Ramsay wrote the Pink Letter
The letter states that Abel is Mance, the King Beyond The Wall, and the man burned at the Wall was another man,so the author of the letter knows Melisandre plot. Wyman doesn't know this information, the people that know Melisandre plot: Mance, the spearwives,Jon. However Ramsay could have gained the information from one of the spearwives. Ramsay writing the degrading details just to trigger Jon,it's something he would do,he is cunning but not brilliant,Roose Bolton considered the trasformation of Theon into Reek as unnecessary and stupid, this provocation would be very stupid to do,he revealed to the wildings that Mance lives and he is captured exposed in a cage, the King Beyond the Wall used to be the leader of thousands of wildings, they will join Jon to save Mance. The letter is not just a threat to Jon,but it is a threat to Val and Dalla son too,Ramsay threatened to take them marching to the Wall. Roose doesn't trust the Northener allies,he doesn't trust Wyman Manderly and he suffered some loss fighting Stannis,if the content of the letter is true, his son created another enemy, who is the brother of the former king in the North and has the army of the king exposed in a cage. It's not just the stupidity of Ramsay that makes me believe he is the author of the letter, but the pink wax,I don't think Mance was able to steal the pink wax of the Boltons during the mess. Anyway Stannis is not defeated,he will face the Others as Melisandre saw in her visions, and he will die against them, his sword is not Lightbringer.

Nymor Letter Explained
It's very likely Rhaenys survived her fall, it is stated that Meraxes crushed the tower and the curtain wall of Hellholt in her mortal agony, she didn't crush immediately on the ground. (Aegon II survived the Battle of the Rook Rest and the battle against Moondancer, he was burned, crippled, severely injured, but he was alive and Corlys Velaryon used poison to get rid of him). Meria and Ullers tortured Rhaenys , Deria and Nymor hired assassins to rescue her, the four consecutive Ullers died because of Nymor assassins, it is stated that only two assassins survived to receive the ransom:the assassins of Lady Toland and Lord Fowler.
(Some members of House Martell turned against Prince Morion during the First Dornish War:"Although Morion had hoped to take Jaehaerys unaware, the king on the Iron Throne had spies in Morion's own court, and friends among some of the Dornish lords, and was therefore warned far in advance of the plans made by the Dornish prince", probably the same happened before) .
So they rescued her and she was shipped to Dragonstone to receive the gift of mercy by Aegon himself, Rhaenys convinced Aegon to stop the devastation that almost annihilated the entire dornish population, the purpose of the Conquest was a united and strong Westeros to have the necessary manpower to face the Others in future,to Rhaenys it was more convenient to have an Indipendent and populated Dorne rather than a desert land with plague and famine. Then I don't think the Queen was glad her siblings were destroying an entire civilization because of her fall at Hellholt, she is described as a kinderhearted person, so she was not the kind of person that enjoyed sufferings of civilians. She wrote the letter herself and she was smuggled to Dragonstone in secret to hide her mutilations from Orys and Visenya, it was the only way to avoid a further escalation.
The theory must explain the following points that I used as clues to elaborate my reconstruction of the facts:
1.Aegon had good relations with Deria, he and Aenys celebrated a feast for peace in Sunspear just after Rhaena birth.
2. Aegon clenched the letter so hard his hand is bleeding (the letter reveals Meria, who is dead, tortured his sister who was alive).
3.Aegon flies to Dragonstone for some reason. (Rhaenys shipped to Dragonstone, she was in a brutal state, however she is able to explain her journey in Dorne to Aegon).
4.Her body was never recovered. (she is euthanized by Aegon and her body is burned as tradition)
5.The ransom strategy was effective against the Ullers. It has no sense that an entire Tyrell army was no able to catch them and some people hired by the Iron Throne were able to murder 4 consecutive Lord of Hellholt in the desert. It was effective against the Ullers that were the lords that could have Rhaenys alive.

Nymor Letter:all theories
Aegon kinslayer, Aegon infertile theories.
The lord of Stormlands and Reach wanted revenge.Orys Baratheon suggested to remove Deria right hand, instead Lord Oakheart wanted Aegon to sell her into sex slaveryLord Cafferen suffered the heinous acts made by Lord Wyl too, a Tyrell disappeared around Hellholt, an Hightower died during Joffrey Dayne attempt to sack Oldtown.I don't think Aegon vassals cared so much about a burned corpse, of course they didn't care about Aenys rumors at court that speculated he was fathered by a singer, something no one is able to confirm after Maegor birth. So the theories "Aegon infertile", "Aegon kinslayer" are impossible to confirm, confessions of Rhaenys under torture could be labeled as constructed plots.
"Rhaenys broken and mutilated and the dornishmen promise to put an end out of her misery"
Theory has no sense because Aegon and Aenys were invited to celebrate the feast for peace in Sunspear. I don't think Aenys would meet the people that tortured and murdered his mother, whose death caused his mental breakdown. Then there is "the magic spell" in the letter using Rhaenys blood, that's ridiculous. Why the theory of the Faceless Men is completely out of rails:Threat of the letter.Aenys dies for any reason. The Doom of Bravoos (Balerion and Vhagar)
Water Magic Theory
-There are no accounts of wizards using water against dragons during the dragon wroth
-Dornishmen never used it against their neighbors, there are no accounts of water wizards since the arrival of Nymeria and magic against Gardener or Durrandon armies.
-Morion Martell didn't use any magical stuff, he equipped the Myrish fleet with scorpion bolts, he died and the fleet was burned. -There are no account of Water Wizards during the Conquest of Dorne
-Water Wizards used the water of Mother Rhoyne against dragons. Mother Rhoyne is a river Goddess.
It's very unlikely the letter was a threat. Aegon having good relations with Deria Martell and the feast to celebrate the peace in Sunspear make threat theories not plausibile. Aenys had two regressions: the first one when his mother fell at Hellholt, second one when Aegon and Rhaena became prisoners of the Faith Militant. He was frail and weak, I don't think he would meet people that tortured and murdered his mother and caused his sufferings as a child, it is more likely Deria and Nymor rescued her and protected her from torture ordered by Meria Martell

Aegon Dream in the books
All the clues regarding Aegon prophecy in the books. Aemon and Rhaegar knew of the prophecy: Rhaegar read something in a scroll that led him to be a knight. Aemon and Rhaegar knew of the prophecy, there is an important difference between the prophecy known by the Red Priest and the prophecy known by Aemon and Rhaegar: dragonblood. Aemon believed Rhaegar was Azor Ahai, meanwhile the prince insisted that his kids were the "heads of the dragon". Melisandre believes Stannis is Azor Ahai,so she doesn't know the prince is a member of House Targaryen. Then Jaeherys II arranged the marriage between Rhaella and Aerys because a witch predicted that Azor Ahai will be the descendant of Aerys and Rhaella. Darnerys in her vision in the House of Undying saw Rhaegar speaking of "the song of ice and fire", where did he aquire this knowledge ? Maybe from the scroll he has read in his youth,Rhaegar is a singer,so he was probably interested in songs ,instead found out Aegon's dream. Aegon's younger sister was known to be a singer,so I believe that Rhaenys produced the famous song that speaks about the Red War and her brother's dream.

Aerea Death Explained
Aera drank water infested of fyrewyrms eggs, they grew up inside and fed themselves by eating Aera flesh and the magic in her blood. The result was the creation of parasites with human faces. It is known dragonlords are hybrid creatures,Rhaenyra gave birth to a daughter with dragon features, the same did Daenerys. The presence of firewyrms in Valyria is confirmed by Balerion wound; now Balerion was in his prime and something inflicted to him a wound, firewyrms are the answer, their growth has no limit. The condition Aerae suffered was a mix of crossbreeding and parasite infestation, a very nasty way to die. This event led Septon Barth to write: dragons, wyrms and wyverns:their unnatural history, it's a book about crossbreeding,it is said Valyrian bloodmages were able to create hybrids. The fact is that the death of Aera led him to write the history, worms with human faces infested her body, hybrid creatures. It doesn't seem an experiment but a condition due to the fact dragonlords are hybrids themselves,if it is true they are in part dragons, the theory confirms that dragons are in part wyrms and dragonlords are really half dragon and magic related to the dragonblood created the horrifying monsters inside the princess.I think the theory is true,Rhaego and Visenya had dragon features,it's all related.GRRM stated Barth is the only character who was able to figure out the mistery of dragons true origins.

The Pink Letter
Mance knows everything, about Val,about the wilding prince, but the most important detail written in the letter is that Abel is actually Mance, Stannis men don't know this detail. It's true that Ramsay could have taken this informations from the spearwives and from Mance ,but it is stated that some of the spearwives were immediately slain. The letter states that Abel is Mance, the King Beyond The Wall, and the man burned at the Wall was another man,so the author of the letter knows Melisandre plot. It's just Ramsay or Mance,Wyman doesn't know this information. Ramsay writing the degrading details just to trigger Jon,it's something he would do,he is cunning but not brilliant,Roose Bolton considered the trasformation of Theon into Reek as unecessary and stupid, this provocation would be very stupid to do,he revealed to the wildings that Mance lives and he is captured exposed in a cage, the King Beyond the Wall used to be the leader of thousands of wildings, they will join Jon to save Mance. The letter is not just a threat to Jon,but it is a threat to Val and Dalla son too,Ramsay (or the author of the letter) threatened to take them marching to the Wall. Roose doesn't trust the Northener allies,he doesn't trust Wyman Manderly and he suffered some loss fighting Stannis,if the content of the letter is true, his son created another enemy, who is the brother of the former king in the North and has the army of the king exposed in a cage. Is Mance Ryder the author of the letter? It's more than a possibility.
