It doesn't take a long time after they get together for Geralt to realize what kind of power he has over Jaskier.

Jaskier: *is about to do something stupid that will probably get both of them injured or killed*

Geralt: *putting an arm over Jaskier’s waist* / *grabbing Jaskier’s hand and kissing it* / *stretching so his shirt rises, exposing his abs* / *giving Jaskier a suggestive look*

Jaskier: *totally forgets whatever he was about to do, focusing entirely on Geralt*

Forgot to mention before that the Fae!Jaskier fic will be slightly based on songs by the Amazing Devil because I love them so much! I’m open to any suggestions anyone has for certain scenes or fluff platonic or romantic moments since I have a plot but am always amenable to softness :)

In the very slow process of writing a Fae!Jaskier fic that focuses on his friendship with Priscilla (his wild hunt wife) but as an AU with different meeting circumstances! There is of course prominent Geraskier throughout the fic so that’s always fun but I was wondering if anyone would be interested in that kind of thing? I’m pretty new to writing fics and especially since this is my first long one after two one-shots. Any advice on how to balance when to write it and how to consistently write well? :)

Boyle’s dream date in Brooklyn 99 is what almost every single fanfiction plot I’ve ever read is. He says that his perfect date is hanging out with a friend you’ve known for a long time, maybe even one you work with, and you’re just talking to each other and then suddenly you’re kissing. Am I wrong because so many fanfics are like that?

In Skulduggery Pleasant: The Last Stand of Dead Men, Scapegrace said something along the lines of, “Do you have any idea what it’s like to be one gender trapped in another genders body?” And Thrasher/Gerald reply’s, “I… I might,” so does this mean that Thrasher is canonically trans or am I looking too much into it because no one ever mentions it and it’s brushed over so quickly?
