Mémoire
Since we were all booked with different tasks and didn't notice the date for the last pitching, our adrenaline levels were all high. We, on the other hand, made up everything we needed for our last time. We made last-minute changes and handled financing. All of our expectations were met when we finally delivered it in front of the panel and earned recognition from our project. I saw a very excellent vision for what we do that helps us to keep track of everything. Thus , I can say that we did our best until the very end.
As you know, the final pitching came so close that we were so focused with other academic tasks that we didn't notice the day or time. However, with determination and great teamwork, we finished our final pitching performance with all of the sweat and hard work that had been put in since constructing our product to create it as our focused project. And, our final project was reminiscing, which took us back to the beginning and proved what we had accomplished.
It is quite emotional to bring this project to a close, but I am glad that we are doing so with great passion. The thing that crossed that mind was the journey we had throughout every time we had our discussion with combined effort and trust. I appreciate having them on my team and being a part of it. We had a roller coaster ride until our final destination but still performed admirably to the finish line.

VALID
It is not simple. Observing how people thrive in their start-up ventures was not as simple as experienced. Many factors must be addressed along our journey, the most important of which is our validation. Yes, we make these decisions based on our own perceptions as nursing students and our perceptions of how others feel; but, we are not making these decisions on our own, and we seek confirmation whether this is actually needed. And our confirmation was correct: many nursing students struggled with their hair, and the majority of them were reprimanded as a result. We got 100%, and most of them state they need natural solutions to secure their hair since their hair was affected by some hair spray/gel that includes toxic chemicals that make their hair more susceptible to hair loss. Thus, we believe that once we are launched, we will be effective since we will not be limited to nursing students but will be able to serve a wider range of customers in order to provide answers.
However, how did we communicate our validation to our client? We quickly deliberated and spoke with one another on how to communicate with our clients after learning that we required further validation. As said in the November 23rd Lecture Series on developing a start-up, I came to believe that we were able to tailor our product to the needs of our nursing students while also finding a way to protect our environment from chemical material products. We up-scaled our product to be beneficial and environmentally friendly in order to entice our market to utilize it, and with that, we can also draw our investors in our product to invest in things that may be related to our present problem, which is environmental toxicity. Therefore, we think that we also developed solution that may safeguard our environment from the detrimental impacts of pollutants.
Overall, what has been said in the Lecture Series is all beneficial; I simply came to an understanding and focus to the idea of what was discussed in the first half. I was reminded of how we justified and fought for this vision of ours, and maybe, as a reward of our hard work, we will be able to produce it someday.

The Hawid Journey
Looking at the beauty of nursing, we have seen how their upright posture matches with their stunning white uniforms and fixed buns. Most people look up to their elegance and composure, however all of this might be quickly shattered with a quick blink of an eye. The flushing winds that come from nature are one of the reasons; to say it another way, it is when traveling in a vehicle with open windows. The winds are the sole reason why even hair that has been waxed and fixed gets ruined upon arriving at school. As a nursing student who also faces the same issue, I can empathize with such. In light of this, my group and I came up with the concept of wearing a turban to cover and secure one's head while traveling. With it, no more extension duties would be imposed, and the pride in being orderly will be upheld. Thus, nursing does not define purity without displaying the true essence of it.
The decision was made to propose the turban as the final choice. Through surveys of nursing students at various levels, we sought validation. We then proceeded to post the key elements to consider in our project with necessary finishing touches after gathering their support and taking their viewpoint. However, we didn't only come up with this idea; we also gathered a variety of other suggestions and discussed their pros and cons. We then narrowed it down to a far more practical idea of having a durag and medical cap inspired turban that we named "Hawid" from suggestions like "Bike for Rent," "Vending Water Machine," "Vending Machine Cafe," and "Do It Yourself Vending Printer."
The "Hawid" was the hidden solution that the nursing students needed. We have always  been reprimanded for our hair, and we never consider that perhaps before we came, we had already lost the discipline we uphold. Being orderly is just being sanitary, to prevent any cross contamination that may bring, especially in hospital duties, and it is an act of appreciating the essence of vigilance. Along with appearance, the team had solid intentions to take health-related precautions. Its importance not only justifies the financial gain we would receive, but also takes care of the needs of our future heroes.

Rebellion Equals Entrepreneurship
I have been wondering about what entrepreneurship is all about. Seeing different articles that name themselves as "entrepreneurs" is so confusing since it is not a typical job that we usually hear about as kids. But they say entrepreneurs are risk-takers and artistic creators. They are often termed "brilliant" because they create unique stuff that is still best suited to the needs of the people. To name a few, we have the world's richest man, Elon Musk; the Microsoft guy, Bill Gates; and our very own, and the one who created SM, Henry Sy; these people are the most powerful people in the world since they took the risk to pursue their dreams. They're amazing right now, but how did they get started and how did they get to where they are now? Thus, let us see the world of entrepreneurship.
So, what is entrepreneurship? According to Harvard, this is the "pursuit of opportunities without regard to the resources controlled". This term may be violent, but if we talk about entrepreneurship, this is usually termed as an act of "rebellion" since it is creating things beyond those that have already existed to be unique and to disrupt the standards. However, being a successful entrepreneur does not only come with the creation itself. There should be a diverse set of teams to build an extraordinary output without any barriers to its success. They named it The Hipster, the designer; The Hacker, the tech guy; and The Hustler, the finance dude. All may not be "agreeable", but everyone can fill each other's weaknesses, and they can set ground rules to achieve achievable goals in order to come up with the best ideas.
Moreover, we can make creativity out of the needs in different aspects. We can explore different areas and assess their needs—like the marketplace, medical, agricultural, etc. —since they need people to help them, especially in finding more accessible ways to cast away the demands or essentials that are needed. But we can only do that with the help of our creativity. We should delight our senses to see a wider picture for everyone's attention; to catch their attention is really hard to get, thus having to differ and deliver is really needed to disturb them and make them listen.
All in all, entrepreneurs don't earn their title without the aforementioned, since if they do not possess those, they may stumble every time they are trying to risk—those are the foundations that they need to become successful.
Taking an entrepreneurship class is: Most unclear and uncertain? Yes, most strategic thinking? Yes, and most tactically challenging? Yes-but this will be fun since we are learning.
