Well, Anon, I’m glad you asked.

In order for me or anyone else to make a real game, I need overworld sprites. Lots and lots of sprites, particularly walking sprites. 

I also need plotlines. If I make a game, I will not be giving it Pokemon mechanics. It would simply be too hard to balance and program. 

If you want to make a game with Pokemon mechanics, if you have RPG Maker VX Ace, there is Crystalnoel42′s Pokemon for Ace Kit. I would love to collaborate on this, but I wouldn't be able to work on it alone.

Gl’bgolyb (Ghost/Psychic) The Fhtagn Pokemon

"In caprician mythology, it is said that Gl’bgolyb was born long ago, before life walked the earth. It contains the power to destroy the universe."

This Pokemon obviously forms a duo with Parafrog. Even it’s Pokedex entry looks similar. It’s signature move is Vast Glub, which KOs every Pokemon on the field, including Gl’bgolyb. If you have money, combine Sweet Scene, Exp Share and tons of revives to farm horde encounters for quick experience. 

The pink one is a shinny, controlled in game by Feferi, should you challenge her post-elite four. It’s Pokedex entry implies that there is only one, but you can totally fight hers with yours.

Trainer Eyes! I Literally Queued This at Three AM!

Meenah, leader of the Midnight Crew (formerly Team Red.) She starts the game as a frustrated heiress. Meenah, Feferi and Jane are being groomed to takeover Crocker Corp. one day, but Meenah prefers hostile takeovers. At the end of the plot bullshit, she transforms into the Condesce, because. 

Fun fact, the Condesce’s hair is literally a recoloring of Gl’bgolyd, a Fakemon that I have yet to post.

Damara is the leader of the Felt (formerly Team Blue,) though she does not start of in that position. When you challenge her at the end of the plot bullshit, she gets a cool final form thing, because the Handmaid is awesome.

So, Vriska was intended to be the rival (not sure how that would work out if I used an extensive cast of OCs.) Meanwhile, Aranea would be the Pokemon Professor. 

There would be a lot of hints dropped throughout the story that a Serket was going to join the enemy team against the player...only for it to be Prof. Aranea, not your rival. What a twist! (I totally loved Aranea, I don’t care what any of you say.)

-_- I forgot Aranea’s glasses. She was one of the first sprites I did, so she looks kinda sloppy, and I never actually got around to touching her up.

Places and People! Getting started in Maple Valley!

Welcome to Maple Valley, located in the southern passes of the Xenon Mounds. Maple Valley is home to a series of identical, idyllic modern homes. It is also the hometown of our protagonists. 

At the beginning of the game, the player character gains their first Pokemon from Prof. Aranea at the town’s local Pokemon Center.

Trainer Eyes! Mock and Troll!

Arbuss Pnixie (Violet Blood)

Arbuss is a lake-dwelling troll, raised in a former resort by his Marquenea lusus. After Crocker Corp "aquired” the trollish nation Skaia, the class divides were abolished to fit human cultural norms. Despite the new rights granted to the lower-bloods, Arbuss still maintains the wealth left for him by his ancestor, the Draconic. He is really self-conscious about how loaded he is compared to his friends. Jealousy of Pyrros’s hate-relationship with Teleia has lead him to desire a rivalry with Lois. It’s kinda really fucking dumb. He writes with his “ps”s replaced with “ ₽ “s and enjoys the color yellow (though he would never type in that color! That's cultural apropriation!) If he played SGrub, he would be the Heir of Life.

Midori Chlora (Olive Blood)

The facade of a white-clad little girl disguises more sadistic personality. She isn't actively malevolent though, and always keeps her Pokemon at peak health. As she grow up, she was constantly hunted by a playful-if-terrifying Purtectroar lusus. This has instilled in her a sort of packrat mentality, carrying a huge bag full of potions, repels, food, key items, books, tools, cleaning supplies, colapsable furnature, and interesting rocks. She is stronger than she first appears. Her favorite Pokemon are large and intemidating, and also large enough to ride. She frequently uses quotation marks and even places them around every message she types. If she played SGrub, she would be the Witch of Heart

Pyrros Aggona (Burgandy Blood)

Pyrros is a viperous figure. He is a casanova of hate. At a young age, his Seaser lusus nurtured Pyrros's competative streak, producing a troll that suffered nothing less than the best. Pyrros has long suffered a hate-crush on Arbuss. However, his current hate-mate is Teleia. This development in their relationship is reletively new and has shocked even their closest friends. Pyrros treats his Pokemon the same way his lusus treated him, having them compete with eachother while training. He isn't stricktly a bad guy though, his favorite characters are underdogs-- something he believes he will never be. Pyrros identifies himself with the color green, a deliberate attempt to provoke high bloods. He also ends his messages with a snake head: =<'~ If he played SBrub, he would be the Prince of Rage.

Lois Lepaul

Lois was selected as the playable character by a poll. (Which is great, because I like her design the best~) She has looked forward to her pokemon adventure all her life. As the audience surrogate, she often engages in strange acts on a whim. If she was a SBurb player, she would probably have a claspect, but idk what. 

Adin Larker

Adin is a hard worker. She always has top grades and preempted her Pokemon adventure with weeks of careful study and preparation. Adin kinda wants to set out on her own, to prove herself. However, she's afraid she wouldn't be able to do it (though she says it's because the group would be lost without her.) She acts as a shepherd to her older brother and antithesis, Bret. If she was a SBurb player, she would be the Mage of Light.

Bret Larker

Bret loves nature. He also loves taking naps, which has given him a serious tan. He has the astounding ability to just "be." Pokemon seem to inherently like him and don't usually attack him when he wanders the routes around his hometown. He is pretty much the exact opposite of his sister. If he was a SBurb player, he would be the Knight of Void. 

Kent Tarley

Kent is a year younger that the other characters and wasn't eligible to receive a Pokemon from Crocker Corp. After he was left behind however, he had a chance encounter with an injured Faebull. After earning its trust, he set out to catch up with his friends. Though he is the youngest, Kent has always been attracted to older kids and hates to be considered “too young” for things. He loves double meanings and innuendo, and in text alone can sometimes seem to be the most mature member of the group. He has a fraught relationship with Pokemon, however, and has a hard time understanding their wants and needs. If he was a SBurb player, he would be the Page of Blood.

I’mma be posting more shiz now, only with an altered porpoise. I won’t be adding as much AU stuff, cause I'm a sillybilly, which is literally the worst insult. Instead, I’ll be dumping off things I’ve completed but never posted because I never wrote and AU material for them. I have been holding some things back due to writing disfunction, ironic for a guy who literally just got a bachelor’s degree in writing shit. 

So yeah, this period of PokestuckSprites will be mostly posting resources. Y’all can use them as you like, if you like.

Ferrose was kinda general Megido stock. Not proper at all-- too slashy. Proper ladies don't shred their way through jungles! They wear dresses and love pink fluffy unicorns (possibly those of the inclination to dance upon rainbows!) They epitomize the ideals of truth and love! And then they cut a bitch because Meenah happened ALL OVER HER FACE.

The Kawaif family

Kawaif (Fairy/Psychic) The Proper Pokemon 

"Kawaif are demure Pokemon and are unlikely to approach anything outside their herd. They psychically know whom their trainer is destined to be."

Okay, so these little things are hard to catch. They only appear in horde encounters in the grasses of the late-game Tea Islands route, and only very rarely. Now the difficulty comes because horde encounters require you to only have one enemy left in the fight before you can capture everything. However, the whole crowd is likely to simply teleport out first turn, making this task hard. 

Dreamselle (Fairy/Psychic) The Proper Pokemon (evolves from Kawaif at level 20)

"Dreamselle are often dozing off. Physically weak, Dreamselle instead use their mental powers to avoid conflict and make friends."

The only trainer in all of Skaia region to use Pokemon of this line is Horuss Zahhak, found in Equius's pretend gym in Beat Mesa Town after you beat the Elite Four. 

Dreamoness (Fairy/Psychic (Dream mode) Fairy/Ghost (Nightmare mode) The Spinning Wheel Pokemon (evolves from Dreamselle at level 30)

"Dreamoness are asleep, but may still interact with the world through their psychic powers. When their powers are exhausted, they fall into a deeper sleep."

This is where things get weird. Dreamoness comes with the ability Night Terror. Basically, when Dreamoness reaches 50% hp, it changes form into the blood-soaked phantom that kicks us all in the nuts everynight. (what, just me?) Dreamoness is normally pretty bulky in special defense, but in the new form it is all special attack and speed. If you fight a Dreamoness, be sure to take it out fast or it will become a nightmare (pun superintended.)

This line received a bit of flak from fans for being sexist. It's basically inspired by the "proper lady" ideal and comes out looking like a sugar-coated girl's toy stereotype. Personally, the fact that it becomes a blood-soaked avenger if you piss it off seemed kinda badass to me.

For the folks watching from home, the Jadenine family bares the ability Multiply, which doubles the effects of stat changes affecting this Pokemon. A Pokemon with the ability Prankster ups the priority of status moves…moves like Topsy Turvy. Topsy Turvy is a devious move that reverses stat changes. Need to beat a super-charged Jadenine?
