Hmmm well for tipps and exercises well,,, im no art teacher, but I think you should foxus more on understanding shapes than on line or how do I say it mmmm

here:

for making poses more lose and expressive you should lean into it, let the whole thing flow naturally, dont be afraid of messing up, maybe when youre drawing tradicionally try using pens instead of erasable mediums so youll think more about where to put the lines or how to put them down, if you get what im saying

So Yeah thats it, I cant really tell you more about it, or maybe that you should practice a lot but thats a pretty basic advice-- you get it,
