It could a week or more, depending on how many people have requested exports. Maybe longer, I think they fired just about everyone who knows how to babysit the export jobs queue through a massive spike in demand.

The option near the bottom of the page to export my blog has now completely disappeared. Instead it just says "Active Sessions".

This means that your export is still in the queue, it'll be processed at some point. You'll get an email when it finishes successfully. I don't remember if there's an email if the export fails, but if the button re-appears without you seeing an export, just click it again.

Source: Am a former Tumblr employee who had to babysit exports last time there was a huge demand.

Just a reminder in case you're ever looking to back up your blog try this method first before you do something silly like scrape the thing yourself or put your password into a third-party tool without verifying what it really does
