Please please PLEASE make more posts about your college experience. You confirmed/affirmed so much for me this morning!

I will. I honestly think more black students should talk about their experiences as students and young professionals in general. It can be so isolating walking around a predominantly white campus feeling like you’re only allowed to be there to fill a quota, feeling like you’re everyone’s walking textbook for intro to diversity 100, feeling like the administration feels sorry for you and pities you when ask for help.

My name is Enby, I am a black non-binary demi-boy. I am fat, mentally ill, and disabled. I live with CPTSD, generalized anxiety, and severe depression. I am currently unemployed due to major physical strain from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I’m in a very frustrating transitional period of my adult life. I am officially moved in and unpacking my life again. Unfortunately, I have to ask for donations again. Without any extra funding, the city of Flint, Michigan will run out of the money it needs to keep buying bottled water and water filters for residents in 51 days.

Where are the celebrity’s now? … Where is Hillary since she got her nod from the DNC .. Where is the President? .. Why hasn’t the governor been ousted or put in jail? How long are these people going to be without clean drinking water?? It’s been years since they found out, and still nothing is being done.

you really got white women, of all sizes & persuasions, running around with deeply skewed perceptions about black men’s attraction/attention to them

either way you have to wonder, given historical ish between black men & white women, how so many walk away with such fucked up mentalities

NB that struggle with dysphoria but aren’t quite sure how to fix it. NB people that get made fun of for using ze or xe pronouns becase they “aren’t real.” NB people who are constantly told they pronouns are grammatically incorrect. NB people who get told they arent non binary enough for using she or he pronouns. NB people who are constantly accused of making up their gender to be a “special snowflake.” You’re not a special snowflake. But you are fuckin special. And you also kick ass. All you peeps are great.
