TS3 is really out here testing my patience and sanity

i’ve reinstalled my game, downloaded and sorted out all my NRASS, UI, Lighting and Gameplay Mechanic mods that i wanted - tested my game and everything worked fine. Now i’ve run all my custom content through CC Magic and I was met with this when loading a new save in sunset valley ^^

I am currently removing any texture replacement mods that I have recently installed from Boring Bones, hoping this will fix the issue. But i’ve honestly never seen or had this issue before, so i have no clue what to do 😤

currently redoing my mods folder - which is a lengthy process. but worth it tbh, i’m working towards optimising my game as best i can so it runs smoothly for recording in the future.

that being said— if you have any good tips or suggestions to improve game performance please feel free to share, i would highly appreciate it <3

back to recording: i do have plans on creating and uploading content to youtube, such as TS3 let’s plays, speed builds and CAS downloads, other games from the sims franchise, and potentially games outside the sims that i enjoy as-well

i don’t want to make this post too long.. which i already felt like i’ve done lol. so i’ll update y’all again later on my lepacy challenge hehe

in an effort to try and organise my mods folder with cc magic, it appears that i have broken my game… i’m fuming. i followed tutorials and it’s a really easy to follow program, so i have no idea what i’ve done

i’m going to reinstall my game bc it’s genuinely tweaking, and i’ll properly organise my folders lol. maybe this is the universe telling me to spend money on a proper pc

some of my sliders were broken in CAS, so there’s a potential she may look completely different when i edit her next time im able to go in game.

HELP!!!!!

sorry, that was a little dramatic but i needed to get your attention. i’ve reinstalled sims after getting a decent enough computer to run it, but it still doesn’t work! the launcher opens, but as soon as i click play it takes me straight back to the EA app, and it’s a constant cycle of the game not actually launching.

i’ve installed everything correctly, and i’m unsure what’s wrong. any help would be much appreciated<3

To answer your question, many of my OCs speak multiple languages. Grayson and Wren, and their whole family (pretty much aside from their dad), speak both english and italian! I myself know zero italian, but when making their backstories I decided I wanted their mothers side of the family to be italian:)

Are you named after anyone? No, i’m not named after anyone. But my name was picking by my grandmother.

When was the last time you cried? About a week ago. Tis a common thing in my life.

Do you have kids? Nope.

Do you use sarcasm a lot? Not really. I used to a lot when I was younger, which is why Sarcastic Sims was my first simblr / instagram name.

What sports do you play / have played? Numerous. I played a lot of soccer and have many trophies from swimming. I dabbled a little in boxing too. But swimming is something I am keen to get back into.

What is the first thing you notice about other people? Mannerism. Things they like and don’t like, things they do. Common phrases. Idk a lot of small things, i’m fairly observational, and my autism makes me good at reading people.

Scary movies or happy endings? Both but i lean towards happier things. Scary movies, like done good original ones that aren’t just never ending sequels can be really inspirational.

Any special talents? I am an artist, I have some certificates and I was 🤏 this close into getting my art into the main art gallery of where I live.

Where were you born? Australia. Still live here.

What are your hobbies? This is my info dump section. I like a lot of things, but for years I have had a select few special interest. Of course there’s the sims, i’ve had it since a kid and I many hours in those games. Dungeons and Dragons! I am a DM, Dungeon Master, and i run my own homebrew (which means I made it myself), campaign. I won’t talk too much about it otherwise I won’t stop. Art ofc, but I don’t do as much as I would like to. And recently, reading. I’m currently reading Jurassic Park - very different from the film if you were wondering.

Do you have any pets? Yep! two dogs! Technically more if you count my boyfriends pets, but I myself only have two dogs.

How tall are you? I am barely 5”3

Favourite subject in school? I did two art classes and a film class. They would be my favourite, as I got to be creative. But I also like creative writing assignments in english. And I was partially a science nerd.

Dream Job? No idea. I have changed my ideal job many times over the years. I used to want to be an architect, or a museum technician, or an archeologist, or a teacher. As of right now I have no idea.

Eye colour? Dark Brown. A little boring to some, since it’s all just the same colour of brown, but I like them.

I was expecting a more intense last question, but i’m glad it was a simple one to answer. Now i have to figure out if i know enough people to tag…
