I have recently finished a plumbing project of my own and the experience is fresh upon memory. I should be able to have your office’s plumbing in proper order by week’s end at the latest, depending on how many pipes are burst or missing.

If there are any other endeavors I may assist you in, please feel free to contact me. I will be meeting your Miss Al’Kane soon to gain her approval for a custom order she placed on your behalf. I cannot say if you will find the project to your taste but I am rather pleased with it. If you find her commission pleasing, I could fabricate more of in its likeness, although I believe she intends it to be a singular accent piece.

You'll be having weekly or bimonthly sessions with your patients as needed. You should send me their names and contact information immediately, as well as which shard will be tending to them (I say should but this isn't actually optional if you expect me to help). We'll manage by limiting your client list and shuffling folk toward your new partner when appropriate. 

I'll maintain your schedule. One hour each should be more than enough, and then a two hour group therapy session. Group therapy will take place on Friday nights at six. How does that sound? 

My den has no heat sources and so it poses no threat.

You should NOT teach all of your patients the Ash Command. Have myself, Fisali or Aeri'alyn check in private. 

Both Wraith and Boy are invested in PAS and would like to see it succeed. I highly doubt that either of them would sabotage it. And if Serenity tries they'll probably eat his face off.

You will keep track of your individual patients by taking notes during their sessions. We'll maintain files and they'll stay down here with me. Nobody will get past Dorothy. Light save them if they try, because nothing else will.

We did have a group therapy room but then you stuffed Fisali in there. You should probably have her move upstairs so that the room that's on the same floor as your office is available for large groups. We can probably have it furnished by the weekend- Al'kane is good with things like that.

Our mission statement should probably say something about teaching people how to cope. Giving them the tools they need. Helping them help themselves. That kind of shit. You want people to know that you're helping them find a way to become stable and self sufficient, not dependent on others and good luck for the rest of their miserable lives.

You need to write to Interitus this morning about the plumbing. Otherwise he may not have time.

6 am - prepare Breakfast for whoever wants it, make more coffee, set out the cups, and clean up whatever pots and pans and things I used to make the breakfast.
