Hello everyone! 

Claire and I have decided on 20 members for the net and we’re very excited to get into a chat where we all can talk and brainstorm ideas (especially with the PBB about to begin)! Claire is emailing 10 and I am emailing 10 and then we’ll bring all 20 members together in the group chat! If you receive an email, we’ll add you the chat based upon how fast you reply and one by one you’ll be introduced to the others!

Thanks for the applications everyone! They closed at midnight EST last night! We got quite a few different applications and we’re both working on going through them! We will let you all know when the emails go out to the new members! We can’t wait to start this net with everyone! :)

Phanfiction Writers Over 18 Net

Hello guys! Over the past few weeks, Claire ( @phloridas ) and I, Alexis, ( @lilacskylester ) have been talking about how we both felt like we never got into the nets or blogs that we applied for. And it’s a pretty terrible feeling, right? Because we know a lot of you might feel this way too, we’ve decided to make a net of our own! 

So what is the Phanfiction Writers Over 18 Net?

This is a net for any one who is an active writer of phanfiction (or at least trying to be) who is over the age of 18! 

Why did we choose the age of 18 or over? 

Well, it’s because Claire is gonna be 21 and I (Alexis) am gonna be 20. We’re both college students studying writing so it only seems fair we have people around the same age (or older!) at similar ability and experience levels—but don’t let that stop you from applying if you’re still a beginning writer! This net is open to anyone who is 18 and older who loves writing about Dan and Phil, or would love to start writing about them! 

What is the net going to do? 

Basically, this net is going to be made up of writers who are willing to support the others, give motivation, and help all the other writers in the net with whatever they may need. By joining this net, we encourage you to be willing to help the other members when they’re stuck on anything, ask for help from the other writers, give general feedback for fics, and just fangirl in general over Dan and Phil when they do something. (Because let’s be real, that’s what 90% of the group chat is gonna be anyway.)

What are the rules?

You must be following both Claire and Alexis 

You must be supporters and fans of Dan and Phil and write phanfiction: But you do not need to run a phan blog! 

You must be following the net blog: Phanfictionovereighteenet

You must fill out this application form here!

You must be willing to support the other writers in the net. 

For this net, we will doing something different. We won’t be asking for URL’s and Tumblr blogs on the application so that everyone can have a fair chance without bias. You will be chosen purely based off from your application answers. If you are chosen, you will be emailed via the email you provided on the form and it is only then that you will give us your Tumblr URL!
