The Primogenitor Variant, within the Tunn-Bri'Kahl Trials, subjects the Patient to irregular mannerisms— forcing the Patient to become more volatile,;exhibit feral, primal, and/or beastial behavior(s); and heightened senses.

This variant also subjects the Patient to a series of painful, yet slow anatomical changes— the Patient, at the end of this seres of metamorphosis; becomes larger than average height recorded; more spiky and/or grows protruding spikes; overall becomes more jagged in terms of bodily structure; pain-based or emotion-based dissociation from reality; increased changes of strokes, seizures, and/or heart attacks during metamorphosis; etc.

The Tunn-Bri’Kahl Trials refers to a Yorēllian Biowarfare Project against the Gāllera Front and its underwater people, as per the orders of the current Empress of the Yorēllian Empire and her Imperial Council, to condemn the Ceyarphosian peoples to a fate that is worse than death itself.

Located deep underground within the Yorēllian Medical Institution for the Criminally Insane, within the Sciences District of the Yorēllian Empire, are where these trials take place— its test subjects; unwilling and absconded from their homes; all Ceyarphosians of different subspecies, forced to rot far from the ocean and shores they were born…

The Tunn-Bri’Kahl Trials are, in a basis, very similar to Yorēllian Re-Education practices— taking what is unfit for society and rearranging it into something more conformed, removing the unwanted to keep the perfections. Ceyarphosians, under the eyes of the Yorēllian Empress, are everything that is against the perfection she desires, and thus, the Ceyarphosian species must be fixed or destroyed.The Tunn-Bri’Kahl Trials are overseen by Lady Mah-Re of House Cas-Tehn’Edah, Overseer of Technological Policies, Head of Biowarfare Research, Head of Education, and ‘The Doctor’.

Dr. [REDACTED]'s Observation Notes, I0125-S1;

The 'Affliction', designated as I0125-S001, has shown primitive behaviorisms as well as certain qualities it had not possessed before it was administered with the Strain Variant PR-1; loss ability of speech, increased fatigue, heightened senses, etc.

While it is not particularly strange for specimens such as I0125-S001 to show undesirable and primitive behaviors, for its sub-species; research has shown that the subject is undergoing a sort of metamorphosis after the introduction of Strain Variant PR-1 into its bodily systems. It has ultimately degraded as a sentient 'person', showing only an innate instinct for self-preservation above basic necessities such as food and water.

Current symptoms, based on a collective of information gained from other test subjects of the same caliber, are as follows:

Fatigue, Sluggishness, Decreased Activity; 100% re-occurrence.

Loss of Speech, Difficulty Speaking, Inability of Communication; 80% re-occurrence.

Heightened Senses; 90% re-occurrence.

Confusion, Memory Loss; 70% re-occurrence.

Chest Pain, Bodily Pain, Loss of Extremities; 20% re-occurrence.

Disassociation via Pain; 40% re-occurrence.

Behavioral Changes, Proof of Primitive Natures; 60% re-occurrence.

Repetitive Seizure and/or Death; 10% re-occurrence.

Anatomical Changes and/or "Metamorphosis"; 100% re-occurrence.

Unfortunately, Strain Variant PR-1 is still undergoing its testing stages, as the desired outcome for this particular stain of the bioweapon [PROJECT TENEBROUS] is lacking. However, it is to be considered that the termination of I0125-S001 would be beneficial for further study and ensuring the absence of containment breach.
