Casual fans of SP who aren’t even into ships pick up on Kyman “hints” all the time, but dismiss it because they believe that Cartman truly hates Kyle even though Kyle doesn’t hate Cartman.
Meanwhile the superfans insist it’s the other way around, where Kyman is one-sided attraction from Cartman and Kyle can’t stand Cartman at all.
Why is this, I wonder?

you think that once cartman or Kyle realizes their feelings as love instead of hatred they will just wait around until like high school to confess in fear of the other rejecting them?
Good in theory but both of them have the patience of me waiting for a fic to update, trust me when they actually realize BOOM cartman is preparing a big sceme to impress Kyle and I mean, why would kyle I say no anyways? Everyone knows Eric is hella kewwwwwlllllll!! (at least he thinks so)
And Kyle is like, you know what it’s time I make an effort to focus all my energy on fixing this poor daddy issued filled soul I don’t care that we are in 6th grade someone get me a therapist for this amazingly awful child whom I spend my entire life obsessing about.
Also stan and Kenny NOT being supportive?? dude these guys are their FREINDS and yea they know cartman sucks and kyke deserves better but they also know that KYLE sucks and cartman better and you know what they already all hang out why help them get together and resolve all that romantic tension while we are at it dude.
Idk man I’m tired and will probs delete this is the morning but like damn there’s so many possible ways kyman can happen in non-cannon
honestly tho I could see them being cannon as a joke in the last ep tho and I can’t really say that about any other ship besides basics like stendy and creek and shit

"They're not threatening legal action" THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YAEKLORE DID. MORE THAN THAT THEY SAID "IF YOU FIND ANYTHING PUT IT IN A GOOGLE DOC SO WE CAN PUT IT FIR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT" THAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE.
Fandom Problem #6083:
Apparently setting boundaries is censorship now /s
If someone politely requests that you don't make 18+ art of their characters because it makes them uncomfortable, then you need to respect that. Acting like your artistic rights are being taken away because you can't draw ONE set of characters is fucking immature.
"But if they didn't want porn to be made of their characters, then why post them at all?"
"Well I'm sorry sir, I know that man tried to mug you. But really it's all your fault, you really shouldn't have been wearing that fancy watch while you were walking alone at night! If you didn't want to get mugged, then why wear anything nice at all?" Do you see how stupid that argument sounds now? You can't go around being all #ARTISTSDESERVERESPECT, only to then turn around and act like you're being oppressed when an artist asks the most basic, non-consequential form of respect from you.
"But what about Anne Rice?"
Not everyone is fucking Anne Rice, Copernicus. Asking someone not to draw NSFW art of a character is not the same thing as threatening legal action against them for copyright infringement. And if your first response to someone saying "respect the artist's choices/boundaries" is to cite the actions of a completely different person, that happened for completely different reasons, that happened well over a decade ago, and that person is not even alive anymore, mind you... I think that says way more about your entitled ass than anybody else.
tl;dr it's not that hard to respect people, stop acting like it is, you spoiled brat.
