"Really? Funny how people come into your live isn't it." She had people that came into her life in the strangest ways. Or rather she did before she shut everyone out. It was for their own good though. They didn't need to get into trouble because of her.

"Yeah." She chuckled. "I guess it is like that." Pip nodded. "Really?" She asked softly. "Well I'm glad you came out of it and realized. I'm hoping that I can too." She told him.

"One day. Even if they feel like an eternity."

"Yeah, you'd never be able to guess that my family used to hate him. My brother broke his nose once -- everyone's cool now." He chuckled. He was grateful for a friend like Liam. The circumstances that made them close were less than ideal but he was still grateful. "Pip - like Great Expectations?"

Jehan watched her as she explained and he nodded along. She reminded him of him in the rambling. "I'm glad that you found it helpful." He smiled. "I didn't think mine was a problem either, cliches are okay." He assured her. "I got one for you. I didn't think mine was bad until I woke up in the hospital with my entire family around me teary eyed -- and then I still didn't think it was bad. I know my way around a cliche."

He shrugged. "One day at a time right. Cliche, again, but true."
