Help a south american trans woman to stay afloat this month

Hi everyone, I'm sorry for showing up on your dashes like this once again. I'm a physically disabled trans woman struggling to make ends meet, especially in the current economic crisis my country is undergoing. At the best of times my wages only reach 180 usd a month 0,7 usd, with the cost of living being over five times as much in the best of cases, without including housing expenses.

I'm diabetic and I live with my mother who is a cancer patient, and as things stand I constantly have to come here to beg for help just to be able to afford my medication, let alone going to the hospital for checkups for my mom.
