What I mean when I say I have anxiety: My anxiety is so severe that I will burst into tears if I get a question wrong or am called out for a mistake in class.

 I will go nonverbal if extremely stressed or when thrown into a social situation where I have to talk to a large group of strangers.

Social Activity physically and mentally drains me and I panic after talking to even my closest friends.

What people hear: I’m “shy” and sensitive and I don’t like talking to people because they bore me(also im lazy and dont like presentations)!
