So apparently Wyatt Russell has been on the receiving end of death threats from the fandom. And with the events that took place in this recent ep i'm fairly positive he will get more. And I first want to say that if anyone ever sends death threats to an actor, rethink your life. Like please take a step back and re-evaluate your thought process.

But I also want to say @ the mcu fandom who is calling for everyone to not send these threats to wyatt, where the fuck were y'all when emily vancamp was being bombarded with death threats and sexist hate for years. How one of Emily's co-stars repeatedly threw her under the bus and fed into the hate that was being shown. The fandom did not rise up in arms for her defense. In fact, most of the fandom either took part in it, or never did anything to combat it. The sharon stans always came to Emily's defense and were ignored and shot down. I agree that no one, including Wyatt, deserves to be threatened for playing a character. No actor deserves that. And I will defend the guy from death threats, he doesn't deserve it.

But it is becoming increasingly clear that majority of the fandom have a real habit of defending white men from every little thing no matter what it is. You will dedicate yourself wholeheartedly to defending one white guy. Yet, y'all never do the same for women or poc who are unfairly hated for no justifiable reason.

The hypocrisy is unreal. Do better.
