I'm excited!!!

I don't know how to do this.. I signed up on Tumblr to do my assigned work in #Coursera for Data Management and Visualization. I'm still lost on where to start but I guess this is how it begins..

Let me introduce myself first.. everyone calls me Vi at work at home it Viola. I have 2 very handsome boys an 8 yr old and 17 month old baby. My job is a Delivery Excellence Associate Manager at one of the top BPO company globally. Been with the business for more than 10 years (i suppose!) Started as an agent taking calls then became a Quality Auditor and then finally pursue a Continuous Improvement lead role which then led me to become part of the Delivery Excellence team in 2015.

According to Gallup Strength finder, my top 5 strengths are Restorative, Woo, Analytical, Individualization and Relator.. in that order. :) Hence my strong interest in data analytics and getting insights from it (Analytical). because I like improving things and seeing things in proper (Restorative) but also I'm interested in people how they behave and how I can make them come along. 

I took this specific course in Coursera so I can learn more and apply this things in my line of work. hopefully I can finish this and absorb everything so I can enhance my skills!
