215 Sim Lane no CC makeover (Pleasant household)

Yup, another makeover 🤠 I changed the shell a little bit on the 1st floor (you can see that in the picture with the backyard view). The house is 103 562 $, so if you decide to replace it, the Pleasants should stay with around 900 simoleons.

Ultimate collection is required.

Face 26 Eelf without elf ears – default replacement

I've always liked this face template, but actually never used it. Elf ears bothered me too much as I don't really play with supernatual sims xD. So there it is: a default replacement without elf ears. Besides them there are no other changes. I made two versions: with and without infant face template.

It wouldn't be possible without this tutorial by @meowingcookie!

A shopping mall in an early 20th century tenement built as a department store. Inspired by one of the buildings in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

What would be the city with no mall these days? Get your Sims in an European style of living and let them walk a few minutes to find what they need in Eden Haus, a place consisting of an H&M store, a bookstore, a gym, a grocery, and of course public restrooms and a food-court with two bistros.

Recommended to be used with similar buildings such as Freedomland, Idylla Apartments, Heart Angle Apartments, or Papillon Corner.

Sims 2 Ultrawide CAS Fix (3440x1440) in Clean UI, Starship UI and FlawlessPink UI

My fellow ultra widescreen users, it has been 84 years but we do not have to suffer anymore 🤠

This mod comes in Clean UI, Starship UI and FlawlessPink UI and also includes a camera mod.

Up until now, on ultrawide monitors, the CAS UI is in the way of seeing your sims even with a regular widescreen fix. I have moved those UI elements further to the right side of the screen so they are "out of the way" and have also adjusted the camera, so you can actually see their feet and hair. This mod was made with 3440x1440 resolution in mind, but I think it should be a significant improvement on any monitor with an ultrawide aspect ratio.

Two minor problems:

The camera mod is a little bit wonky, it will zoom in too far whenever the camera changes (e.g. changing from clothing to face). When that happens, simply zoom out a bit and it will "fix itself".

I was not able to extend the hitbox that lets you turn a sim. So, if you want to turn a sim around, you have to do it at their legs, the upper body won't work.

Installation:

CASCamera.txt goes into Documents\EA Games\Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Cameras.

Of the three package-files included, choose the one you want and put it in your downloads folder.

Delete the original CAS file that came with your UI mod (the one named "cas-min-width-1920-additional-596px" or somethig along those lines), as my mod replaces that one.

This mod requires that you have the corresponding UI mod installed, so go download Clean UI, Starship UI or FlawlessPink UI.

The nitty gritty details and disclaimers:

This is an entire collection that is interwoven with each other. Hair is repositoried to different ages, genders, defaults, and even hidden toddler hair. It's highly recommended that the collection stay intact and that you have the Ultimate Collection or all EP/SP.

Not all hair works with each sims' faces and not all sims' faces work with each hair. So keep in mind foreheads, cheeks and ears may poke out. Previews are available at LordCrumps.com

The collection includes add ons that may require the defaults and are flagged as "Store Edition" hair. TS4 hairs range from base game to the most recent Stuff Pack (Home Chef Hustle). More hair may be included as add ons in the future.

I wouldn't convert some hair without their outfit counterparts. Please make sure to remove conflicts. The outfits include:

Most of these hairs exist already in the realm of the community as custom hairstyles. However, if you like one of the hairs from this collection as custom, please send an ask and I'll make that for you. Any of my hair previously converted (shrink, servo, santa hat, etc) should be removed; they'll be included in this collection.

TOU: Please feel free to use these as a template for your defaults and recolor the hair as you'd prefer for download purposes. I only ask that you do not reupload these original files (breaking down to packs, gender, etc) as they are intertwined and may not work without their exclusive counterparts. Please do not make these hairs as customs for reupload (I'll do it for you, if you send an ask).

This took about... 8 months to complete. I've (re)converted all of these myself to my current expectations of my conversion content. This was play tested thoroughly over the course of that time. If there are any issues, please don't hesitate to send an ask. The file size is massive even compressed, but to be honest it's pretty decent for 500+ hair.

How to bulk download from SimFileShare (and most other file sharing sites)

Hey guys, as you know I’m still working on Sim Archive. Some of you who have worked on it with me will know what a pain it is to try and archive things that are found on more modern file sharing sites. While older sites can be scrapped off of the web with programs like HTTrack or WebCopy, bulk downloading from SFS is nearly impossible… or at least it used to be. Find out more under the break…
