pit had to take a moment to just catch his breath, leaning heavily against his skyscraper club for support as he did so. man! he really hated this thing! regardless of how cool it looked, how effective it was, the club was an absolute pain to lug around. the quicker enemies, of course, took advantage of this——and pit? pit was suffering, sufficiently battered, and beat. having pittoo come along really saved his rear.

maybe he’d choose a set of orbitars next time …
