hi hi! i don't know a lot about not-deer so this was a little hard, but i hope these are ok

activity-based tips:

꩜ quads - running/bounding, small jumps ꩜ explore the outdoors - forests especially. if it's possible and safe, spend time outdoors at night

behaviour-based tips:

꩜ try to be quiet and i guess kind of mysterious? ꩜ if you can, try to blink less often. gives a kinda creepy vibe when you don't blink as often

food-based tips:

꩜ eat a mix of meats and vegetables, fruits, nuts and berries etc, but if possible try to eat more meat

disclaimers:

i tried to add a wide variety of things as i know not everyone is able to do things like quads or just be open about their identity.

remember to listen to your body and obviously if you have known dietary restrictions or allergies, DO NOT ignore those for the sake of being closer to your theriotype. it's not worth putting your body in potentially serious harm.
