For old times sake is actually such a heartbreaking and beautiful sentiment. Like, let’s do it for the love that used to be here. It is reason enough.

When it feels hard to create, try to remember to ask yourself if you're just in a fallow period. Fruit has its season, and is only one part of the lifecycle of a plant. If the work isn't coming, take a step back and look at your bigger picture. Is your energy going to socializing, healing, building up other aspects of your life? Are you in a place to do the more passive parts of creating, such as taking in other's works, being out in the world and gathering inspiration? Be kind to yourself, and be aware of where you're at in your creative lifecycle

sometimes your brain really just offers you one banger of a sentence and then that's it for the entire rest of the day. creativity expired, the ability to think has clocked out for the day, context for as to how we even get to this sentence? sorry we're all out. this one sentence is all you get.

i am a Sucker for scenarios where someone encounters their younger/other self and has the opportunity to give them the compassion and understanding they haven't received.
but I am also, and possibly even more, a Sucker for scenarios where someone encounters their younger/other self and uses it as an opportunity to externalize absolutely horrifying levels of self-loathing

i'm keeping you in the time loop. it's the only way i know how to keep you safe. trapping you here, in the last day that you're alive, ignorant of what's to come as the sun sets. i dread each minute, a countdown to the end, but live in relief as all the blood washes away, all the would-be scars fade, and the tears dry before they have a chance to fall. but the memory of you dying in my arms remains, and so i'm keeping you in the time loop

People with OCs (original character), if you see a post that reminds you of them, how do you tag it? Examples in parentheses.
The specific OC that it reminds me of (#bob)
The specific OC + an indicator that it's an OC (#bob oc)
The specific OC + the WIP they're from (#bob myproject)
The specific OC + the WIP + indicator that it's an OC (#bob oc myproject)
The WIP name only (#myproject)
The WIP name + indicator that it's an OC (#myproject oc)
A general tag that I use for OCs (#my ocs)
I don't tag OCs at all
I don't have OCs/see results
