Ready to be canceled, but this is way too real

Kekkai Sensen is a tiny little microscopic almost non existent fandom so I feel safe saying this: I do not understand the Klaus x Leo ship. Do not understand it. I’m not even going to get into the 10 year age gap with Leo being only 19 and Klaus being 28, but like I genuinely don’t get why their relationship would be viewed as romantic and I’ve rewatched the anime a million times and Klaus’ relationship with Leo, like most of his subordinates save for Steven, KK and Gilbert, is borderline paternal.

I don’t know. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Yeah okay I caved in and did some character sheets for Aideen.

First sketch is from tonight and the later two sketches I did 2 weeks ago when I initially got her design started and did the Klaus and Dee illustration, so if y'all see any inconsistency with the style or writing let's not talk about that shall we yeah.

[SLIGHT KEKKAI SENSEN SPOILERS]

Beat 3 Peat Chapter 8 - Bloody Thursday Part 1 got released recently. And has got me thinking of the implications on the Count as a character.

Sometimes I wonder if--assuming Edgar is the same Count who created Zed--really does just want a friend more than anything. We know that the Count enjoys art and poetry, and that something happened to his estate to leave it in ruin. (fang hunters possibly?) Raju appears later on to destroy it, along with Zed inside. And so I wonder now with the mention of "The Continuation" from chapter 6 happening SOON, maybe he spends his days in hiding, and we'll see these two reunite before the world presumably ends.

For an elder class blood breed, he doesn't really appear hostile in any way, and probably doesn't want to have to choose violence on either side.

Even tho he specifically tells Klaus he'd give him the power to crush all the blood breeds. But this could also just be an emotional response coming from someone whose friend lost all of his limbs and is assumed dead at this point.

Overall I think Edgar/The Count is a very interesting character! Can't wait to know more when the next chapter drops in October! Side note: Nightow referring to B3P as the "Blood Blockade War" sounds so cool, and I can't wait to see what ends up happening...
