the same rates of cis males, so any violent incidents arising from male presence in female bathrooms is reason enough to oppose these laws (x x)

Smith was also charged with the murder of seven year old Mark Tildesley in 1987 but charges were subsequently dropped as the person who named him as the killer (Leslie Bailey) was himself convicted of the manslaughter of the child (having confessed to having been present) and this was insufficient evidence to secure a conviction without a confession from Smith.
Smith was part of a group of paedophile men including Sidney Cooke, Robert Oliver and Leslie Bailey who are believed to have tortured, raped and killed at least 5 young boys in the 1980s. Oliver was jailed for 15 years in for the manslaughter of 14-year old Jason Swift; Smith was also arrested for the killing but never charged.

the cotton ceiling
“But no-one is saying lesbians HAVE to date/have sex/have a relationship with a transwoman!”(~700 receipts here)
5 Things I Was Told During Conversion Therapy (And 5x5 Times TRA Rhetoric Reminded Me of It)
The Trans Movement and LESBOPHOBIA
Get The L Out
Planned Parenthood hosts a workshop for transwomen discussing how best to gaslight lesbians into considering males as sexual partners
Julia Beck was kicked out of the Boston LGBTQ Commission for defending the definition of lesbianism
The guy who literally started the cotton ceiling was pissed off that a lesbian female porn star didn’t want to do a scene with him
Lily Cade, a producer of lesbian porn, was accused of transphobia for not forcing her lesbian porn actresses to perform sex acts with a male
Just recently, a bunch of so-called “lesbian” publications (all of which are run by men, shocking) came down on After Ellen for maintaining their stance of protecting same-sex attracted females from homophobic queer rhetoric
–>here is the official statement from After Ellen
Popular lesbian app HER literally excluded lesbians from their Pride month, apparently lesbians aren’t “real people”
HER along with other dating apps that supposedly cater to lesbians are also full of male “transbians” looking specifically to have sex with women who aren’t attracted to men, and women who put “no trans males” in their profile are harassed and victimized for daring to be homosexual
Trans activist Rachel McKinnon Thinks lesbians should “cope” with sex with males
Trans activist Riley J Dennis won a GLAAD award after writing this gross article (tldr: “homosexuality is not innate”)
Avery Edison is a well-known and widely respected TRA and has this to say
and of course we can’t forget when the instructions for DIY lesbian conversion therapy were being passed around like it was no big deal on this lesbophobic hellsite
here’s a great article documenting this trend
and another one
Here’s the promo for a queer theory conference that discusses how gayness could be improved with opposite-sex inclusion:
The CFP sketches out the familiar claim that ‘queerness’ is ‘inclusive’ and ‘fluid’ while ‘gayness’ or ‘homosexuality’ is ‘exclusive’ and ‘oppressive,’ a dichotomy that rests on the never-fully-interrogated assumption that ‘inclusion’ is an unequivocal ‘good,’ while ‘exclusion’ is an unequivocal ‘evil.
Here are two lesbians discussing how this trend has impacted them personally
“i’m trying to be a good ally but i’m not attracted to male physiology” “well you’re a TRANSPHOBE”
“im a lesbian so i can’t get pregnant” “yes you can because girldick”
