Sinistcha
Category: Matcha Pokémon Type: Grass/Ghost Height: 8" Weight: 4.9 lbs. Ability: Hospitality
Poltchageist’s Evolution
While Poltchageist carries a bamboo tea spoon, Sinistcha wears a bamboo tea whisk on its head. When Sinistcha stirs itself with this whisk, that means it’s ready for battle. Anything that approaches it will be met with a merciless attack in the form of a life-force-draining splash of tea.
Its Teacup-Like Appearance Has Now Backfired
In the past, Sinistcha would sneak into people’s homes and pretend to be a teacup on their tables, sapping the life-force from anyone who unwittingly drank from it. In recent times, however, the old-fashioned teacups these Pokémon imitate no longer see much use—rendering this strategy ineffective. Sinistcha now roam towns and suburbs after the sun goes down in search of prey—be it Pokémon or human.
New Move: Matcha Gotcha
Sinistcha uses the whisk on its head to stir itself vigorously, then it attacks by firing hot tea. Sinistcha will absorb HP from opponents hit by this move—healing itself—and the target will sometimes be left with a burn.
Poltchageist and Sinistcha Have Different Forms
While all Poltchageist may look alike at first glance, the Pokémon actually has two distinct forms: Counterfeit Form and Artisan Form. Sinistcha also has two forms: Unremarkable Form and Masterpiece Form. Telling either of these Pokémon apart from their alternate form requires careful inspection.

Raging Bolt’s New Move: Thunderclap

#1012 - Poltchageist
Category: Matcha Pokémon Type: Grass/Ghost Height: 4" Weight: 2.4 lbs. Ability: Hospitality
Though Ecologically Similar to Sinistea, It’s a Completely Different Pokémon
Poltchageist has a swirl pattern similar to the one that’s known to be Sinistea’s weak point. However, one thing that sets these species apart is that Poltchageist’s swirl is not its weak point.
It Lives in Old Houses and May Even Patch Up Broken Tableware
Poltchageist has a liking for old houses and may make its home in them. By day it remains still in cool, dark places, but once the sun sets, it begins to prowl around towns and their outskirts.
It sometimes mends cracked or broken things. In homes where it’s taken up residence, Poltchageist may even take it upon itself to repair broken tableware and other objects.
New Ability: Hospitality
Poltchageist’s Ability, Hospitality, showers its ally with hospitality, restoring a small amount of the ally’s HP.

#1011 - Dipplin
A Newly Discovered Evolution of Applin

New Form: Bloodmoon Ursaluna
Category: Peat Pokémon Type: Ground/Normal Height: 8'10" Weight: 734.1 lbs. Ability: Mind’s Eye
A Pokémon Known as the Bloodmoon Beast
While an ordinary Ursaluna bears a yellow moon mark on its forehead, the one on this Ursaluna is red. This distinctive mark has earned it the name “Bloodmoon Beast,” and it is the only such Ursaluna known to exist. The Pokémon is unique in that its altered appearance cannot be attributed to Evolution or form change.
A Unique Change Undergone over Many Years
It is said that a certain Ursaluna crossed the seas and arrived in the land of Kitakami—and that it then underwent a unique transformation over many years as a result of surviving in its harsh new environment. How many grueling years has this imposing Ursaluna endured?
New Ability: Mind’s Eye
Bloodmoon Ursaluna’s Mind’s Eye allows Normal-type and Fighting-type moves to hit Ghost-type Pokémon. Also, Pokémon with this Ability can’t have their accuracy lowered and ignore changes to opponents’ evasiveness.
New Move: Blood Moon
Bloodmoon Ursaluna unleashes the full brunt of its spirit from the red moon mark on its forehead. While this move can’t be used twice in a row, it boasts extremely high power.

#1018 Archaludon
Category: Alloy Pokémon Type: Steel/Dragon Height: 6'7" Weight: 132.3 lbs. Ability: Stamina/Sturdy
In a Pinch, It Takes On a Bridge-Like Appearance
When in trouble, Archaludon extends its normally bent torso, trading some of its mobility for a more stable center of gravity. While it’s like this, the Pokémon resembles a magnificent steel bridge.
Archaludon Builds Up Static Electricity and Fires a Powerful Beam
Terminals at the ends of its limbs gather and store static electricity, which Archaludon can use to fire a powerful beam made up of electric energy not normally generated within its body. Archaludon can gather static electricity more easily during storms and other inclement weather, allowing it to fire off its beam faster than usual.
New Move: Electro Shot
With this Electric-type special move, Archaludon gathers vast quantities of energy and fires off a high-voltage bolt of electricity. Under rainy weather conditions, Archaludon can immediately fire off this attack without having to spend time charging it up.

#1025 - Pecharunt
Somewhere in the land of Kitakami, the Mythical Pokémon Pecharunt has been awaiting its time to reawaken.
Category: Subjugation Pokémon Type: Poison/Ghost Height: 1' Weight: 0.7 lbs. Ability: Poison Puppeteer
Uses Its Cunning to Survive by Feeding Binding Mochi to Others
This Pokémon rolls up poison secreted from its shell to make Binding Mochi, which it serves to people and Pokémon. Pecharunt then uses chains to control those who eat its Binding Mochi, which is not only delicious but also appears to bring out the deepest desires and powers of those who eat it.
Pecharunt can also be very sly. For example, it will feign weakness by weeping and acting like a baby to gain the sympathy of others.
Off to Kitakami to Obtain the Masks
There is a theory that long ago, Pecharunt traveled to the land of Kitakami together with the Loyal Three, each of whom it had subjugated using its Binding Mochi—all to obtain certain masks coveted by an elderly couple who lived with Pecharunt.
Pecharunt found itself embroiled in battle with Ogerpon over the masks—ultimately resulting in Pecharunt’s defeat. It withdrew into its shell and, over time, became known to the locals as the Never-Rotting Peach. What appears to be a mere decoration in a shop is in fact Pecharunt, eagerly awaiting its time to return.
New Ability: Poison Puppeteer
Pecharunt’s Poison Puppeteer causes Pokémon that are poisoned or badly poisoned by Pecharunt’s moves to also become confused.
New Move: Malignant Chain
This attack launches a chain made of poison that may also leave its target badly poisoned.

003b Mega Venusaur
When Venusaur becomes Mega Venusaur, the flower on the Pokémon's back blooms even more fantastically than before. Its legs and frame become more sturdy to support the weight of the huge flower. After it Mega Evolves, Mega Venusaur's Ability changes to Thick Fat, which gives it some protection against two of its weaknesses: Fire-type and Ice-type moves.
006X Mega Charizard
When Charizard Mega Evolves into Mega Charizard X, its body turns black and its flames burn blue with increased heat. It also changes types when it Mega Evolves, changing from a Fire- and Flying-type Pokémon to a Fire- and Dragon-type Pokémon!
Mega Charizard X’s Attack increases significantly, and its Ability changes to Tough Claws, which raises the power of moves that make direct contact. This Ability comes in handy when Mega Charizard X uses the Dragon-type move Dragon Tail, which does damage and can force an opposing Pokémon to switch out during battle.
006Y Mega Charizard
When Charizard becomes Mega Charizard Y, its pointed horns and long tail give the Pokémon a look of sleek sharpness and its wings are larger than ever. Mega Charizard Y is in a league of its own when it comes to flying prowess, able to reach incredible heights.
Mega Charizard Y’s Special Attack increases significantly, and its Ability changes to Drought, increasing the power of Fire-type moves. Mega Charizard Y can use the Fire-type move Blast Burn, which becomes even more powerful with the effect of the Drought Ability.
009b Mega Blastoise
The two rocket launchers on Blastoise's shoulders turn into a single huge cannon when it Mega Evolves into Mega Blastoise. This cannon boasts a blast range so great that it can strike targets more than six miles away!
    0015b Mega Beedrill
Beedrill is extremely vigilant over its territory. When angered, Beedrill attack in swarms to sting foes with the poisonous stingers on their arms and tails. Do not approach their nests, for your own sake.
Beedrill Mega Evolves into Mega Beedrill. The poison it produces from its four limbs all work instantaneously, yet the poison it emits from its tail is slow-acting. It uses the former to prevent its foes from fleeing, and the latter to deal the finishing blow.
Mega Evolution gives its Attack and Speed stats an explosive boost. Adaptability is an Ability that increases the power of moves of the same type as the user from the standard 150% to 200%. Put it together with this Pokémon's powerful Attack stat and aim for massive damage!
With six wings, Mega Beedrill flies to the attack with great speed! The poisonous barbs on its tail and arms both grow larger, and its legs sprout poisonous stingers to boot! The Bug-type move Fell Stinger isn’t particularly high in power, but it raises the user's Attack stat by two stages if it causes an opponent to faint. As the name suggests, if you dare to use this dangerous move to fell your target, you'll become even more menacing to the Pokémon sent out to replace it.
 0018b Mega Pidgeot
Pidgey has a peaceful personality and does not enjoy battle, but if you take a wrong step around it, it will beat its wings furiously and attack by kicking up sand. Pidgeotto flies around its expansive territory, always on patrol. It uses the sharp and well-developed claws on its feet to ruthlessly punish those who invade its territory. Pidgeot intimidates foes by spreading its beautiful, glossy wings. When it beats its wings at full strength, tall trees bend and sway. It can fly through the air at speeds of Mach 2. Pidgeot Mega Evolves into Mega Pidgeot. The gusts it can whip up with its tough and well-developed wings are powerful enough to smash huge trees.
Upon Mega Evolving, its Sp. Atk gets a great boost. Take good advantage of its zippy Speed stat, and you can pummel opponents in no time flat. Its No Guard Ability means its attack will never miss—nor will attacks used against it. You can be sure of dealing damage even with moves that have low accuracy.
The minerals that go into Pidgeot's feathers change, resulting in a change in their coloration as well. Its body grows much stronger, with the greatest improvements in its wings. The longer crest on its head acts like a sensitive antenna, and improves its stability while in flight. Mega Pidgeot can make powerful use of the Hurricane attack, which creates a storm that envelops the target. It does not have very high accuracy, but if it is used by Mega Pidgeot with its No Guard Ability, it will be certain to hit.
 065b Mega Alakazam
Alakazam's Speed and Sp. Atk are both highly developed, and those strengths shine more brightly after it Mega Evolves. Because it dedicates its energy entirely to its psychic powers, it maintains an unvarying meditative pose, floating in the air. A red organ that is said to emit psychic power manifests on Mega Alakazam’s forehead.
080b Mega Slowbro
Mega Slowbro's energy has gathered in the Shellder clamped onto its tail. As a result, the hardness of its shell is boosted, making an armor so hard that nothing and no one can scratch it. When Mega Slowbro battles, it stands up on its tail. It can move by bouncing along, using its tail as a spring.
After Mega Evolving, its Shell Armor Ability means that opponents' attacks will never land a critical hit. In terms of stats, its previously high Defense jumps still more, and its Sp. Attack also increases, making Mega Slowbro a great Pokémon for long, sticky battles that require endurance.
 094b Mega Gengar
When Gengar Mega Evolves into Mega Gengar, its Sp. Atk rises significantly, putting it in the top tier of all Pokémon. Mega Gengar’s unblinking third eye allows it to see into other dimensions.
  115b Mega Kangaskhan
The Parent Pokémon, Kangaskhan, Mega Evolves into Mega Kangaskhan. Amazingly, the child contained in its pouch can leap out and join in the battle! This young Pokémon is feisty and hates to lose. In order to protect its mother, the child will boldly challenge foes many times its size.
127b Mega Pinsir
When it Mega Evolves, Pinsir's Attack and Speed both increase, and it gains the Flying type. It also changes its Ability to Aerilate, a new Ability debuting in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. Under the influence of Aerilate, Normal-type moves become Flying-type moves. Mega Pinsir acquires wings.
     130b Mega Gyarados
After Mega Evolving, Gyarados becomes more rough-tempered than ever and changes from a Water- and Flying-type Pokémon to a Water- and Dark-type Pokémon. This changes its weaknesses, so you can fight effectively against a variety of different Pokémon by Mega Evolving after seeing your opponents' types. Only a Trainer with very deep ties to Gyarados will be able to battle together with Mega Gyarados as a partner.
142b Mega Aerodactyl
Aerodactyl is a Pokémon that is revived from a Fossil, and some researchers insist that its Mega-Evolved appearance is the true appearance that Aerodactyl had before being fossilized.
 151X Mega Mewtwo
The Legendary Pokémon Mewtwo is said to have been born from years of scientific research into genetics, all done in an effort to push its battle abilities to the limits. It is also said to have the most savage heart of any Pokémon.
Mega Mewtwo X gains the Fighting type and its attack stat shows formidable growth. Muscles bulge from its arms and legs.
It is able to attack with powerful moves, both special and physical. Make the most of Mega Mewtwo X’s high Attack with the extremely powerful Giga Impact move!
 151Y Mega Mewtwo
The Legendary Pokémon Mewtwo is said to have been born from years of scientific research into genetics, all done in an effort to push its battle abilities to the limits. It is also said to have the most savage heart of any Pokémon.
Mega Mewtwo Y’s streamlined body always appears to be floating in the air. With the extra focus provided through Mega Evolution, Mega Mewtwo Y’s Sp. Atk is sure to overwhelm other Pokémon. It will probably be unstoppable! The special move Psystrike allows Mega Mewtwo Y to use its high Sp. Atk to its fullest.
 181b Mega Ampharos
When Ampharos Mega Evolves into Mega Ampharos, its head and tail are covered with white fur in this new, gallant appearance. When Ampharos undergoes Mega Evolution, it gains the Dragon type in addition to its original Electric type. When it increases the electrical energy within itself, the red orbs in its fur emit light.
              208b Mega Steelix
Onix can bore through the ground at speeds of 50 miles per hour by twisting its huge, rugged body. It has a magnet in its brain that prevents it from ever losing its sense of direction, even while deep underground. Steelix bites through rocks with its sturdy jaws, digging towards the planet's center. It can dig more than half a mile into the ground. Its body, able to withstand the high pressure and heat in the planet's center, is harder than any metal.
Steelix Mega Evolves into Mega Steelix. The cells within its body, crystallized by the energy produced from Mega Evolution, are stronger than any mineral and able to withstand any temperature. It moves incredibly slowly, but its strengthened body is also impervious to damage, and it lashes out at foes without flinching. Steelix gains an outstanding Defense stat after Mega Evolving. It can endure hits from other Pokémon that take the first shot, and strike back with its boosted Attack. Plus, its Sand Force Ability will increase the power of Rock-, Ground-, and Steel-type moves by 30% during the sandstorm weather condition. With the Iron Tail move, Mega Steelix attacks the target by slamming it with a hard tail. If Mega Steelix uses it during a sandstorm, it will become pure destruction, thanks to the Sand Force Ability. Iron Tail may also lower a target's Defense as an additional effect.
        212b Mega Scizor
Scizor Mega Evolves into Mega Scizor. The pincers on both of its arms become even bulkier, featuring sharp barbs that can stab right through concrete. Scizor's Defense and Sp. Def both go up when it Mega Evolves, making it a fortress of defense. Any opponent who gets caught in Mega Scisor’s pincers has no hope of getting away.
 214b Mega Heracross
Mega Evolving increases Heracross's Attack greatly, putting it in the top tier of all Pokémon. When it unleashes its maximum power, its body temperature increases dramatically, so it opens the shells of its arms and torso to let the heat escape. The horn on Mega Heracross’s head grows huge, and it boasts enough power to lift a fighter plane.
  229b Mega Houndoom
When Houndoom Mega Evolves into Mega Houndoom, its Sp. Atk and Speed grow significantly. Mega Houndoom's claws exhibit a more intense red color due to the greater heat that it can now produce as a result of Mega Evolution. Its ability changes to Solar Power, which increases its Sp. Atk even more in harsh sunlight.
 248b Mega Tyranitar
Tyranitar Mega Evolves into Mega Tyranitar. When Tyranitar Mega Evolves, its Attack and Defense both increase. The Sand Stream Ability is triggered when Tyranitar enters battle, and it also triggers when it Mega Evolves into Mega Tyranitar. The red parts of its body seethe with energy, enabling Mega Tyranitar to emanate even more power.
   254b Mega Sceptile
Sceptile’s Mega-Evolved form is Mega Sceptile. Thanks to the power in its quick legs, Mega Sceptile can be on its opponent in a flash! When it Mega Evolves, it gains the Dragon type and its Dragon-type attacks become more powerful. It also has the Lightning Rod Ability, which absorbs the damage from Electric-type moves to raise its own Sp. Atk, a big advantage especially in Double Battles. Mega Sceptile can cut off a portion of its tail to fire it like a missile at an opponent. Its lost tail will continue regenerating as long as it still has the energy for Mega Evolution.
 257b Mega Blaziken
When Blaziken Mega Evolves into Mega Blaziken, it further hones the power of its kicks, always a source of pride to it. As it unleashes a flurry of savage kicks, its legs can begin to burn from the friction of the surrounding atmosphere. By Mega Evolving, its famous Attack becomes even stronger. With its Speed Boost Ability making it faster with each passing turn, Mega Blaziken becomes unstoppable. As Mega Blaziken’s body temperature increases, its power and speed continue to ramp up.
  260b Mega Swampert
When Swampert Mega Evolves into Mega Swampert, the strength that it needs to act in the water is increased, and it can use its tenacious power both on land and in the water. Upon Mega Evolving, Mega Swampert gains the Ability Swift Swim. Despite its large body, its Speed will fully double when the weather is rainy. With an improved Attack stat, put a quick stop to foes! The musculature of Mega Swampert’s upper body has developed immensely, making it look tougher than ever.
 282b Mega Gardevoir
The red plate in Mega Gardevoir's chest is said to be a physical manifestation of its heart. Mega Evolving enhances Gardevoir's Sp. Atk significantly.
    302b Mega Sableye
Sableye is a Dark- and Ghost-type Darkness Pokémon that was first discovered in the Hoenn region. Mega Sableye has concentrated all of the energy from Mega Evolution into the jewel which adorns its chest. Once Sableye has Mega Evolved, this jewel will swell and become detached from its body.
Mega Sableye uses the jewel as a powerful defensive tool in battle. From behind the shelter of the jewel, it can readily exploit the opponent’s weaknesses and take advantage of any openings. It is said that the jewel hardens into such strength that no attack can even make a scratch!
 303b Mega Mawile
When Mawile undergoes Mega Evolution, its trademark huge mouth has multiplied, and now there are two great maws to contend with! It seems Mega Mawile is able to control each maw independently.
  306b Mega Aggron
Aggron Mega Evolves into Mega Aggron. When it does, the destructive ability of its fearsome horns can turn a steel-clad tank into so much scrap metal. Aggronite, the Mega Stone needed to Mega Evolve Aggron, can only be obtained in Pokémon Y. By Mega Evolving, Aggron changes both its type and its Ability. By changing to a purely Steel-type Pokémon, it reduces its weaknesses, and its Filter Ability also reduces the damage it takes from supereffective moves.
 308b Mega Medicham
Medicham Mega Evolves into Mega Medicham. It uses its amped-up willpower to remake its spirit into a physical force and to create additional arms for itself. The more Medicham has trained its spirit, the more realistic these self-created arms become, and it can use them with great dexterity.
  310b Mega Manectric
Mega Evolution improves a variety of Manectric's stats.
 319b Mega Sharpedo
Brutal and cruelly clever, Sharpedo is the gangster of the seas. It has fangs that can snap through steel, and a single Sharpedo can tear a large tanker into pieces. At its top speeds, it can travel faster than 75 mph. When it Mega Evolves, all of its stats see a boost, and its already high Attack is whetted still further. In addition, Mega Sharpedo gains the Strong Jaw Ability, which raises the power of biting attacks. Have it learn moves that will take advantage of this aggressive Ability! The fangs in Mega Sharpedo's mouth have transformed, and the horns that have sprouted from its nose can be regrown countless times. The yellow patterns on its body are scars carved into it in battle. With explosive propulsion, it can exceed 125 mph in an instant.
   323b Mega Camerupt
The humps on Camerupt's back contain volcanoes. The magma that boils up in its body spews from these humps. Huge eruptions occur regularly once a decade, but if the Pokémon becomes angry, the volcanoes will gush with great force. Through mega evolution, the humps on Camerupt’s back have transformed into one large and very active volcano. Magma is constantly bubbling up from within its body. It has a deep hatred of water or any moisture, and has an explosive personality and a short temper. The volcano on its back erupts constantly in an effort to intimidate its foes.
When it Mega Evolves, its Ability changes to Sheer Force. It grows stronger, and any moves that can have additional effects will grow in power—but it’s important to keep in mind that they will no longer be able to trigger their additional effects! Most of its stats are uniformly raised, but its Speed does drop. Try to think of strategies based on the likelihood of being second to act in battle. Mega Camerupt can do serious damage with the Eruption move.
           334b Mega Altaria
Altaria dances and wheels through the sky among billowing, cotton-like clouds. When it connects heart-to-heart with someone, it envelops that person in its soft, beautiful wings, humming in a pure soprano tone.  When it Mega Evolves, Altaria's type changes, and it becomes a Dragon- and Fairy-type Pokémon! It has the Pixilate Ability, which makes Normal-type moves into Fairy-type moves. Its Attack and Sp. Attack also get big boosts, and its Defense is increased as well. Its usefulness won't be limited to the contest stage! Mega Altaria's body is enveloped in its unique feathers, which glimmer with an iridescent sheen. They have grown even larger as a self-protective measure. It sings with a voice that is even more beautiful than before it Mega Evolved. It has a sociable personality and is not timid.
 354b Mega Banette
Mega Evolution unzips the zippers that restrained Banette, enabling it to unleash the energy it had been suppressing and show its baleful power. Mega Banette's Attack stat also increases. Whip into a fast start by giving your opponent some status conditions, and then make use of Banette’s Prankster ability and high attack to hand out some thorough damage.
 359b Mega Absol
When Absol undergoes Mega Evolution, it becomes Mega Absol. The increased energy that courses through its body causes its fur to stand on end, giving it the appearance of wings.
                 362b Mega Glalie
Snorunt lives on a diet composed solely of snow and ice, and it is perfectly fine even at temperatures as low as –150 degrees Fahrenheit. It is said that a home visited by Snorunt will come into wealth.
Froslass freezes foes by blowing on them with breath of nearly –60 degrees Fahrenheit. There are legends in snowy regions that say Froslass is the reincarnation of a girl who became lost upon a snowy mountain.
Glalie's stone body is protected by armor made of ice. Fire will not melt it. It can freeze all the moisture in the air in the fraction of a second, and it has the ability to manipulate ice freely.
The excessive energy from its Mega Evolution gushes out of its mouth, blasting away and destroying its jaw. It is no longer able to close its mouth, and the freezing air it emits becomes far stronger. It tosses foes into its gaping mouth, expelling a burst of chilled air to freeze them instantly. When Glalie Mega Evolves, its Attack and Sp. Atk both shoot upward. Its Speed stat also sees some increase. When Glalie Mega Evolves, its Attack and Sp. Atk both shoot upward. Its Speed stat also sees some increase. Mega Glalie's Ability is Refrigerate, which makes Normal-type moves into Ice-type moves. The Refrigerate Ability enables Mega Glalie to unleash Normal-type moves with massive power. Look for opportunities for Mega Glalie to use the Ice-type move Sheer Cold. If it hits, this devastating move can knock a target out in one blow. Foes will fall down frozen in a heartbeat in the freezing blast of air let loose by Mega Glalie!
       373b Mega Salamence
As a result of its deeply felt and long-held dream of flying, Salamence has finally sprouted a magnificent set of wings. It becomes uncontrollable if it is enraged, scorching all the fields and mountains across the land with its flames. When it Mega Evolves, its Defense stat soars. With its already high stats climbing even higher, this becomes an even more promising Pokémon than before. Its Aerilate Ability also makes Normal-type moves into Flying-type moves, increasing the ways that Mega Salamence can battle.
The energy from Salamence's Mega Evolution is focused on its wings. Its two wings fuse together, becoming a single huge wing in a crescent shape. When flying at high speeds, this wing becomes a great blade, slicing through anything loitering in Mega Salamence's way.
             376b Mega Metagross
Mega Metagross, the Iron Leg Pokémon, is a massive Steel- and Psychic-type Pokémon standing at 2.5 m (8’02”) and weighing 942.9 kg (2078.7 lbs). Upon Mega Evolving, Metagross’s Ability changes to Tough Claws, which increases the power of attacks that make physical contact. Mega Metagross also has a greatly increased Speed stat, with additional increases in its Attack, Defence, Sp. Atk, and Sp. Def, making Mega Metagross primed for both offence and defence.
380b & 381b Mega Latias and Mega Latios
Among the fastest Pokémon in existence, Mega Latios and Mega Latias can outrace a jet in flight and reach a speed of Mach 4! Use their enhanced wings to dominate your opponents in battle. When Latios Mega-Evolves, it is larger, and can achieve higher speeds in flight. Its eyes are narrower, and its irises are red. Latias becomes more agile and can make very sharp turns when it Mega Evolves. Its eyes are larger, and its irises are yellow.
Latios Mega Evolves into Mega Latios. It's larger than Mega Latias, and can achieve higher speeds in flight. Latios has high stats in both Speed and Sp. Atk. When it Mega Evolves, its Sp. Atk is not the only stat to get a great boost—its Attack jumps, too! This Pokémon can use its Speed in battle to unleash a flurry of attacks!
Latias Mega Evolves into Mega Latias. Its body is smaller than Mega Latios's body. It is more agile and can make very sharp turns. Latias has high stats in Speed, Defense, and Special Defense, making it very durable. When it Mega Evolves, its famed defensive strength grows substantially! It can benefit you in a supportive role, such as having it use moves to aid an ally in Double Battles.
The Psychic-type move Luster Purge is a move that only Latios can learn! Latios attacks with a damaging surge of light. This attack can lower the target's Sp. Def.
Mist Ball is a Psychic-type move that only Latias can learn! Latias attacks with a mist-like flurry of feathers. Mist Ball can lower the target's Sp. Atk.
        382b Primal Kyogre
Summoning rain clouds that cover all the sky, Kyogre is said to have caused great deluges to expand the sea. At the end of its mortal battle with Groudon, it is believed to have fallen into a long slumber deep at the bottom of the ocean. The powerful Pokémon Kyogre obtains even greater power upon Primal Reversion. The energy that fills its body spills forth as seawater. Its body composition becomes nearly a match for seawater, and its blue skin glows like a sapphire.
With Primal Reversion, Primal Kyogre's powerful Sp. Atk will grow even greater! Plus, look forward to more details about Primal Kyogre's Ability, a power hidden within this awesome Pokémon.
Its body is half-translucent, and a golden light glows from within it. It is more mysterious and magnificent than ever! When Kyogre undergoes Primal Reversion, it becomes Primal Kyogre, and the length of its body more than doubles!
The Primordial Sea Ability, which only Primal Kyogre has, changes the weather condition to an oppressive heavy rain.  It is not possible to change the weather condition during heavy rain (leaving aside the efforts of an exceedingly small number of Pokémon).
Features of the heavy rain condition:
・Grants the same effects to Pokémon and their moves as the rain brought about by the Drizzle Ability
・The moves Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, and Hail will fail
・The Abilities Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, and Snow Warning will fail to activate
・Fire-type attacks will become ineffective
Normally, the Abilities Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, and Snow Warning all last for five turns after being activated, regardless of whether the Pokémon is still in battle or not, and then the weather returns to normal.
Primordial Sea’s weather effects, however, will last as long as Primal Kyogre remains in battle. As soon as it is swapped out for another Pokémon, the weather immediately returns to normal.
 383b Primal Groudon
Said to have expanded the landmass, Groudon is able to dispel rain clouds with its light and evaporate water with its heat. At the end of its mortal battle with Kyogre, it is believed to have fallen into a long slumber within the magma beneath the earth’s crust. With an Ability that can control the weather and a high Attack and Defense, the powerful Pokémon Groudon obtains even greater power upon Primal Reversion. When Groudon undergoes Primal Reversion, it becomes Primal Groudon.
Through Primal Reversion, Groudon's powerful Attack grows even greater. It also gains the Fire type, raising the power of the Fire-type moves it can learn. And it appears that its Ability might get a boost! Look forward to more details about the power hidden within Primal Groudon!
The energy that fills its body pours forth as magma, and it burns with such an extreme temperature that its body is always shimmering with the haze of its heat.
Groudon has long been the heaviest of all known Pokémon. With its Primal Reversion, it smashes that record to pieces!
The Desolate Land Ability, which only Primal Groudon has, changes the weather condition to extremely harsh sunlight. It is not possible to change the weather condition during extremely harsh sunlight (leaving aside the efforts of an exceedingly small number of Pokémon).
Features of the extremely harsh sunlight condition:
・Grants the same effects to Pokémon and their moves as the harsh sunlight brought about by the Drought Ability
・The moves Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, and Hail will fail
・The Abilities Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, and Snow Warning will fail to activate
・Water-type attacks will become ineffective
Normally, the Abilities Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, and Snow Warning all last for five turns after being activated, regardless of whether the Pokémon is still in battle or not, and then the weather returns to normal.
Desolate Land’s weather effects, however, will last as long as Primal Groudon remains in battle. As soon as it is swapped out for another Pokémon, the weather immediately returns to normal.
 384b Mega Rayquaza
In the Hoenn region, there is a third legend whose name is spoken in the same breath as Groudon and Kyogre. That is the third Legendary Pokémon: Rayquaza.
A Pokémon said to have lived in the ozone layer for hundreds of millions of years, it looks like a shooting star as it flies through the night sky. According to legend, when Groudon and Kyogre clash, Rayquaza descends to the planet's surface.
Rayquaza is said to be somehow connected with the mysteries of Mega Evolution. Now its Mega-Evolved appearance can be revealed at last! The Legendary Pokémon Rayquaza is said to achieve Mega Evolution in a unique way—unlike that of other Pokémon—due to its unique biology. What is this unique method? And what is the mystery of Mega Evolution? All will become clear in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.
Rayquaza is a Pokémon distinguished by its high Attack and Sp. Atk. When it Mega Evolves, almost all of its stats get a boost, including these two, and it gains overwhelming power!
Delta Stream is an Ability that only Mega Rayquaza possesses: it fills the air with mysterious strong winds that affect the weather. These strong winds cannot be dispelled by changing the weather condition, except by a very limited number of Pokémon.
Particles stream from the long filaments that extend from its jutting jaw. These particles can control the density and humidity of the air, allowing Rayquaza to manipulate the weather. Its green hide sparkles with an emerald-like quality.
The Dragon Ascent move, which Rayquaza alone can use, is a powerful one. It boasts one of the greatest power ratings of all Flying-type moves, putting it at the top of its class. Not only will you be surprised by its overwhelming power—you'll be mesmerized by its majestic appearance! After soaring up toward the heavens in a great burst of speed, it crashes down in attack, dealing massive damage.
When Mega Rayquaza whips up strong winds with its Delta Stream Ability, this is what happens:
·         The moves Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, and Hail will fail.
·         The Abilities Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, and Snow Warning will fail to activate.
·         Moves of a type that Flying-type Pokémon are usually weak to will only deal normal damage to any Flying-type Pokémon in the battle.
Also, with Delta Stream, weather effects last indefinitely as long as Mega Rayquaza remains in battle. When it is swapped out for another Pokémon on your team, the weather immediately returns to normal.
This is different than the Abilities Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, and Snow Warning, which can all affect the weather for five turns after being activated in battle, regardless of whether the Pokémon with these Abilities are still in battle or not.
The Delta Stream Ability and the Air Lock Ability are different in that Delta Stream fills the air with strong winds for as long as Mega Rayquaza remains in battle. Air Lock cancels out all weather-condition effects for all of the Pokémon in a battle as long as Rayquaza remains in the battle.
 428b Mega Lopunny
Lopunny is a very neat Pokémon and never fails to groom its ears. It is extremely cautious, and it bounds off lightly as soon as it senses danger. Mega Lopunny's wild fighting instincts, long dormant, have been awakened! A full-power strike from its ears could crumple solid steel plates. Its personality transforms and becomes extremely aggressive, which often leaves its Trainer feeling bewildered by the change.
 445b Mega Garchomp
When Garchomp becomes Mega Garchomp, the increased energy flows into the Pokémon's arms, turning them into huge blades! Mega Garchomp's Attack and Special Attack both improve greatly, while its Speed goes down a little.
448b Mega Lucario
When Lucario Mega Evolves, it becomes Mega Lucario. This Pokémon becomes even larger than it was before it Mega Evolved. Black patterns creep up and around Mega Lucario's arms and legs - marks left behind by the heightened aura energy that thrums throughout its body.
It is said that a trainer and his Lucario encountered two stones upon arriving in the Kalos region, and this lead to the first recorded instance of Mega Evolution.
    460b Mega Abomasnow
Abomasnow Mega Evolves into Mega Abomasnow. While its Speed does drop after it Mega Evolves, it gains in offensive and defensive strength. The sprouts on its back grow into shards of ice and Mega Evolving re-triggers its Snow Warning ability.
 475b Mega Gallade
Plates emerge on Gallade's arms, and the helmet and cape-like protrusions on its head and back give it a knightly appearance. When the situation demands, Mega Gallade can use its psychic power to reshape both arms into blades simultaneously, and fight using a dual-wielding style.
When it Mega Evolves, its Ability changes to Inner Focus, so it’s protected from flinching. Its Attack and Speed stats improve, making this a Pokémon likely to excel at first-strike strategies.
  531b Mega Audino
Before Mega Evolving, Audino is known to use the feelers on its ears to tell how others are feeling or when a Pokémon Egg might hatch. It may have either the Healer Ability or the Regenerator Ability. After Mega Evolving, Mega Audino adds Fairy type to its Normal type, automatically gaining all the advantages of Fairy type. Mega Audino always has the Healer Ability.
Thanks to its improved Defense and Special Defense stats, Mega Audino can be a great support in Double Battles. It emits a powerful, soothing pulse from its body that reduces hostility in others and calms any opponent within range. Pokémon should avoid contact with Mega Audino’s new secondary feelers lest they fall into a deep sleep and become easy prey to an opponent’s attacks!
658 Greninja Ash's Greninja takes on a mysterious new appearance in the latest season! Ash-Greninja is the form that Greninja takes when the bond between it and Ash is raised to the limit. The strength of their bond changes Greninja's appearance, and it takes on the characteristic look of Ash's attire. This phenomenon is also said to have happened just once several hundred years ago in the Kalos region, but it remains shrouded in mystery. The latest Pokémon season begins in Japan on October 29, 2015. Keep checking Pokemon.com for future announcements about Pokémon TV coming to North America and Europe.
718 Zygarde
In big animation news from Japan, new forms for Zygarde and Ash's Greninja have been revealed! In the latest season of Pokémon animation, the Legendary Pokémon Zygarde is discovered to have multiple Formes as it develops into the Pokémon you already know...and beyond! Zygarde Cell This stage has been identified as the single Cells that make up Zygarde. Cells do not possess any will or thought processes. They're found scattered throughout the region. Since they can't use any moves, researchers question whether they can even be called Pokémon!
Zygarde Core At this stage, this aspect of Zygarde is little more than a part of the Pokémon's brain. Unlike the Cells, the Cores are self-aware and can communicate with Cells and other Cores via telepathy. When a change occurs in the local region's ecosystem, Cores have been known to take action.
Zygarde 10% Forme Zygarde 10% is the Forme that the Zygarde Core takes when it gathers 10% of the Cells nearby. Capable of traveling over 60 mph (100 km/h), it defeats enemies with its sharp fangs and its incredible speed.
Zygarde 50% Forme This Legendary Pokémon watches over and maintains the local ecosystem. Until recently, this was the only known Forme of Zygarde. In actuality, this Forme only has 50% of the Cells in its structure.
Zygarde Complete Forme This is the perfect Forme that Zygarde takes when the Core gathers 100% of the Cells. When the ecosystem is under threat, and the Core concludes that the 50% Forme will be unable to deal with it, the Core takes on the Complete Forme. Its power is said to be greater than that of the Legendary Pokémon Xerneas and Yveltal!
719b Mega Diancie
When Diancie Mega Evolves into Mega Diancie, the impurities on its body’s surface fall away, and it sparkles so brilliantly it’s impossible to look directly at it. Mega Diancie can make good use of the Fairy-type move Dazzling Gleam, which deals great damage to your opponent by unleashing powerful beams of light. In Double Battle, the move will strike both of the opposing Pokémon.
14-07-2014
New info: When Diancie Mega Evolves into Mega Diancie, it will get the Magic Bounce Ability, which makes any status condition or stat-lowering effect bounce back at the Pokémon trying to inflict it. Through Mega Evolution, Mega Diancie receives a big boost to its Speed, as well as boosts to its Attack and Sp. Atk, while experiencing a reduction in its Defence and Sp. Def. The boosts help Mega Diancie with its quick, powerful attacks, such as Diamond Storm and Moonblast.

A Single Strike Style Urshifu that has followed the path of darkness can unleash a single, severe blow—a signature move known as Wicked Blow. A Rapid Strike Style Urshifu that has followed the path of water can unleash a flowing three-hit combo—a signature move known as Surging Strikes. This move always results in critical hits, allowing Urshifu to attack while ignoring the target’s stat changes. Unseen Fist is a new Ability introduced with these expansions and one that only Single Strike Style Urshifu and Rapid Strike Style Urshifu possess. Trainers can have their Pokémon learn them in exchange for Armorite Ore, a substance that can be found on the Isle of Armor through Max Raid Battles and other means. Burning Jealousy is a new Fire-type move that can be taught starting with these expansions. Some Pokémon that Trainers are already traveling with may also gain the ability to Gigantamax. The Crown Tundra The second area unlocked by the Expansion Pass is the snow-swept realm of the Crown Tundra. In this frigid yet beautiful landscape—with its jagged winter mountains and shining, silvery landscape—people live in small communities where they support and rely on one another. A man named Peony will appoint the player as the leader of his exploration team in the Crown Tundra and task them with investigating the reaches of this frozen land. Regieleki’s signature Electric-type special move, Thunder Cage, fires furious bolts of electricity from its lower half, trapping opponents directly below it in a cage of lightning. With Regidrago’s signature move, Dragon Energy, the Pokémon assumes a shape similar to a dragon’s head, then fires intense dragon energy from its mouth. The more HP the user has remaining, the higher the move’s power. Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres? Legendary Pokémon bearing strong resemblances to Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres have been spotted in the Crown Tundra. These Pokémon seem to bear Ice-type, Electric-type, and Fire-type characteristics, respectively, and were previously thought to be the same as the Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres seen in other regions. Recently gathered data from reported sightings and other sources about the Pokémon have bolstered the theory that they are, in fact, distinct variants. Galarian Articuno Category: Cruel Pokémon   Type: Psychic/Flying Height: 5ʹ7″ Weight: 112.2 lbs. Ability: Competitive Once every several decades, this migratory Pokémon appears in the Crown Tundra. Galarian Articuno’s signature move, Freezing Glare, is a Psychic-type special move in which the Pokémon attacks by firing psychic power from both eyes. This move may also leave the target frozen. Galarian Moltres’s signature move, Fiery Wrath, is a Dark-type special move in which the Pokémon transforms its wrath into a fire-like aura to attack. It may also make opposing Pokémon flinch.

Marshadow
Among the numerous Pokémon discovered to date, Marshadow is the first to combine Fighting type and Ghost- type. Marshadow is able to conceal itself in the shadows, and it never appears before humans, so its very existence was previously thought to be a myth. Marshadow can sink into the shadows of others and copy their moves and power. Fighting-type Pokémon are usually weak in battle against Psychic-type Pokémon, but with Marshadow, you’ll be able to take advantage of its Ghost-type abilities to battle effectively! When standing up to enemies with its full power, parts of Marshadow's body turn green, thanks to its burning fighting spirit. Spectral Thief is a new move which only Marshadow can learn. This move steals any stat boosts that the target had and then deals an attack. It’s a powerful physical move with a surprising effect. Change a crisis into a chance, and victory may be within your reach! Once Marshadow knows Spectral Thief, the special Z-Move Soul-Stealing 7-Star Strike can be used. Marshadow must also be holding the special Z-Crystal Marshadium Z, which cannot be obtained through regular gameplay, to perform this Z-Move.

Decidueye Type: Grass/Ghost The Arrow Quill Pokémon Decidueye is the fully evolved form of the Grass- and Flying-type first-partner Pokémon Rowlet. Decidueye attacks with astonishing speed, plucking arrow quills from its wings to send them hurtling towards its target with precise aim. This Pokémon is able to move about whilst completely masking its presence from others. Decidueye is the only Pokémon that can learn the move Spirit Shackle. This new Ghost-type move hits an opponent and makes it unable to leave the battle—it can’t flee or switch out. Incineroar Type: Fire/Dark The Heel Pokémon Incineroar is the fully evolved form of the Fire-type first-partner Pokémon Litten. As Incineroar’s fighting spirit increases, the flames it produces within its body burst from its navel and waistline. These flames resemble a championship belt, which it uses to unleash its moves. Incineroar is the only Pokémon able to learn the move Darkest Lariat. This new Dark-type physical attack allows Incineroar to deal damage to an enemy whilst ignoring the effects of any stat changes on that enemy. Primarina Type: Water/Fairy The Soloist Pokémon Primarina is the fully evolved form of the Water-type first-partner Pokémon Popplio. As Primarina dances, it releases balloons of water and controls their movement using the sound waves from its voice. Primarina uses some of these balloons to jump on and maneuver in battle whilst others explode when touched, which can trigger chained explosions. Primarina is the only Pokémon that can learn Sparkling Aria, a new Water-type special move which heals the burns of any target it strikes.

Tapu Lele Type: Psychic/Fairy Tapu Lele is the guardian deity of Akala island. This Pokémon scatters glowing scales that have physical effects on others—providing stimulation to their bodies and healing their illnesses or injuries. Tapu Lele has the Ability Psychic Surge, an Ability that no other Pokémon has previously had. With Psychic Surge, the field will be turned into Psychic Terrain, which boosts the power of any Psychic-type moves used by Pokémon on the ground and prevents them from being hit by priority moves. Tapu Bulu Type: Grass/Fairy Tapu Bulu is the guardian deity of Ula’ula Island. This Pokémon has the power to manipulate vegetation and cause it to grow. It can use this power to make its wooden horns change shape and grow larger. Tapu Bulu has the Ability Grassy Surge, an Ability that no other Pokémon has previously had. With Grassy Surge, the field will be turned into Grassy Terrain, boosting the power of any Grass-type moves used by Pokémon on the ground and restoring a bit of HP to them each turn. It also halves the damage taken from the moves Earthquake, Magnitude and Bulldoze. Tapu Fini Type: Water/Fairy Tapu Fini is the guardian deity of Poni Island. This Pokémon is able to attack by manipulating water. It does not like to risk being harmed during battle, so it creates a thick fog to disorient its opponents and lead them to their own destruction. Tapu Fini has the Ability Misty Surge, an Ability that no other Pokémon has previously had. With Misty Surge, the field will be turned into Misty Terrain, halving the damage taken by Pokémon on the ground from Dragon-type moves and preventing them from being afflicted with status conditions or confusion. All of the guardian deities can use the special Z-Move Guardian of Alola. When using this Z-Move, the Pokémon closes its shell and a huge avatar appears from the ground to attack the opposing Pokémon, dealing damage equal to 75 percent of the target’s remaining HP.
