I had minimal free time this weekend and this is what I did with it

Heinz made himself and Perry rings that allow them to change their appearance at will (which look like wedding rings "BUT THAT'S JUST A COINCIDENCE")

i just had a dream where in the next pnf ep, doofenshmirtz gets visited by Professor Time agents who are trying to prevent him from going off the path to that future, but they arent being clear about what would push him off that path at first

then as perry shows up to thwart doof, its clear those time agents are rooting for their nemesisship, specifically the hostility and apparent Not Getting Along. its when doof tries to invite perry to lunch after that the time agents stop him and shoo perry off

this leads to doof getting annoyed, mad even, and the time agents get cagey and say something like "your... relationship... jeopardizes our future..."

TO WHICH DOOF RESPONDS:

"Our relationship? You're going to have to be a lot more clear, I mean just look at this-" he pulls out a big whiteboard on wheels, covered in words and arrows and circles like someone trying to solve an equation "-talk about complicated! ive been really trying to pin him down but come on, you saw that steely gaze, he's impossible! so we're in this area-" he points to a bunch of question marks surrounding a heart "-what would we even call that? vanessa called it something, a-a situationship i think? what is that even supposed to mean?"

(tumblr had dissected that whiteboard with screenshots btw and there were even MORE wild, explicitly romantic things on there)

the time agents are stunned as doof is rambling btw, like "oh no, he's already in so deep..." and i think they resolve to try and sabotage him from the shadows at this point? the rest of the dream is them spying on doof and when perry is being amicable and the time agents start to like fade away, they throw rocks and stuff to ruin the moment lmao i unfortunately woke up before any resolution but man... still thinking about that whiteboard...

Of course this is a Work in progress, and so far I've spent 22 hours on it. There are still things left to do, like the Perry-punches-doof part, remove left over frames and correct the timing of some parts.

Another little thing I haven't stopped thinking about is how in Perry's nightmare he not only crushes Phineas and Ferb, but Heinz too.

He wakes up startled and so very vulnerable. Leans in, as if in disbelief of what he's seeing before he can process that yes, that is Heinz. Fine and dandy as he always is.

Closer look at the shift

Just look at him, walls down for a few seconds that Doof, frustratingly, pays no mind to, and with a blink Perry is gone and we have Agent P back.
