What would you be giving up if you did go to New York?

my proximity to my family whom i’ve very close with, my teaching job that i feel very fortunate to have and is in direct alignment with my radical values + my amazing co-teachers/work environment, my ability to live in my own very special apartment, my new fresh and Finally so so special+pure+secure romantic love, my enmeshment with the natural world + Slow(er) living,….. sigh….

feeling overswept with loneliness, fear of abandonment and general stagnation as all my friends are deciding to move to new york within the next coming months And my heart money and home is very much not There :(
