Sometimes I’ll be off doing stuff - laundry, errands, work, hanging with friends - and then check AO3 and see that I’ve gotten kudos on something or will get an email about a comment and it never fails to blow my mind a little, that while I’m sorting socks or buying broccoli someone has been reading something I’ve written and gotten something out of it. It doesn’t matter how many times it happens. It is a thrill and an honor and a source of happiness every. single. time.

Thank you, all of you, who have ever left kudos and comments for any of us. It’s such a gift.

I don’t care if your comment is coherent. I know what you mean and i love you

I don’t care if you ramble. I read every word and i love you

I don’t care if you leave a comment on a fic from four years ago or leave comments/kudos on like ten of my fics in one go. This isn’t IG, pls stalk my AO3. I love you

I don’t care if you mention the same thing in your comment that four other people have already mentioned. It’s actually really useful to know what resonated with people and I love everyone who takes the time to tell me they liked a particular turn of phrase

I don’t mind if your comment is super long or just a couple of sentences, i love them all

a/n: I’m not sure where this came from. I can’t believe I had thirsty thoughts for someone other than Tobio 😮 and for Shouyo no less LMAAAO. this isn’t full-on smut cause i’m still baby (baby as in idk how to write smut yet, don’t worry i am of age lol) also hooray my brain finally did a thing!!!! i swore i was just going to be casual about it but here i am hours later after the original time i was supposed to post this still editing. 😂 but whatever here it is and i hope you enjoy!!!

It’s no secret that Shouyo is quite the talker. It’s one of the things you like about him after all, since it’s such a contrast to your more silent demeanor.

Maybe not so much now when you’re trying to get in his pants and he just. Won’t. Shut. Up.

He’s babbling on about what he got up to during the day, and normally you’d be asking questions or giggling at some of his antics. But today your head is filled with all the filthy things you want to do with him, rendering you silent. Perhaps that’s why he’s extra chatty; he thinks you’re in a bad mood and need cheering up.

You try to let him know that it’s not cheering up you want—lingering touches on his thigh, light caresses on his chest—but he’s either incredibly oblivious or ignoring your advances in case he misread them. It’s probably a mix of both.

A laugh bubbles out of him, slightly nervous at your heated gaze. He starts another story about Kageyama during practice, and you snap, straddling him to finally get the point across.

“Baby, I love you, but if you don’t fuck me right now I swear I’m going to lose my mind.”

His throat bobs and you swear you hear him gulp. “Gotcha.”

I saw this post by @astropixie about how it’d be nice to review fics on AO3 as you read. A little while back, because I was so in awe of the Clexa fic writers, I made this userscript (can install on Firefox by using Greasemonkey and on Chrome, ETA: Opera, and Safari by using Tampermonkey) so that I could do just that. It doesn’t have the wattpad or soundcloud functionality, it’s just a little thing added on to a page, not something supported by the site itself, but it’s better than nothing.
