Hello Plushie Sleuther! I have a tough case for you I believe, and I'm afraid I have no pictures. I've been looking for ages for the little blue tiger I was so attached to when I was younger. Its body was a deep blue color and its stripes were black, the muzzle, belly, ect, were white I believe? (possibly an off white or pale blue though? my memories are spotty on that detail) It had little white string whiskers and it had beans in its body, I'm unsure if it was mostly beans or if it just had beans in some specific spots. It was small, the hold comfortably in one hand kind, but it wasn't as small as a beanie baby I don't think? I don't remember if its fur was more of a fabric type texture or if it was very short, but I don't remember it being super fluffy Also there is a blue tiger by Aurora that I keep coming across and i'm pretty certain that its not the stuffed animal i'm thinking of. incase you come across it aswell!

This was INDEED, a tough case. And that damn tiger by Aurora haunts my searches.

I used the searches 'blue jaguar plush', 'blue cat plush', 'blue panther plush', 'blue cheetah plush', and 'blue tiger plush'. Any variation of these, but particularly the reverse image search of any of the plushies below gives you even more results if you wanna look through them!

Additionally, I'd recommend looking into the mascots of any sports team, restaurants, or colleges near where you grew up. Blue leopard/tiger/cheetah sounds a lot like something that could be a mascot for a local chain or institutions and would have plushies made for it.

A bit lighter than what you're looking for, but fits otherwise. Also, this is not a cheetah, it has leaopard spots.

Hello! this is from the person who asked for help on finding a small blue tiger stuffed animal After making that ask it rekindled my passion for finding the stuffed animal, and had me thinking really hard about all the details it could've had. I believe it may have actually had leopard like markings and had not been a tiger at all! The stuffed animal being a tiger isn't completely off the table, but looking at jaguar and leopard like markings on stuffed animals I have a much stronger feeling in my gut that might be it. Sorry for the trouble!

The topic was brought up and one of my favorite Pokemon is the wooper/Quagsire line-

they are just so darn cute and I love water types and so I looked up if there were any cute plushies!! And ofc there are- but the one that I keep seeing in all of these cute ass pictures is this guy! (Quagsire comfy friends plush!!!)

And it’s ofc sold out on the official pokemon website and resales are reaching $100-200 on the high side. The cheapest one I’ve seen so far was $80

I understand that it’s out of stock but ohh my goddd.. I’m so sad :(( I didn’t even know this plush existed and now that I know I want my own soo baddddd

any recommendations for a stuffie? I need one that's huggable size but I'm a pretty big guy (think 6' 290lb) but I want a lil buddy

I'm gonna try my best to answer this question as someone who is 160 cm (5'2) and 50 kg (110lb)!

Generally, you're gonna wanna look for something a little bit smaller than your torso (neck to waist) for comfortable cuddles. Anything smaller than half your torso will likely feel uncomfortable to hug. As a guess, I'd say something that's 12 inches in length and about 5 inches in width would feel nice.

Here's a list of some plushies that might be good!

1. IKEA bigger plushies

Includes: GOSIG GOLDEN (70 cm), LIVLIG HUSKY (57 cm), SNUTTIG POLAR BEAR (60 cm)

These are slightly bigger, however, they are so so comfortable to hug and cuddle, genuinely underrated. They're pretty reasonably priced. However, they're quite thin, which might feel uncomfortable if you're bigger. The links I included are diverse but you can find them on any IKEA site.

2. Wild Republic Cuddlekins

Black Bear Stuffed Animal (12")

Raccoon Stuffed Animal (12")

Baby Polar Bear Stuffed Animal (12")

Generally, these kind of sitting bears are very huggable because you can put your arms under their front legs and it fits perfectly. Unsure how the sizing will do with you, as they might be too thin for you. However, they´re very soft and pleasant to hold, and not overstuffed, which is a common issue for realistic plushies.

3. Keel Toys Cuddles Apollo Tibetan Mastiff (35 cm)

The link I included is an Ebay listing, however you should be able to find this guy in a lot of places if you search by name. Similarly to the previous bear plush, the position makes it ideal for hugs. He's a little too tall for me to be comfortable, but that might just be right for you. He's also quite plump but not overstuffed which is really nice.

4. Happy Nappers Play Pillow: Dog

A niche one! This is a childhood plushie of mine. The stuffing has started to clot a little but I'm sure if you take good care of her, its fine. This is a a random site but if you look up the name, you should be able to find it. I recommend taking out the voice box for less annoyance with accidentally pressing the button...

5. Build-A-Bear

Now, this doesn't go for all build-a-bear plushies but some of them are quite huggable. The one sitting or the ones on all fours are generally the cuddliest. Here are a few recommendations, however feel free to go on the website and look around for any you'd like:

6. Second Hand Squishmallows
