Here it is finally! My updated ref for Solace! Some minor changes here and there, but most of my favorite colors for him remained the same =)

Solace is a happy, calm and excitable individual with a large veil he uses to glide through the air from extreme heights. He is generally considered a loner apart from taking care of his elderly father. He is extremely kind and has a great love and respect for the beastly Xya, whom he inherited from his mother, considering him his best friend. They love to go for flights as Solace loves to admire the beauty of nature.

I had sooo much fun drawing this one! It took me like a week and is my first piece with a true background. A bit sketchy linewise and I still need to work on getting better with the wing positioning, but overall I'm very happy with it and super tired lol! As always, constructive criticism is always welcome =)

Happy 4/13! Drew this up real quick to celebrate! Glad I could finish it in time. I can't believe Homestuck is 16 years old lol. Working on my animation still, but have this for now! =))

Working on a Homestuck animation and wanted to actually make references for the characters to make my life a little easier so I started with Gamzee. Lots of fun and a great learning process for future ref sheets! Hopefully I figure it out some day lol! Thanks for looking =)

Decided to try some fun with pixels and experiment! I've honestly been working on this piece for a while now and am just ready to move on to a new one, and I would rather post it than just let it rot! Also I gave him extra fangs for fun in this piece, though I don't think I'll keep them :). Once again I learned a lot and can't wait to apply what I've learned to my next piece. Next on learning: lighting/shading for sure haha! Thanks for reading and viewing!

My first ever art fight attack! I just love this character's design, so I just had to! I hope I got everything right designwise! :> I had a lot of fun and learned a lot too.

Finished the ref for my son finally. I wanted to get it done in time for Artfight this year! I don't really have a good grasp on color theory or anything but I plan to modify the colors over time :> I've had him in my mind for a long time and I'm glad to finally at least have a start.

Finally making my first post here! Got around to actually making a ref sheet for my favorite bird. This is technically my first ref sheet so I hope to get more practice soon :) I really just needed a reference for animations soon to come. Any constructive criticism is always welcome (but please be nice!). I hope to be posting more in the future, but thank you to anyone who views my work! I apologize if the file is too big, the boy's wings are massive. Feathers are hard haha!
