After binge tips✨
- try not to feel bad about yourself, like I said in another post, binges can actually help your metabolism and lead to faster weight loss
- drink water and tea, lots and lots of water it’ll help flush your body and you won’t be as bloated the next day
- take a bath, it’s so soothing and let’s me just relax, I look at thinspo and try to make myself more motivated
- once your stomach has settled go for a walk, you don’t have to hardcore work just a little stroll to get your body to digest your food
- look at your own before and after pics, and remember that since then you’ve had binges but you’re still making progress. A binge will not ruin everything
- get a good nights sleep, you’ll be less bloated in the morning and over all feel better

Ana Advice (✿◠‿◠)
These are a few random tips and stuff I have learned and have shown good results for me, hope this helps you!
- Exercise in the morning before you have eaten anything. This way you are burning maximum fat, also don’t eat straight after exercise as your body will go straight to burning the food (I normally wait 30-45 mins)
- Eat healthy lowcal foods you enjoy for when you have cravings instead of eating junk. If you have a sweet craving, try fruit with a spoon of honey
- Try out a diet, some examples are the ABC Diet (which I’m currently doing!), the Farewell Fat diet, the Skinny Girl diet & the Ana In Training diet which is good for beginners :)
- If you are prone to binging, make an anti binge box. Basically get a box, spend time on making it look pretty and put in things to stop yourself binging! For example, you could put in some of your fave thinspo, a list of reasons you want to be thin, chewing gum, nail polish & something to take your mind off binging like a book, a sketchpad or a rubix cube!
- Don’t eat after 7.00pm or a few hours before bed. This helps you burn more fat when sleeping.
- Keep a bottle of water near you as much as possible, if you think you’re hungry you may just be thirsty so drink up!
- Drink more green tea and other helpful teas like oolong tea, mint tea or even just black tea which can help curb appetite aswell as assist in weightloss. Black coffee is also good for this.
- Most importantly, stay positive! You can’t reach your ugw in a day or get a thigh gap just like that. You need patience and determination so keep your head up and stay strong lovelies! ♥
