How it feels to start feeling hungry after a binge

I have been eating like a normal person for the past month.. I think I gained 2kg and before I’m gaining any more weight I decided to go back to ⭐️ving.

Im now(and before the 2kg) at a healthy weight and before I started to ⭐️ve I was ov3rwieght.

I also didn’t get my 🩸since January… so I feel very guilty.

Im gonna go to the doctor to get a blood test!
