Next, you need to get a supply of blank check paper. This is usually available at any office supplies store. You can also purchase it online. Be sure to buy the kind that has a watermark and security screen, as this will make it more difficult for fraudsters to duplicate your checks.
You should then add the essential bank information to your check. This includes the routing number and account number. The routing number is found in the lower left corner and the account number is in the upper right. Make sure the numbers are printed in MICR font and use magnetic ink. You should also include your bank’s fractional number, which is located in the bottom right.
Finally, you should add the payee’s address and amount to be paid. The dollar amount line should be spelled out in words and extend across most of the check. Then type "Dollars" at the end of the line. You should also add a memo line and signature lines to the right side of the check.

How to Print Individual Letters in Mail Merge
Using mail merge to combine forms letters or email messages with personalized information from a contact record saves time and effort, especially when you have to send the same message to multiple people. Mail merge is a handy tool that has been around for many years and can be used in offline and online environments. Regardless of the medium, mail merge is usually necessary to automate tasks that involve a lot of repetition or require repetitive, similar steps for each individual recipient.

In the Mailings tab, select Start print Mail Merge and then choose the type of merge you need to do. You can also use the Complete Merge area to select whether you want the original pre-merged document to remain open behind the merged letter, or if you would prefer the merged letter to become your new document.
Before you begin a mail merge, make sure that the data file you will use contains column headings that match the placeholders in your letter or email template. If this isn’t the case, you will need to create an Excel sheet that has all of your contact details and then import it into Word as described in the next section.
When you’re ready to print your individual letters, it’s important to know that Word will add a new section for each merged record in the document (except when creating labels). Therefore, if you want to print only certain sections, you will need to precede each page range with an S in the Pages box of the Print dialog.

Even with all the talk of going paperless, there are still a lot of times when you need a physical copy of a document, form or some other kind of printed item. Whether you need it for an application, proof of income or any other reason, there are plenty of places that will let you print documents and get them to the person you want them to be addressed to.

Most of the time you’ll be able to simply drop the file off at a location and leave it for them to print, but sometimes you might need to do a little more work in order to make sure your document prints exactly how you need it to. Depending on the service you’re using, this might include uploading it to their website or putting it in some other way to make sure they can get your file from one location to another (or just to their printer).
Some locations, including shipping stores like The UPS Store and drug and grocery stores like CVS, have their own in-house printing services for their customers. You might have to pay a small fee for the printing, but it’s often much faster than trying to get your documents somewhere else.
For example, one of our developers recently had to take an employee’s test email account to a local store and use their printing services in order to print PDFs sent to them from a work colleague. This process was time consuming, and required them to have access to a laptop, which they didn’t always have with them.
