For a second a bit of amusement flashed in her eyes as she gave him a little smirk.

“You make it sound like hospitals ain’t corrupt. Flash them a bit of money and suddenly your file is a John Doe. No pirate associated with your name.” Teasingly she bit at the air as he waved a finger at her before laughing, strutting on ahead.

“Pretty sure I’m Captain, not you”

[Hearing a voice she quickly spins on the balls of her feet, red robotic eye visibly locking on to him as a pistol is pointed right to his forehead] [and then there is the brief moment when her systems compute and recognize his face, though she is still not lowering her pistol]  You really shouldn’t surprise someone like me, ‘specially when you’re scuttling about mate.

[There’s a slight click from the pistol before she is lowering it, deeming him too daft to even notice what was going on in front of him]

Well considering you are walking around in the dark, eyes a glowing, I would say yes. [silence is met before she’s just putting her hands on her hips staring at him] .....yeah sure........why the hell are you even here mate?

Shouts and hoots and hollering filled the room, nothing unfitting for the local she was in, one of those bars known for attracting trouble. Befitting in her opinion, as laughed, stumbling out of the taller chair. Her drink spilled a bit as she hummed, feeling the closest one of her kind could to being drunk (an overcharge on her part prior to coming there) but with a drink in her hand no one would know.

She roared in laughter and triumph at his gesture before wrapping her arms around him. 

“Oh come on big guy, no need to get like that. You humans are crafty enough to replace your heart if I cause you to have a heart attack. I think at least.”

About half way to her quarters, her eyes suddenly lite back up as a quiet and melodic laugh came from her throat.

She observes the other with one eye, patch covering the other as she crouches down with a small smirk. 

“Really should consider getting synthetic flesh or something for your leg there. Shame it’s rusted, what if someone were to come stirring up trouble.” She tilted her head, waiting for a reaction, wondering just how much her head was worth. Not that she would turn her in.....just a rough estimate was enough to sate her curiosity....

Humans have a very narrow view on us, some fear us thinking we will take over others believe us to be possessions of high value. And do not get me started on always needed to be charged. [that’s her biggest peeve right there]
