Okay, a few things to say.

2. This isn't season 3, this is just a fun month long event to commemorate art fight or something lol

Your rivulet doesn't have to be on art fight, I know I've seen some people submit their rw au designs to art fight, but it's not like there's even 31 rivulets on art fight anyway T^T

Even then, integrating this into art fight would be hell (not like i wouldn't tho)

I'm posting this now so I have time to collect them (and draw them ahead of time so i don't burn myself out during art fight)

okay!! new scug designs!!! i think im finally happy with them!!!!

I imagine that slugcats are born as a solid color, then gain darker colored markings throughout their adolescence, and develop lighter markings as they get older. Saint and Gourmand have some visible aging, while Artificer has just started developing some lighter flecks (which also serve as an echo motif). Inv is still fairly young, but has a lighter lower body because they are both a different breed of slugcat, and also has started losing color due to the constant stress they go through. Arti's probably also a different breed of scug. I will not be explaining Watcher. I've revised my lore for them to fit the campaign and have a basic idea of why they look like that, but I refuse to go into detail (and also don't wanna have watcher spoilers in this post). 😇

Also I have this thing to explain Hunter's eyes, it has the outdated colors for them but everything else still applies:
