Anorexia that has turned into BED noice, I can't fit into my clothes anymore and I feel really fat yay. I started a diet with a dietitian that has been going sooo bad I've been binging like crazy and now I have an appointment on Tuesday and I really don't know what to do. Should I quit? Spent the week constantly binge eating, I have officially gained back all the weight I've lost, idk how much I weigh I'm so terrified to step on that scale and face the fact that I probably weigh 53-54 kgs... And plus I can't restrict anymore and I hate it. I've been trying to lose weight for about 4 months now and I have failed. I want to trigger myself so badly rn. I need a huge epic trigger to keep me motivated to lose that fking weight and never binge again!

ed tip (maybe?): whenever you have a really strong craving for a food, write it down on a list of things to have once you reach your UGW. it makes me feel like i’ll definitely have it later once i’m skinny enough so there’s no need to have it now and makes me want to get to my UGW more

I'm gonna be burning some of it off and I might eat a little more to reach 500 cals again so I can study because my exams haven't ended yet! (two more exam days and my art exams remaining)

Tomorrow's intake
Today was my 1st fasting day, I have a net of around 550 cals? That's okay I guess, but I want you to know that it hurts a bit... Like you can't do anything because u feel so tired of even writing a word on your notebook...
Due to this being an exam period, on Thursday which is my next fasting day, I'm gonna have around 600 calories which is my usual intake.
