I’m rereading & rewatching tbosas rn and i think about casual capitol fashion a lot (cause i love the aesthetic) and since we mostly see them in their uniforms, here’s what i think they’d (coryo & fem reader) wear;

Coriolanus Snow (academy era); He’s poor so no personal style and everything he wears is either old or poorly fitted (though tigris definitely helps where she can). He’d wear things very casually (oversized, unbuttoned😮‍💨🙂‍↕️) to show how little he cares and cover up the fact that it doesn’t fit him. And people probably think he’s cool as hell for it so it’d become a trend

Coriolanus Snow (evil era); red red red. Wears only the best of the best and he probably keeps eye on the fashion trends just to be ahead of them BUT would never admit to doing so. He’d probably even think himself above it but he cares about how people see him. Casual doesn’t exist to him so no button will be left unbuttoned for this one 😔

Fem! Reader; i’d imagine the capitol is a little old fashioned so you’d barely wear anything above the knee in public. In the summer you’d wear flowy dresses mostly but when it’s colder you’d wear pants. Your hair is always in bows or done (half) up in some way and your go to footwear is a mary jane ofc

Sejanus plinth; probably more browns and tans. Loves a good spencer or cardigan. He’d wear expensive ass things but feel guilty about it, if anyone asks he’d be ashamed to say it’s designed and fitted to him. He might even tear out the labels
